It's the closest gas station to Mountain House where I live, which is still 7 miles away and I am a fan of 76 so I go here. Getting in and out of this place is easy and getting back on the freeway is a breeze. You won't be blown away by the appearance of the place and yes the restrooms need a remodel or something like that. The convenience store is fine and spacious and will get you whatever you need from your gas station shopping trip quickly and easily and the gas prices tend to be a little better than those in Tracy. Now keep in mind that fact that you see wind farms close by should clue you in that this place is windy and in a windy spot so beware when you open your door, especially in the winter. BTW, the quality of the gasoline is fine and my car will generally easily go 400 miles after I get out of here.

Some places like to close around midnight but it seems they keep their store open late which is a big plus. There's a car wash right next to the gas station and they have free vacuums you can use if you get a car wash. The place looks nice, and I'll definitely come back, but I'm hoping they can sort out the issue where you can pay outside with a debit card and still get the cash/debit price outside instead of having to go inside to get the lowest advertised price. If you end up paying with a debit card at the pump you are going to be charged the credit price not the debit/cash price which is 10 cents more per gallon. That was the only thing that bothered me because I prefer to fuel up and then head out without waiting.

I drive back and forth to Sacramento often and this is a perfect mid point to take a tiny break and stretch my legs and maybe fill up or whatever. I'm eager to see this new strip mall develop. There is a Yuuuge sign by the highway with only a few store names but there is tons of empty blanks for more tenants. The convenience store has all the common stuff you might need at the prices you would expect.

I want to give you this one, take one from inside the cabinet and you charge me. She said she didn't understand and she couldn't do that! What do you mean you can't do that. I noticed the lights on the inside of the store are almost completely off and a worker is walking around on the inside. I stick my 76 credit card into the pump and go to start pumping and it won't pump gas. Now it asked for my zip code, what gas I wanted, if I wanted a receipt EVERYTHING but wouldn't pump gas. Another gentlemen had the same issue. We walk up to the door, she opens the door a tiny bit and says they are closed! It isn't even 9PM yet. We said we didn't mind the store is closed but it isn't pumping gas. The worker then said she turned the pumps off! You did what??? She sat there watching us at the pumps and doesn't say a single word.... However, my biggest issue is since when does a gas station turn off the pumps at a station?? Especially before 9PM at night? Bought an XXL Coke Zero (one of the few convenience stores to have it), a corn dog, and cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, there were no packets of condiments, but they had bottles and trays of add-ons. They did have small condiment cups but no lids to take on the road. Store was clean and cashier was busy but efficient. Good selection of fountain drinks and coffee flavors. Arco is the only gas station with one of my fav coffees, the Cafe de la Hoja.
