Golden State towed my pick up on a CHP rotation call. Darrell did a great job. He even found my phone at the scene and put it in the cab with a few other things. He even helped my wife when we came back to look for it. The driver that delivered the truck to my house did a outstanding job of getting it off the flat bed. They all went above and beyond. Company doesn't answer with company name when calling so thought I dialed wrong number when the person answers phone saying "go ahead". Called to ask about my tow and the reason was a lie. Neighbor has video proof. When asking questions the person on made rude mocking sounds and hung up the third time I called apologizing for all my questions. You call tow truck they send to Manteca police you call Manteca police they tell you to call company back. Neither of them tell you about all the fees. Third time family has had problems with the main driver. Once a car accident not our fault. Owner didn't have insurance and when towed car said I won't have to pay bc why driver who hit car will be responsible. Nope waited almost three weeks for the person did not get charged my father had to pay all the fees $100 per day would of picked up sooner but the owner misinformed multiple times. Third time someone stole car was found parked illegal and didn't report to brother by phone reporter by letter two weeks later and had to pay fees when asking why he notified so late even though car was registered to brother in law he said they don't call until after owners don't call. When care was found brother did not receive phone call from tow or police. Police say stollen car not a priority to call about owner said he doesn't make the contact the police do when you file police report. Has no care in the world for other human beings. This place forever has my business. Tony is a stand-up guy (who is admittedly a little rough around the edges, but he's all about business so what do you expect?) who does all he can to get you what you need. He's towed my stolen motorcycle twice for me and was fast and easy to deal with both times. He jump started it for me the first time, and even rode it into my apartment unit the second time. This is a guy who knows how to take care of his customers, you just have to do your fair share and provide him with the information he needs in an efficient manner. He can tow cars, motorcycles, hell even at the same time on the same truck! He's been in the business since the '80s and is very skilled at what he does. This tow truck company is the absolute worst and most unprofessional tow yard ever!! The guy who answered the phone is the must unprofessional and has worst customer service ever I don't understand how they are still in business! My car was towed here after bein stopped by LPD it stayed there for a week everytime I would call to get information he was very rude and would yell at me and tell me this is the last time I get a quote and hangs up on me.. the day I went to get my car out my car was completely dead and my keys were in the car in the ignition still and stayed in there for a whole week they gave it a jump and that night it was completely dead again I took it to a shop and they told me the battery has been shocked due to them leaving the keys in there I called the tow yard to make a complain and have them pay for a new battery and the guy who always answers the phone and I quote "I don't give a damn about your vehicles code we're not paying for your battery" great customer service right ? Trash ass tow yard and they won't hear the end of this ! Bad experience over all read more
