Templer's towed my daughter's brand new truck on 11/10/25. On 11/11/25 DEF sensor light came on which indicates it needs DEF fluid. Went to the auto parts store to get the fluid and the worker was kind enough to offer to help her add it to the truck. In doing so he remarked the fluid tank was almost full, that she probably had a faulty sensor and to get it checked out. Took it to the dealership to discover the wiring harness that controls the sensors had been ripped out and damaged. Scratches on the frame leads the service team to believe that due to the location of the harness the tow mechanism caused the damage. Called Templer's to advise and ask if they would help with the repair cost. I was told to file a case in small claims court, that there is no proof they caused the damage. No offer to share. Just go to court. Stay as far away from this company as you can. read more

I wish I could give no stars to warn people about this place but unfortunately that's not an option. Receptionist was very rude and uninformative. Released my car to them and was told to call to set up a time to get my belongings, I had then called and was rudely told that's not an option and she wouldn't provide information on how I can go about getting my items. I should have be cautious if this place after reading reviews if how they steal out of peoples cars also. Unfortunately the Antioch police department were the ones that selected this place after I was in an accident so I had no choice. Tonight my 3 year old daughter somehow locked our car doors with both her and our 3 month old inside. We were in the target parking lot after just loading up our car (keys included) after our shopping trip and the owner of Templer's Towing just happened to pull up and hear us trying to get our daughter to unlock the doors. Within seconds she had called one of her trucks to come help us out. The guy arrived in minutes and unlocked our car with no problem. The owner was super thoughtful and both her and the driver were very professional with very fast response times! We even have AAA and I would suggest Templer's to all my friends and family. THIEFS!!!! Thief's of property. Would not use this place ever again. Unfortunately and unbeknownst to me my insurance company Had my vehicle immediately towed there upon collision. It stayed there while waiting to be transferred over to the auto body shop. Fortunately for me I took pictures the damage and the interior of the vehicle. Upon a visit for progress inspection at the auto body shop, I noticed several items (tools, tool bag, beach chairs , running shoes, tow hitch) had been removed. While there the auto body shop, they showed us pictures of the vehicle, the items were not in the vehicle upon arrival from TEMPLERS. Called and Spoke with MARY at Templers about missing items. She said "you are just now noticing they are gone". She did also Inform me that the camera footage from that time " was deleted" and that I should than call my insurance company to file a claim. Well so be it MARY. Worst customer service attitude I've heard from what I thought was a legitimate company. If you value your hard earned items don't take them to this place!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Ok, so my bad experience happened when they towed my car from an accident. The next day, I went to see my car at their lot and to my surprise, all of the stuff I have in the trunk were out in the front seat!!!!!! I couldn't believe that these guys went thru my stuff without my knowledge. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO JUST TOW MY CAR AND NOT SNIFF ON MY BELONGINGS INSIDE!! Even my back seat was ripped, very obvious that they tried to fold down my backseat to have access to the trunk! UNBELIEVABLE! This place is horrible, I had my car towed there just to have this tow company steal more than half of my stuff out of my car, from my subwoofer, down to my kids christmas gifts. I paid them $375.00 to get my car out just to find my belongings were gone!. read more

HORRIBLE costumer service! Do not use their services!!! Got car towed here after an incident with CHP, called the next day to get the car and they LIED and said I had to pick it up in three days. Came three days later, office was empty at 8:30am even though they say they open at 8am. Came back again two hours later to have someone tell us never had to wait three days. TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS. This is in regards to the pittsburg location but they are both run by the same low lifes. my car was brought there and when I came to recover my money out of my car that I had hidden I had noticed the pissed off look on their face when they realized that they didn't find my money first. I did an analysis of all the belongings in my car and was on my way. I had to wait until Monday to get my car and when I tried to get my car out they made me aware of all these fees they did not tell me I was going to pay. And in fact told me a different amount not only 2 days before but 20 mins before I had to actually pay. After a confrontation on the lot. I HAD to pay. And currently just taking them to court over this. But as I was driving away I realized that EVERYTHING of value that was in my car was now gone!!! Including multiple chargers, very expensive and not to mention meaningful rosaries, tools, an clothes. Also the first night when I went to retrieve a couple things from my car they were bb Qing chicken outside and they must have thought I was a little Mal nourished because I have all of their chewed chicken bones and leftovers in the back of my truck Along with empty beer cans because I'm sure they thought I probably would need to take it to the recycle to recover from the hefty payment I would soon be making. Bad business! I had my Z28 camaro towed and they dident even use a flat bed instead dragged my car from the back totally bending my wheel well, and to top it off they denied it was their fault. Dealing with them i couldent belive this was a business. The owner leisa was never there or would return messages and her family was very rude answering the phone "very getto" they even sent a guy they said was a third party insureance person to see the damage they caused and to find out later they made it up!!! he wasent a third party insurnce person he was their FRIEND wt hell. We were advised by the CHP to have our car towed here after an accident. The Tow driver stated "I will to your car anywhere for $175 or to Templers for free". Unfortunately later in the afternoon when I went called about the status of the car they told me the bill was $325 ($65 storage and $260 for the tow). I had my car towed after my wife hit a curb in a major way. I was told it would be ready a certain day, and then it turned into next week some time. When I picked it up I was very happy with how it looked, except I was told it was going to be detailed, and the windows were still dirty in back and it didn't really look different than when it was brought in. I drove it to concord that night and noticed some issues with the brakes, and the light had gone on. Called the next morning and was told to bring it to Nissan to have the light turned off. While driving in Concord the brakes were not working well, I could hit the floor with the petal, and really had to plan ahead to stop. Called the shop and was told that since when I left it was o.k. It was on me. Asked whether I should bring it in or bring it to Nissan. Brought it to Nissan, where they discovered the brake fluid was leaking out. Was told by Nissan that brake line was installed wrong and it rubbed the line and broke it. After Templars was told this by dealer they did cut me a check, and did pick me up from Nissan. But they did need my I D so they could take the check from insurance carrier. The counter person did apologize, but I felt it was not enough and made a bad situation worse , and put a lot of people in danger. All told they charged almost 6000 dollars, so it wasn't a minor repair. read more
