I contact a few tow drivers on yelp, but they either don't want the hassle or were too expensive, saying because it's not a car they needed to charge extra. When I contacted Ponchi, he said he would take the job, and the icing on the cake was that he was the most reasonable. He was on time and very friendly. When he got to my home he helped me get the lift inside my garage. He was also very careful not to scratch my new concrete. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with my unusual tow. I highly recommend Ponchi if you need something big to be delivered, or a vehicle for that matter. His 5-star reviews say it all. Thanks Ponchi.

I found Jack on yelp and called. He did not have our tires in stock and couldn't get them until morning, which was fine. First thing the next morning, he called, came and got our tires. We had already placed our spare on the trailer but he noticed it was very old and already dry rotting. He made the suggestion to replace that as well, which we agreed. 3 new tires, 2 hours later and we were on the road! Jack was kind and honest. He never tried to up sell. When he explained the spare tire and his concern, he made sure to explain it to where we could understand and make the choice. His communication was constant and never did we sit waiting and wondering. Exact prices before he starts the job, no hidden fees! Will recommend him to anyone needing help in his service area. Thanks for saving our Bacon Jack!

We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

They had made all the arrangements so I didn't have a choice of company to take away my old vehicle once it was sold. I was given about a 4 hour window for their arrival which they blew right past. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of them via email and text and they were able to quote a new time window. They ended up arriving about 5 hours later than intended but the driver was apologetic and the transaction was smooth. Due to their lack of initial communication of their delay and the long wait time, I'd have to knock off a few stars. Overall, I wasn't the one paying for their service, so I can't speak to pricing. Service was good, once they did arrive. I wasn't on a time crunch that particular day of my pick up, but if I were, it would have been a larger issue. Things happen-suggestion is to better communication delays.
