We had our F-150 inspected because it had a horrible odor, and the team took the time to thoroughly check it out. Since they couldn't find anything mechanically wrong, they didn't charge us for the diagnostic and instead honestly recommended getting the truck professionally detailed before taking it to the dealership if the smell persisted. We followed their advice, and the odor is completely gone! We really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and generosity. It's refreshing to find an auto shop that puts customers first instead of recommending unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend! read more

A nice humble family friendly auto shop! I was on a hunt for something other than the drive thru oil changes who try to upsell you on everything-- so grateful to have heard of this place through the Facebook community. Overall super friendly, very knowledgeable, and allowed my son to come check out the inside. He was also able to pop in my rear part that was falling off. $130~ for an oil change that comes with the works, happy to share that my car is in excellent condition. Will be coming back when I'm at 100K miles for a whole car maintenance. read more

Great service and reasonable prices! Always lets you know up front estimated cost. You are greeted with a friendly face and smiles

Everyone appeared nice, but when it came to diagnose my car, they couldn't find the problem. I took it in to the dealer and they found the problem without doing a diagnosis. The problem should have been discovered visually by Fast Eddie, I had a radiator leak with visible liquid under the hood. I was pretty upset to send so much money on a problem they couldn't discover. This is sad! Stay away from them! read more

Friendly staff, but seem to not know what they were doing. Had to take my car back 2 additional times after the first initial drop off because it was making a loud shrieking noise. Til this day I have the same noise, and am scared to take back. Sorry but will not recommend. read more

Always great and dependable service. We've been coming here for the past 3 years based on a referral and haven't regretted it.

I was referred to fast eddies by a family friend because my volkswagen has been having some serious ongoing issues. guillermo was very helpful fitting me in the schedule quickly for a diagnostic and was very thorough explaining everything being done. my car was seen and diagnosed within 3 hours of dropping it off and although it was a lot to unpack, he referred me to a shop that could handle the issues I was dealing with and took care of me financially as well. thank you so much fast eddies! read more

For years we have taken our cars to the dealership and left paying more than planned. Awhile back, a friend recommended we take our truck to Fast Eddie's and we won't ever go anywhere else. We have had nothing but great service and can trust their work. They explain all repairs clearly and don't try to up sell on things you don't need. They will give you your parts that get replaced should you want them and they explain why they won't work anymore. As a female it can be hard to find a mechanic that doesn't talk down to you or take advantage of the lack of vehicle repair knowledge. I trust Fast Eddie's with all of the vehicles we own and have our daughter going to them as well. As a parent it's nice to know your child won't get ripped off and as a mom it means a lot to say I trust them with my daughter's safety. Thank you to all of their staff. read more

It's been several years since I've been to Fast Eddies only because I upgraded my cars. Last week I took my SUV in for a tricky situation that I caused to the hitch receiver of my SUV. They were kind, patient and helpful and took time out to correct something that may not have been worth their time. Thank you again for fixing my problem quickly and professionally. Regina read more

I took my Kia Sorento this morning for diagnostic test on my car. And their service was professional when I pulled up in their parking lot. It was all smiles and good morning. When I walked in the receptionist helped me all smiles . Their service was very quick with giving me my diagnostic. Let me know that I should still be covered under the insurance of my Kia to get my car serviced under warranty due to engine problem. This was very kind of them to let me know this other places would have just charged me. I highly recommend coming to fast Eddie's auto service.Thank you so much for helping me read more

Fast Eddie's was strongly recommended to me by a friend. My daughter's car needed a laundry list of repairs done in order to pass smog, and my friend said that Eddie was reliable and respectful, and that he would get the job done at a reasonable price. Our time with Eddie was quick and painless, and we were treated with respect and a heart for our concerns! Thank you so much guys!! read more

Took my truck in for repair quoted me a price never call me to discuss issues found was only to have vehicle for 1 week they had it for two weeks when they called me the invoice was twice the quoted price. Very unprofessional read more

Guillermo checked the situation and found the coolant like within a minute! He then took time to find the parts (normal prices) and make a bill, all for free, so I will tell others to go there and have their car fixed. read more

