A nice humble family friendly auto shop! I was on a hunt for something other than the drive thru oil changes who try to upsell you on everything-- so grateful to have heard of this place through the Facebook community. Overall super friendly, very knowledgeable, and allowed my son to come check out the inside. He was also able to pop in my rear part that was falling off. $130~ for an oil change that comes with the works, happy to share that my car is in excellent condition. Will be coming back when I'm at 100K miles for a whole car maintenance. read more

Everyone appeared nice, but when it came to diagnose my car, they couldn't find the problem. I took it in to the dealer and they found the problem without doing a diagnosis. The problem should have been discovered visually by Fast Eddie, I had a radiator leak with visible liquid under the hood. I was pretty upset to send so much money on a problem they couldn't discover. Friendly staff, but seem to not know what they were doing. Had to take my car back 2 additional times after the first initial drop off because it was making a loud shrieking noise. Til this day I have the same noise, and am scared to take back. Sorry but will not recommend. read more

This shop did amazing work, i took in my Cadillac in for a few issues on the alternator and water pump. All were fixed in a timely manner and at a more than fair price range. For years we have taken our cars to the dealership and left paying more than planned. Awhile back, a friend recommended we take our truck to Fast Eddie's and we won't ever go anywhere else. We have had nothing but great service and can trust their work. They explain all repairs clearly and don't try to up sell on things you don't need. They will give you your parts that get replaced should you want them and they explain why they won't work anymore. As a female it can be hard to find a mechanic that doesn't talk down to you or take advantage of the lack of vehicle repair knowledge. I trust Fast Eddie's with all of the vehicles we own and have our daughter going to them as well. All of the staff is very kind and they even offer a complementary shuttle home if you need to leave your vehicle there for an extended period of time. Do not bring any car here for pre-purchase inspection. I had the seller bring a car here and got the sheet back saying no issues. They said the windshield had no cracks, there was a massive un-missable crack on the windshield, they missed a leaking clutch master cylinder and that fluids were dirty. I have been a customer of Fast Eddie's garage for a few years now. I moved to this area and needed to find a new garage so I went here just by chance with no recommendation. I am so happy I did! I wish someone would've recommended this garage to me earlier. This is seriously the best garage I have ever been to, as far as service goes. Guillermo, is the man that greets you when you arrive for service. He is seriously the most kind person I have ever talked to in any garage anywhere. Wow, where do I even begin... I'd been pushing out a transmission flush for over 4 months, and once my car started sounding a little off, I decided today was the day I needed to get this handled. Not being from the area, I needed to do my research and make sure I was going to be visiting a shop that wouldn't take advantage of me or try to upsell me on different things I didn't initially come in for. I was fortunately referred to Eddie and gave them a call first thing in the morning. Eddie answered and right away, I knew I was going to be taken care of. He gave me a quick estimate, an estimated wait-time, and told me to come in whenever I was ready. First of all, to make an appointment for the same day with a shop is almost unheard of, so that was already a huge plus for me. Once I got to the shop, I was greeted and welcomed in the most respectable way and didn't feel like I was, "just another paying customer." Incredibly amazing customer service from these gentlemen and when you read "Fast", they mean fast! From the time I drove in to the time I drove out, I was probably there a total of 45-50 minutes. Definitely quicker than the estimated wait time and a lot quick then I've waited at other locations for a standard oil change. What I appreciated most though was how they genuinely care for their customers. You know you've found your go-to shop when you can talk and communicate with the mechanic and owner and not feel like an inconvenience to them. Had some work done on my truck last year in October and repair took forever. My insurance paid for the work and a day after I picked it up the check engine light came back on. Repair told me they ordered the part but it was on back order. Fast forward I've still been waiting to hear back from them. Contacted my insurance and they told me to take it to another facility. Fast Eddie to the rescue! Called them up and took the car over. They ran a diagnostic on my truck and fixed the issue with no problems, no runarounds. I came here on 2/28/23 at about 9 or so in the morning as I had a maintenance light on and I felt so taken care of. When I entered I was greeted by a nice gentleman in a yellow/orange beanie and he was very kind and made me feel comfortable coming in. They took my car back and maybe not even 30 minutes later he came back to me and told me I (thankfully) had nothing wrong with my car but they topped of my oil and reset my light and sent me on my way! Our old Saturn auto had a bent Transmission cover and fluid flowed all over our garage concrete floor. I called Fast Eddie's & the owner calmed me down. Said AAA Flatbed truck knows our location. Have them drop off the auto and give me the key. I will check it out and call you with a report. Eddie did just that. This was on a Saturday just before his closing time. After getting my permission to fix the problem Eddie had it done by Monday afternoon. Even gave me advice about products that will absorb the fluid that was all over the garage floor. I took my truck in because it was idling rough. Knew it needed a tuneup because it was sitting for a while without being drive. Eddie change the wires, and 7/8 spark plugs. He told me this issue was resolved, but after driving less than 10 miles, the issue reappeared. Eddie said it looked like someone glued the spark plug in. I took it back and they said they weren't able to get the plug out. I asked Eddie to let me know what the cost would be to extract the plug. I've called a couple of times to get a time to take the truck back in. Still waiting for the call. It's been a few months. Money paid with no results. I went here because it's in the neighborhood I lived in years ago and at that time, I have a fuse issue. Eddie found the burnt fuse, replaced it and didn't charge me. At that time, I knew I would go back for any additional work I needed, no matter where I lived in the Bay Area. After this 'ghosting', I will no longer visit this business. read more

Had such a wonderful experience. My Chrysler Town and Country Van was grinding and the idle was dropping which would cause it to die when it came to a stop. But I didn't have a check engine light on. So Guillermo Scanned it for me and could not find any sensors that may need to be replaced. He recommended that since it was still under warranty I should take it to the dealership. He said that if the transmission filter needed to be replaced then the transmission has to be taken out. He also was willing to change the transmission fluid, but could not guarantee that that would fix the problem, and that is why he recommended taking it to the dealership. Very unhonest people. Don't even think to rent U-Haul from them. First, they will promise you truck but at time when you ready to pick it up, they have only van available. Second, they will give you a van with half empty tank (slightly more may be). I have returned mine in less than 24 hours, filled it with 3.5 gallons of gasoline, ran 28 miles. They have charged me with late hours fees, 6 gallons of gasoline (28/6 = 4.66 miles per gallon, really? And keep in mind - I refilled it)... Those kind of places should be out of business for sure! read more
