Finally! I had a great experience calling a tow company for my stranded car by the form of AutoFox Towing. My clutch slave cylinder popped, relegating shifting impossible. I called a bunch of towing companies around the area. Either they can come to my aid at a relatively short time for a ridiculous amount or come and a ridiculous amount of time for a relatively sane amount of fee. AutoFox Towing straddles in between, with an ETA of about an hour and a half form Pittsburg to Brentwood. They came much earlier at 45 minuities which was great. What's really even better was that me and the driver had a great time chit chatting as we drive towards my place. Food was in the discussion and we hit it off; talking about where are the great spots for good food the the Tri-Delta. Great service, very friendly, and absolutely professional, AutoFox Towing is there for you at the time you need towing the most. read more

AutoFox Towing - Towing Near Me - Antioch, California

Always have an amazing experience with them towing my Tesla Model 3. Always quick, efficient, and amazing value.

Great company- I was stuck off the freeway in not a great location near Lafayette and phoned 4 towing companies. AAA would not assist unless I pay a reinstatement fee of $75.00 then there was a 24 hour wait time, as my aaa had just expired. Ended up cancelling my aaa insurance and roadside service due to their rudeness. Who was the most professional was AutoFox Towing. The owner called right back and offered to assist me asap. He left the Pittsburg /Antioch area to assist me. He was quick, efficient and effective. I had expected to be on the side of the road waiting for an Uber as AAA would not allow me to ride in the tow truck. AutoFox is reasonable price, and very professionally and took me to my mechanic then drove me home. Both were a reasonable distance. I will definitely call them again when I need a tow. They are worth every penny! It's the kind of old school service. Thank you again for your assistance. read more

Oscar is a good man and he does great service. I had a nail stuck in my front tire and just found out after some time so it was flat inside the garage. I rolled the car out so it'll be easier to get it on the truck bed but then the tire popped out so Oscar had me stop. He lifted the car, pulled the tire back into the rim and pumped some air into it so it temporarily is able to get into the truck. He even reminded me of the wheel lock and he was able to find it for me. I thought that was very attentive of him. I agree with the other yelp review, we need more Oscars in this world. We all hope to never have the need to use a towing service but if we ever need one again, Oscar is the go-to person. read more

I had my car's alternator give out on me earlier today. Decided to give him a call, he couldn't have been any nicer. He gave me a 30 min eta but he showed up earlier than expected. He was fair in pricing and just from our little interaction, you can tell that he's a legitimately nice person. He even offered to take me home as a gesture of good faith. I wish there were more people like him out there. Fingers crossed I won't need his help again but if I do, he'll be the first one I'll reach out to. read more

This company is very professional and courteous. Jose called 10 minutes before he arrived. He carefully loaded my vehicle onto the truck. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They provide high quality customer service and competitive prices. read more

These guys just continue to impress me. Today I used their service once again (third time overall). Each time they make me feel like they really care about me as a client. Their patience, professionalism, and sincere willingness to help are things I had not experienced before and are not common in the towing industry. Too many bad prior experiences with other companies. Now every time I need a tow truck I actually have peace of mind knowing I can call AutoFox and everything will be good. (And BTW, they actually answer their phone) This takes so much pressure off the situation I am in dealing with having a stalled broken-down vehicle on the side of the road. Thank you so much Oscar for your amazing service. I know you truly care about us. God Bless! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I called from the side of the freeway after getting a flat tire. The gentleman that answered said he would have someone out within 40 minutes as I was on my way to the airport... of course. He came earlier than 40 minutes and saved the day. Eternally grateful as I had my 20 month old granddaughter and my daughter with me. Highly recommend xoxoxo read more

These guys KILLED IT! I was stressed trying to find a reasonable priced tow for my vehicle (which was in an accident and couldn't even roll) and I called these guys after looking at tons of others and they hit me with the best price I've heard all damn day! They even were straight up and honest "we aren't the cheapest and we aren't the most expensive but please shop around and you'll see how our prices match up" I of course kept my ego of I'll find better and called 4 more places and got price that were literally double what Auto Fox quoted me. I immediately came back and they kept my initial quote and towed my vehicle and delivered to my house with the most professionalism! As you can see one wheel was cracked and no tire so I feared my garage flooring being damaged but of course they dropped the vehicle with such care and precision their wasn't even a single scratch on my floor. Definitely keeping these guys as my go to tow company. Thank you Jose you killed it! read more

Thank you Oscar for towing my car! You are amazing! My car is very low, so it took a lot of time and patience. Oscar did such a great job, and he had the right strategies to get my car in and out of the tow truck with no scratches on the front lip at all! I appreciate you, sir! Very friendly, reliable, and down-to-earth! read more

We needed a pontoon boat towed about 5 miles, the measurements didn't work out, but I called about every tow company on yelp and Oscar BY FAR has the best customer service! Next time I need a car towed this is where I'll go. He spent the time to ask the important questions, and even gave us a few referrals. Really appreciated it. We need more Oscars in the world! read more

I used Autofox towing to get an old Porsche I'd been working on to a place for a brake and lamp check, and then to a CHP station for a VIN inspection. Both times they called ahead to confirm when they'd be picking my car up, and they arrived right on time. The trucks were clean and well maintained, and the drivers were very professional and nice. There's some shady people out there in the tow business, so finding this company was a nice treat. I should also say they were very careful about where and how to pull the car up the ramp, and securing it once it was in place. European cars can be kind of 'stupid' to deal with in this respect, but their careful handling left it without a scratch. I'll definitely keep their number handy for any future needs. read more

Arrived in timely manner, driver was nice and I think the price was reasonable since I need them right away, some would ask me if I could wait for hours. read more

A couple weeks ago Oscar came to the rescue and helped me retrieve my keys that were locked in my car. Not only was the wait time short, but the labor was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend their services, as they have helped my sister with her car towing needs as well. read more

Well... no one EVER wants to have to call a towing company, but if they did, I would absolutely recommend AutoFox. I unfortunately needed roadside assistance and they were super friendly and reliable. Thank you AutoFox for making my unfortunate event so much more bearable. If needed in the future, you will be my first call. read more

I was stranded in the middle of the street in Brentwood and looked to Yelp to find the nearest towing company. After making several phone calls I chose AutoFox because their price was the lowest and it made the most sense for a 4 mile tow. They were in the middle of another tow job and informed me of what the wait would be. They checked back often and kept me informed while I waited. They were friendly, courteous and professional at all times. They were careful with my truck and even gave me a suggestion as to what the problem might be. (The emergency brake broke - 100% correct) I was completely satisfied with the transaction and, although I hope I won't need their services again, they are my go-to towing company now and they should be yours too. read more