I was referred to them by my dad who regularly takes his vehicles there and Guillermo, who I believe is the business owner was able to get me on the schedule the same day I reached out. All of the staff is very kind and they even offer a complementary shuttle home if you need to leave your vehicle there for an extended period of time. Cost is not bad at all considering I have a foreign vehicle but you definitely get quality work done there. 10/10 recommend if you're local ! read more

Do not bring any car here for pre-purchase inspection. I had the seller bring a car here and got the sheet back saying no issues. They said the windshield had no cracks, there was a massive un-missable crack on the windshield, they missed a leaking clutch master cylinder and that fluids were dirty. Save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else. Unfortunately, untrustworthy. read more

Thanks so much Guillermo!!! My car is doing something weird so I made an appointment and explained everything to Guillermo. They checked it out thoroughly and couldn't find a problem so unless it totally quits or a light comes on, everything seems to be OK. I thank Guillermo so much and the other technicians at Fast Eddie's who always do a thorough job. I highly recommend them. read more

Great service, fast and friendly. I felt very comfortable bringing my vehicle for service.

I have been a customer of Fast Eddie's garage for a few years now. I moved to this area and needed to find a new garage so I went here just by chance with no recommendation. I am so happy I did! I wish someone would've recommended this garage to me earlier. This is seriously the best garage I have ever been to, as far as service goes. Guillermo, is the man that greets you when you arrive for service. He is seriously the most kind person I have ever talked to in any garage anywhere. He comes to you, asks how you are doing, and how he can help you. Eddie owns the place, he is super helpful and also super nice. Not to mention, the cost for services here are cheaper than anywhere around hands down. And when they can't provide a service as cheap as somewhere else, they tell you!!! I went here to get a new set of tires for my car as a loyal customer. They informed me that for the vehicle I was getting worked on, I could get a set cheaper at Costco. I was floored when they shared that info with me. So I got my tires that one time at Costco. Seriously go to this garage first. They will inform you what's going on with your vehicle. The staff here are nice. This place is the full package. You will not be disappointed!! -I referred a friend here, and they gave him a discount on his service! Stop wasting time at other garages. Fast Eddie's is the only garage you need. read more

I will trust Fast Eddies with all my future car repairs. They are reputable, kind and helpful.

Very good service at fast Eddie's! We had a few older cars and that needed work and they did a wonderful job on both vehicles. The prices are reasonable and a they are a very honest shop. My husband donated his truck to them for training purposes. In return he helped my husband find a reliable vehicle for work. Fast Eddie's is a great place to bring your vehicles! Getting a good mechanic is like finding a good hairdresser. Take your car here because you can trust they will do a great job. read more

I came in for an ignition light and the team was very helpful! Wonderful customer service!

Wow, where do I even begin... I'd been pushing out a transmission flush for over 4 months, and once my car started sounding a little off, I decided today was the day I needed to get this handled. Not being from the area, I needed to do my research and make sure I was going to be visiting a shop that wouldn't take advantage of me or try to upsell me on different things I didn't initially come in for. I was fortunately referred to Eddie and gave them a call first thing in the morning. Eddie answered and right away, I knew I was going to be taken care of. He gave me a quick estimate, an estimated wait-time, and told me to come in whenever I was ready. First of all, to make an appointment for the same day with a shop is almost unheard of, so that was already a huge plus for me. Once I got to the shop, I was greeted and welcomed in the most respectable way and didn't feel like I was, "just another paying customer." Incredibly amazing customer service from these gentlemen and when you read "Fast", they mean fast! From the time I drove in to the time I drove out, I was probably there a total of 45-50 minutes. Definitely quicker than the estimated wait time and a lot quick then I've waited at other locations for a standard oil change. What I appreciated most though was how they genuinely care for their customers. You know you've found your go-to shop when you can talk and communicate with the mechanic and owner and not feel like an inconvenience to them. That service and respect alone will be enough to have gained a permanent customer. I will definitely be back for any and all future services my car needs. Thank you again guys! read more

People are willing to bend over backwards just to help you out that to me means a lot that there's still a company that provides service like they used to and the old days. If I had the money I would've tipped everyone I'll always bring my cars to them. read more

Great at what they do! My husband and I have taken both our Hondas to them multiple times and they have been great! Def recommend!

