This place is very honest they do quality work I would recommend to everybody let's book ahead because they're very busy. It's not easy to find a good mechanic. read more

Extremely fast and friendly I will make this my smog spot from now on!!! Very good, thank you

Customer service is outstanding and no price gouging. I had no appointment and they took me right away. Ended up having a minor problem of a bolt disconnecting my fuel pump cover. They replaced the bolt and didn't even charge me. So I brought them some senorita bread. I've also had some brake work done here. Cost me so much less then if I would have taken it anywhere else. I love supporting local businesses. Make this your auto repair shop!! I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESPINOZA AUTO EXPERTS ! My car was experiencing noises and clunking while driving. After taking my car to a few shops and opinions. I couldn't point out why or how it was happening. I found Espinoza auto experts on yelp. Just taking a chance on them figuring out the issue on my car. Cesar responded back very fast and willing to help me as soon as I could be available. He inspected my vehicle, serviced the possible issue and called me when it was ready. Very good service. I will be coming back for any work I need done on my car. And will recommend them to any one who asks! read more

What a great experience and high quality work! I will definitely use them again. Prompt polite and professional. Will not disappoint! Well done! Thank you! read more

Need a Smog!?! Look no further...These guys are the Truth! They had me in and out in 15 mins!! Friendly and Very reasonably priced.

great business! easy will definitely come back for all my vehicles. Will recommend to anyone looking to get a smog

Called and talked to Cesar. Got an appointment for a smog check instantly. He confirmed on the phone whether I needed a STAR smog check or stand smog check. This would have saved me time if I needed a STAR smog check. He promised I would be in and out in 30 mins. It was more like 15 mins. They were super fast, friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Brought my car in for my AC Cesar and his crew took good care of the problem well appreciate it and will be back for other future repairs THANKS AGAIN read more

Clean environment, great service, not expensive, quality work, friendly staff, reasonable wait times

Came in without an appointment, was greeted by the tech who told me they were busy today but let's see what is wrong. The problem was a bad pulley causing a squeak. Told me that he could work on it if I was willing to leave it there for the day. They were able to get me in and out under 4hours and about $200 less than Firestone. Price felt fair for the job the customer service was great. This was my first step in finding a shop close to home. I usually maintain my vehicles on my own and take my bigger jobs to my reg mechanic in SJ. Wanted someone closer and his price was $25 more than my regular mechanic quote. Gotta say not bad for 1st time at the shop. I will be back hopefully no time soon. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Espinoza Auto Experts. I utilized the Yelp messaging to contact them and the owner, Gustavo, contacted me quickly and with a fair estimate. I scheduled a time to stop by and have my car looked at all on the app. When I got there I was promptly helped and my car was checked out. Gustavo took time to show me his findings and explain what was going on with my car. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I will be bringing both my cars back for any service needs I may have in the future. I HATE dealership service shops and have finally found a shop that fits me. I feel like the care for every job and the hands on approach that Gustavo has is exactly what I was looking for. Give this shop a chance and you won't be disappointed. read more

Honest and quick service anytime I've dropped in. My family comes here for their smog checks and service with Infiniti vehicles, and have always been satisfied. read more

Needed an oil change and they responded quick! Convenient and fast! Thanks guys! May I add affordable too! Highly recommend

Just had a very smooth experience getting a standard smog done. Highly recommend this shop.

I came across Espinoza Auto Experts on Yelp after looking for a new mechanic in the area. I brought my car in today and had a really great experience with Cesar. Really helpful and honest guy! Didn't try to up-sale me anything like other mechanics I've been too. Thanks again Cesar! read more

I meet Gustavo several years ago when I brought my son's car there for a smog. I immediately felt at home. He is a honest, welcoming guy and shop owner. He has helped me several times a year with small things like free diagnostics on my diesel truck he never charges me, I have to leave or sneak money into his pocket. This is one of the few shops in the area that are true and honest. He doesn't do major repairs, but can do a lot of the small things. I live about 15 miles away, but will only bring my vehicles to him for smog and minor repairs. Great guy and great honest shop.. read more

Worst experience , i took my vehicle twice the first time didn't get anything fixed my car was returned the same with the engine light on, the last time i took it they kept it all day for them to call back and tell me they weren't going to check my car to find some where else to take it. Definitely the most unprofessional and unhelpful mechanics i ever met. read more

My mom who is 84 have been bringing her car infinity j30 here for a few years now . I am always making sure no one is taking advantage of her. I must say, I've never had to worry about this shop doing that. Great owner reliable and very honest with you. Oh yes, the work and customer service is AWSOME !!! read more

