I travel for work so I'm here in Tracy temporarily and when I came to this specific gas station Valero (which I've been to a few times and have bought tobacco products a few times during the afternoons not morning), I was told that I had to be a California resident...The dude that works behind the counter in the mornings always seems to hate his life and has the worst attitudes on the customers. I stopped here to get gas before heading back to the SF Bay Area. OMG, who the heck scheduled a delivery at 730pm? An evening delivery? Really? The delivery truck, a full size trailer, blocked the entry to the gas station. Drivers had to squeeze thru in front of other cars. Then, a whole island of pumps don't work. Also, you should put up a sign telling people there's a back driveway to exit. Because people were doing circles to try to get out. In case you didn't know, there's a gas station for truckers in the back. That's why the foodmart is so elaborate and there's alot of trucks hanging out. Realistically, there should be a huge parking lot for the truckers to park in. Then the whole complex could be made into a truck stop. Instead, everything is jammed into a limited area. So, fancy foodmart, places to eat, gas for cars and truckers....all located in a business park in Tracy, where major highways cross. You have to come see this place when it's busy! read more

It looked like they had not been in there since the day prior. If your restroom looks like that, how can I trust your food? I've been coming to this 7/11-Shell for the last 5 years and let me tell you this I have never been more disappointed than I was today I just stopped for a ice coffee and from entering it was a shit show! The line was all the way to the back wall where the cold beverages are stored . I counted 6 employees 2 were cleaning/ moping .. If i could give this place a low rating i would. First off it's actually incredibly filthy dirty. I just went in and got a couple of burritos out of their food warmer. On the outside of the burritos you could tell that they had been inside a oven. I used food utensils to get them out of the warm box. Got back in my truck and left. A little ways down the road bit into one and it was frozen on the inside. My second burrito was still frozen as well. I swear that i walk out of that place every time with something wrong with something I've purchased. I'm really surprised that people aren't getting some type of food poisoning from this place. WOW THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! almost NONE of the pumps work! i had to try THREE before i got one to finally go, as for the other pumps they all have their limits, one pumps handle gets stuck, so that may take you awhile while another one has a sign that says " racing fuel only" if you're gonna come here, DONT be in a rush because it may take you 30 minutes to find a functioning pump. The inside is a 7-11 and it's really nice so come for the snacks! However the counter is ALWAYS slow, i have only ever seen one cashier working at a time and they do not work quickly, the line can get 8-9 deep quite frequently. Also, there's no one outside ever to help you with the pumps if need be, probably because they only have one person working at a time, ugh. The pumps are FITHLY, the screens on them are horrendous , scratched, dirty and barely visible. Like i said, come for the snacks because the inside is clean, not to get gas because you will be stuck here ALL day with ZERO help. read more