I literally brought my car from one shop to another. Eddie is in the local neighborhood and I've used his services before. I'm sad I didn't go to him to fix my rear view mirror. But, I heard weird loud noises on my car to find out the compressor was busted. And my ac did not work. Brought it to Fast Eddie's. They truly lived up to the name of their shop. He said it would be done the next day but it got done the same day I brought the car in. My car now has cold air, no weird sound, and runs smooth. Thank you Eddie!!! Fast and friendly service! Recommended 100 percent! By the way they do oil changes too. read more

Had some work done on my truck last year in October and repair took forever. My insurance paid for the work and a day after I picked it up the check engine light came back on. Repair told me they ordered the part but it was on back order. Fast forward I've still been waiting to hear back from them. Contacted my insurance and they told me to take it to another facility. Fast Eddie to the rescue! Called them up and took the car over. They ran a diagnostic on my truck and fixed the issue with no problems, no runarounds. They were honest, friendly, extremely professional and very informative about what was going on. Got my vehicle back the same day. I am excited to be a new customer of Fast Eddie's and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I came here on 2/28/23 at about 9 or so in the morning as I had a maintenance light on and I felt so taken care of. When I entered I was greeted by a nice gentleman in a yellow/orange beanie and he was very kind and made me feel comfortable coming in. They took my car back and maybe not even 30 minutes later he came back to me and told me I (thankfully) had nothing wrong with my car but they topped of my oil and reset my light and sent me on my way! I'm 100% coming back here if I have any future problems with my car. read more

From the beginning they have been so honest and knowledgeable about what is going on with my truck. My wife went here for a check engine light, spark plugs and some fuses were needed. She ended up getting an oil change as well. They took her in same day. I used to write estimates for insurance companies so have a good idea on labor and pricing. Very fair price for the work. Did not try and rip my wife off with ridiculous work that's not needed. They seem reliable and her car was completed in about 3 hours. Good stuff. read more

Definitely recommend going here if your car needs attention. Shouts out to Guillermo and Eddie himself and the whole crew !!! read more

I took my truck in because it was idling rough. Knew it needed a tuneup because it was sitting for a while without being drive. Eddie change the wires, and 7/8 spark plugs. He told me this issue was resolved, but after driving less than 10 miles, the issue reappeared. Eddie said it looked like someone glued the spark plug in. I took it back and they said they weren't able to get the plug out. I asked Eddie to let me know what the cost would be to extract the plug. I've called a couple of times to get a time to take the truck back in. Still waiting for the call. It's been a few months. Money paid with no results. I went here because it's in the neighborhood I lived in years ago and at that time, I have a fuse issue. Eddie found the burnt fuse, replaced it and didn't charge me. At that time, I knew I would go back for any additional work I needed, no matter where I lived in the Bay Area. After this 'ghosting', I will no longer visit this business. read more

Our old Saturn auto had a bent Transmission cover and fluid flowed all over our garage concrete floor. I called Fast Eddie's & the owner calmed me down. Said AAA Flatbed truck knows our location. Have them drop off the auto and give me the key. I will check it out and call you with a report. Eddie did just that. This was on a Saturday just before his closing time. After getting my permission to fix the problem Eddie had it done by Monday afternoon. Even gave me advice about products that will absorb the fluid that was all over the garage floor. I will be a customer of Fast Eddie's for my Old Saturn from now on. read more

Had such a wonderful experience. My Chrysler Town and Country Van was grinding and the idle was dropping which would cause it to die when it came to a stop. But I didn't have a check engine light on. So Guillermo Scanned it for me and could not find any sensors that may need to be replaced. He recommended that since it was still under warranty I should take it to the dealership. He said that if the transmission filter needed to be replaced then the transmission has to be taken out. He also was willing to change the transmission fluid, but could not guarantee that that would fix the problem, and that is why he recommended taking it to the dealership. All in All when my warranty runs out then I'm going back to FAST EDDIES!!! THANK YOU GUILLERMO FOR YOUR TIME!!! AND YOU TOO EDDIE(EDGAR).... read more