After reading the other reviews for Espinoza Auto experts, after my car stopped starting, I gave them a call here. They were quick to respond and were willing to see me that day, though my car would need to be with them for a little while, and Id need to make other arrangements. I got my car started and made my way over. Spoke with Gustavo and another fine gent who I did not get the name of. He made sure I had a ride, and the said, "hold on a sec, I'll check it now, and we'll see if you even need to." Turns out, just a bad battery. Gustavo actually listened to me about how I'd treated the battery, and we found that yes, it may test normal, because I used a trickle charger, so it got a nice surface charge, and it passed, but he tested it again... and nope! We also chatted a bit about life as he got my paperwork completed, and it's so refreshing to have a mechanic be so personable as well! Turns out it wasn't my alternator, just a bad battery. And then I was out the door! The friendliness, honesty, and service will have me making this shop my local mechanic for here on out! read more

I came here for just an oil change, its a little on the pricier side, like 45 bucks or so, but I do believe in "you pay for what you get". You go somewhere and get a cheap oil change for 20 bucks, that's what you get! I'd rather pay a couple bucks more to have something done the proper way and check other fluids in my car than save some money on a cheap oil change. If I really wanted to save money I'd do it myself! Gustavo is like a friend that I havent seen in years, although I've never met him. Very personable, and seems like a hard working & honest person. You know that gut feeling when you know something is right? That's the gut feeling I got from coming here. I'll be sticking by this auto shop until I feel something is not right anymore. They have COMFY couches, and coffee's waters in the waiting room, and clean bathroom! I feel like I'm at home! & my car is being taken care of! read more

So I went here because of the good reviews... I was hoping to find a place where I as a woman would not be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge and understanding of vehicles. I came here because I was having what I thought was issues with my brakes. So I leave my car here and after a few hours, I get a call back saying that there's no issue with my brakes but that there are some parts that could use a little cleaning and that that would take care of any of the noise that I was hearing. I asked how much it would be for them to clean that and they said it would be 120. So I go pick up my car and it's not making noise for about five hours at the most. And then it starts squeaking all over again as if they did nothing. So I basically was charged $120 for them to tell me that they fix something that they didn't. When I called to see about getting it fixed again, the person just seemed annoyed and not very helpful. I didn't want to get charged another $120 for them to do nothing so I'm just leaving it as is for now. read more

Espinoza Auto Experts are truly professional mechanics honest guys and Gustavo was such a delight to meet and really knows his stuff I haven't had a mechanic like this in a while they will see me again for my auto repair needs, thank you guys read more

Great family run business! Gustavo is great to work with and cares for your car as if it's his own. Went in for an oil change and belts replaced and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need and I feel like I can trust his work, unlike some places around town! Will be going back for all my regularly scheduled maintenance! read more

As a woman in the automobile industry you can often be perceived as not knowing anything about cars. However, I grew up learning about cars. I came in here sort of knowing what was going on and wanted to know if they were going to try to rip me off. Gustavo was up front about everything. He gave me an expensive and low cost option, cons and pros to each. They all accomodated me picking up my car super late. It was all super professional, and they were honest from the gecko. I will definitely come back to these guys for any mechanical needs. read more

Honesty is the best policy. Called ahead to see how busy they were and they were able to get my car diagnosed and fixed within half a day on Monday morning. I hadn't known what was wrong with my car. Alternator? Dead battery? Starter? Jose helped me out and gave me different options/warranties for a new battery. read more

Made appt online, responded quicker than I could even respond and also super professional and really genuine and fair. I thought I heard a noise in my car and after my tune up he went through to see if there was anything he could find which was not something he needed to do but really just genuinely nice and helped me out a lot (: great service! Highly recommend! read more

This was my first visit to Espinoza Auto Experts. Gustavo is great. He fixed my A/C and explained all the possible scenarios as he proceeded with the job. As it turned out it just needed refrigerant and testing. I was pleased with the outcome and it took an hour as estimated. Excellent shop. Highly recommended! read more

service is good and fast. Straightforward and good people. I got my AC service here and I'm super happy about it.

Espinoza's Auto was fast and friendly. the price was great. They always seem to have good deals. i will only bring my cars to Espinoza's.

I give Gustavo a very good rating. He is a very good business man, a man of his word, and lets you know what is wrong with your car straight up. He even breaks it down into immediate fix, next to fix, and can wait to fix. He fixed the piece that he said he would, and he has my business from now on. Does it get any better than that? I will keep you posted on future repairs, but I do not anticipate that my ratings will change. This shop receives a big thumbs up from me! :-) read more
