Valero - Gas Stations Near Me - Tracy, California

Scammers, be careful here. Do not use your card under any circumstances. I came to fill up the reefer and spent around $50-60 in total. When I checked the bank transaction, it showed $377. When I started looking into it and checked the reviews of this gas station, it turns out they scam people here on a regular basis. I've already contacted the bank and plan to reach out to the police next. If something similar happens to you, contact the police right away. read more

I've never been to a gas station in Cali that doesn't accept out of state ID's for Tobacco products. I travel for work so I'm here in Tracy temporarily and when I came to this specific gas station Valero (which I've been to a few times and have bought tobacco products a few times during the afternoons not morning), I was told that I had to be a California resident...The dude that works behind the counter in the mornings always seems to hate his life and has the worst attitudes on the customers. Get a different job or do something else with your life. read more

Women's bathroom was 2 stars, husband and son said men's bathroom is 1. If we have to stop, we'll try another place.

THIEVES! BEWARE!!! Pay attention to what you buying I was over changed and given the incorrect amount of change back. When asked he told me he didn't charge me import tax and refused to give it to me. It was 3am and he became aggressive so I left! Be careful! read more

I stopped here to get gas before heading back to the SF Bay Area. OMG, who the heck scheduled a delivery at 730pm? An evening delivery? Really? The delivery truck, a full size trailer, blocked the entry to the gas station. Drivers had to squeeze thru in front of other cars. Then, a whole island of pumps don't work. Also, you should put up a sign telling people there's a back driveway to exit. Because people were doing circles to try to get out. In case you didn't know, there's a gas station for truckers in the back. That's why the foodmart is so elaborate and there's alot of trucks hanging out. Realistically, there should be a huge parking lot for the truckers to park in. Then the whole complex could be made into a truck stop. Instead, everything is jammed into a limited area. So, fancy foodmart, places to eat, gas for cars and truckers....all located in a business park in Tracy, where major highways cross. You have to come see this place when it's busy! read more

Nope, stay away. This is not the place to get snacks at all or a refreshing cold drink. $2.39 for a bottle of coke? Get outttt of hereeeee! My gf and I's snack run came at a big cost when the total came out to 20 bucks! Also! The restrooms are always dirty! They don't check them at all! Honestly, price gauging ? Hmmmmm read more

Bathrooms were so filthy it was ridiculous. It was on a typical Thursday afternoon, not a busy travel holiday. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Management should be embarrassed. My friend said the ladies room was just as bad. read more

Valero - Men's room - Gas Stations Near Me - Tracy, California

This was an average large gas station with a store with a small restaurant inside. It was clean and all the pumps were working. There are also other place to eat in the same parking lot like Subway. It was an easy on easy off from the freeway. read more

Closest station and carwash is HIT or MISS. Frustrating. I need reliability and will pay extra for it. Chevron is preferred but would have to drive out more for it. Pls fix your carwash...thnx. read more

Bought four items and gas and asked for a bag. The clerk glared at us, and tossed the items in a bag, then glared at us again. So uncalled for. We made a note to go to the Arco on the other side of the freeway. Didn't need or expect the clerk to be overly cheerful, but respectful.. yes. read more

Rarely do the gas pumps work, and even more rare will they have a receipt. Lots of the food is past due and rotten as well You are better off going across the street to mobil 1 read more

I would give it a zero if I could. The bathrooms were so horrific I had to turn around and walk out. The men in my group said the same thing in their bathroom. It looked like they had not been in there since the day prior. If your restroom looks like that, how can I trust your food? I do not expect perfection but what I saw cannot be repeated, flushed, and there were no paper items available for use. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I've been coming to this 7/11-Shell for the last 5 years and let me tell you this I have never been more disappointed than I was today I just stopped for a ice coffee and from entering it was a shit show! The line was all the way to the back wall where the cold beverages are stored . I counted 6 employees 2 were cleaning/ moping .. No wet floor signs were visible but the employee was not shy to roll her eyes and tell me I was walking on her wet floor (Signs next time will prevent falling and help stop messing up your wet floor) It's a terrible thing how this entire store has just taken a major hit and has fallen beyond the 7/11 standard I was used to them offering .. read more

No mask worn by employees, and some truck drivers. Filthy store. Closest station to us but we will never be back

This place its cool for a quick stop to get gas and snacks. Now the gas price it's pretty low as well and freeways are really close by 580 and 5. Really good for a quick stop and go back in the freeway. Food stops next to are pretty useful except that Mexican restaurant lt is nasty. They also have a car wash for those who are interested. read more

If i could give this place a low rating i would. First off it's actually incredibly filthy dirty. I just went in and got a couple of burritos out of their food warmer. On the outside of the burritos you could tell that they had been inside a oven. I used food utensils to get them out of the warm box. Got back in my truck and left. A little ways down the road bit into one and it was frozen on the inside. My second burrito was still frozen as well. I swear that i walk out of that place every time with something wrong with something I've purchased. I'm really surprised that people aren't getting some type of food poisoning from this place. Maybe there is. Anyway, it's official.I'm not going back anymore. This was the last straw for me. read more

This place is to be the spot when it was 7-11. Now that they changed ownership, huge decline in service, stock conditions, food sanitation etc. I purchased a salad this am and I didn't notice until i got to work that it was expired. I really hope they do a food inspection in this place and shut these people down and bring back the previouspeople who ran it. I don't get it. These people are aways on there dam phone. Just so dam rude.. over this place read more

6 people working, 8 pumps out of order, the one pump that did work, didn't have the ability to print a receipt, go inside for receipt, wanted car wash, car washes broken. Four out of five times I try to go to this place it's the same exact scenario. With all the cameras you would think that the ownership could see the crap going on. What a waste of time trying to get gas here read more

Everytime no squeezes, gas spilt all over the ground, take care of pump areas place is a mess

Disgusting bathrooms also service can be better I tried to order a 2 piece Brest and thighchicken ( before I saw the bathroom) and the clerk gave me 2 wings I said no I wanted a Brest and thigh so he grabs them and tries to sell me all 4! So I try and explain I didn't want the 2 wings I never did and he grabs 2 more and rings up all 6 pieces of chicken at that point I'm upset and say I forgot my debit card and that's when I go to the bathroom ok I'm going to cut this short and say I am a trucker so I've seen some bad ones in my day but this bathroom made me throw up in the garbage by the door thinking of calling this place in ya it's that bad read more

WOW THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! almost NONE of the pumps work! i had to try THREE before i got one to finally go, as for the other pumps they all have their limits, one pumps handle gets stuck, so that may take you awhile while another one has a sign that says " racing fuel only" if you're gonna come here, DONT be in a rush because it may take you 30 minutes to find a functioning pump. The inside is a 7-11 and it's really nice so come for the snacks! However the counter is ALWAYS slow, i have only ever seen one cashier working at a time and they do not work quickly, the line can get 8-9 deep quite frequently. Also, there's no one outside ever to help you with the pumps if need be, probably because they only have one person working at a time, ugh. The pumps are FITHLY, the screens on them are horrendous , scratched, dirty and barely visible. Like i said, come for the snacks because the inside is clean, not to get gas because you will be stuck here ALL day with ZERO help. read more
