I had to raise my voice just to stop an employee from washing my windows after I watched him repeatedly hit a cinder block wall with the same rag he was about to use on my car. After that, they literally threw my keys onto the hood of my car--on metallic paint, no less. To make things worse, the employee helping me got an attitude when he tried to upsell me on synthetic blend oil. They had no problem using conventional oil on my car during a previous visit and said nothing when my wife brought it in. Now suddenly they're saying it's "not recommended," making a note in the system that I declined their suggestion. My car only has 70,000 miles on it. Overall, the lack of professionalism and inconsistent information was unacceptable. I won't recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't be sending my wife back. I don't care how cheap they are--I'd rather pay more for respectful, competent service. read more

This place is so awesome!! I'm not sure if Bob is the owner, but he is amazing! He runs a tight ship and is wonderful, helpful, super respectful, and genuinely sweet. He never once tried to push extra services on me -- even though I'm just a gullible girl who knows nothing about cars. Can't say that about other places I've been to. Not only do they provide quick services and good prices, but they've got coffee, a comfy place to sit, refill fluids, and they vacuum your car for free??? I've never experienced this level of customer service at any auto shop. I walk in with a smile on my face every time. I have a notoriously difficult car to do oil changes on, but they're always fast, never complain, and get it done like pros. Prices aren't much more than surrounding businesses, but you get so much more. And, you won't run into issues with your car afterwards, like I've experience with Valvoline in the past. I have always passed by this establishment, however I have never utilized the services until today. Stating I'm am happy is an understatement I'm very impressed with the hospitality that was provided, the fast pace work environment on top of the overall quality of work performed was top tier. Each person played a part perfectly- Ron changed my breaks and rotors, Josh switched out my spark plugs, Jesus cleaned the windows inside and out on top of vacuuming the rugs and cleaning the mats that service by itself caught me by surprise. AJ changed my break fluid, and the owner himself Bobby review all services rendered making sure everything was done properly. I've already recommended the company to my friends, and I definitely will be returning for any follow ups or any new services needed to keep my family safe on the road. Again, the team at this Grease Monkey is 5 stars. Went in for a routine oil change, my check engine light was on. After the fast oil change, I went to auto zone and came back with the paperwork. My dad recently changed the 16 spark plugs in my Ram 1500 Laramie, however the ignition coils need replacing as well as a small leak in the evap. I asked Bobby for a quote and he gave me an exceptionally reasonable quote. I didn't know they also work on those items as well so I will most definitely be back to update these items. KEY NOTE: I asked Bobby where he would get the Coils from and he said "Ram, because your truck is a Ram" . That gives me comfort and peace of mind. Other mechanics would use after market parts from who knows where and still up-charge you smh. Funny story, we went to another auto place before for the engine light. This place was recommended to us by a family member.. all the mechanic kept saying was "this is a lot of work... it's going to be a lot of work" .. maaaan, just give me the quote already so I can get my coins together to fix it. No need for the run around to try and upsell me GEE WIZ! And this guy, I asked him where he would get the parts and he said after market. LOL! First off Danny is the best and the team that was working was awesome. Customer service was on point and the atmosphere very Inviting . Oil change, air filter changed, radiator fluid flushed and changed . They even fixed a few other minor problems for me. They also pulled up car fax for free to show me when the last time I had certain work done on the car and when I would need them done in the future. I arrived at nine they didn't arrive to the shop until 910 and then they had to open up which delayed it even farther and at that time I waited 20 minutes outside in the parking lot and he still didn't unlock the doors so I left, very unprofessional and a bad way to do business. I've had 2 negative interactions with this company. First one, I had scheduled an appt online to have my heat/cool air seats repaired. I received a confirmation appt so I proceeded like normal. When I arrived, I was told that they don't work on electronics. Normally I wouldn't care, but why not call me when I scheduled this appt a week prior to let me know this? Okay, just waste my time then. 2nd interaction, I called to schedule an appt to have my rear shocks replaced through my CarMax warranty. The man who answered immediately said they don't have time...
