****Updated review **** Came across 360 auto repair for a oil change and I was impressed by the speed of service they quickly were able to get my oil change done and were able to replace and air filter quickly, since they had a large supply on hand. I was sitting comfortably in the waiting area with comfortable couches with air conditioning and water. Since I've been frequently visiting for oil changes my cars have been all maintained here which are all Japanese, European and British including my Range Rover which had a cooling system overhaul along with air suspension repair these cars can be very finicky and pain to work on but they took exceptional care while doing the work. Overall they have keen eye when inspecting vehicles such as suspension, bakes, engine, alignment tune ups etc. They offer fair pricing and alternatives if needed, they offer quality work with efficiency they run a tight ship this is the place to take vehicles for 360 care! read more

Let me start by saying if your not taking your car here then I don't know what your doing! I go here all the time for my oil changes and major services when I can. They will show you what's wrong with your car instead of just telling you,oh you need this done like most places do. I always feel like I got the best service when I come here! JOE IS THE ABSOLUTELY BEST! If you need service this is where you take your car. read more

I've been coming here for 20 years. Sam & Joe have always been beyond amazing. They're quick and I've never had any issues with services done from oil change, brakes, to engine service work. read more

I have only lived in antioch for 3 years now and the first year I was here, my car broke down and I was very close to 360 auto-repair, I have been passing it by going home back-and-forth and I had such a good feeling about the place because there was never no cars lingering after the shop closed, always clean so I took my car there. They repaired it, it didn't break down anymore. They were very good at explaining to me. What was needed? And I did not feel cheated like other places. I've gone to being a woman. And ever since that day I have been going back, I call them the fellas and they have taken very good care of my car, I have a 2011 rav4 And I have recommended them to a few more people, and I've also heard good things from them about them, taking care of their car. I highly recommend if you have an older model card to go and let them keep your car healthy. read more

I'm on my second car with this location. I appreciate the fast service, the kind engagement with the employees, and the price point of my oil changes. I have had my brakes done at this location as well. They were super fast and whatever price they quoted was the price that I paid. I will continue to have my car serviced at this location. It seems to be pretty popular because the last time I went early in the morning for an oil change, their lobby was full of people. So I don't think I'm the only one who find this location as a real gem for car maintenance. read more

I don't often leave reviews, but 360 Auto absolutely deserves one and more praise than I've ever given a business before. I had a great experience working with both Sam and Joe. Sam went above and beyond in a way that really stood out. He was able to provide all-around amazing service to my vehicle up until it ultimately needed to be retired due to a manufacturer engine flaw. In addition to servicing my vehicle, his knowledge of the auto industry is deep. He was incredibly knowledgeable about a known Hyundai engine defect issue I was dealing with, and his advice helped save me thousands of dollars. Because of his guidance and technical know-how, I was able to handle the situation properly and ultimately receive full compensation from Hyundai. His advice during the process of purchasing a replacement vehicle was also incredibly valuable. He is honest, patient, professional, and clearly cared about helping me make the right decision, not just rushing me through the process. I was respected, taken care of, and never pressured. Sam and Joe have earned another lifelong customer, and I highly recommend 360 Auto to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy help with their vehicle. read more

I came here bc I assumed the whining noise from the back of my Yukon was a bad u joint or wheel bearing. The team here were able to get me in right away on short notice, & correctly diagnosed failing rear brakes & rotors. Their services are fast & the prices are reasonable. Sam & Joe are very helpful & honest. Being that they can work on European vehicles, I'll be taking my other car here in the future. read more

We needed a mechanic to look at our car, and we are so glad we found 360 Auto Repair! We are new to the area and now know where to take our car! It was on a Saturday morning and Sam was able to diagnose and repair what appeared to be a serious problem within a few hours for a most reasonable cost. And to make this experience even more positive, I received a call from Sam to see how the car was doing!!! What a shining example of customer service!! read more

Found this car shop over 10 years ago, through yelp. The amount of positive reviews should tell you all you need to know- this is the place. I've had multiple cars serviced through the years here and have never felt taken advantage of or dissatisfied. The guys at the shop are thorough and will always show you, when/if something is worn/torn or just needs works. I've moved away from the area and had a bad experience at another shop closer to home. (That'll teach me huh?) I went in for an oil change at this other place and was told I needed to replace all sorts of stuff.. quoted high.. so sure enough I call 360 Auto, get a quote for the work and now this other guy wants to match the quote I got from 360, I say no thank you. I will make the 13 mile drive each way even if it's just an oil change.. There is nothing like having a trusted mechanic, one who truly takes care of your car. Quality work with great customer service can be very hard to come by, but 360 is delivering it day in and day out. It can get busy at times because they do have so many loyal/returning customers so I try to make it in at opening or call and schedule a service ahead of time (mostly because I do have to drive out of my way). This is my place. These are my guys. If you are looking for your trusted car shop- This is it! read more

Best repair shop in town. Recommend by so many!! Best prices and will actually get the job done.

I had a great experience at 360 Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The work was done efficiently, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. Pricing was fair and transparent, which is hard to find these days. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy shop that gets the job done right, I highly recommend 360 Auto Repair. read more

I would give over 5 stars if I could. My mom (Maria), the rest of my family, and I have been coming here for over 10 years, and we always receive exceptional service. Whether it's an oil change, maintenance, or when a noise doesn't sound right coming from the car, we always leave satisfied. We've recommended this place to all of our family and friends. The team has always been honest on whether work needed to be done in that moment or not. They've always explained in thorough detail if there's any findings and make it easy to understand. read more

Getting another oil change from my favorite place, they are nice and know what they are doing!!!

We brought our Subaru Impreza to 360 Auto Care in Antioch, on a referral from another business. An amazing experience. We dealt with Joe. A very nice professional man. The car needed service. I asked for them to check the car over for things that may need attention. They changed the oil. And I asked for a tire rotation. On inspection, they notice odd wear on the tires. And they noticed a problem with the tie rods. Which was the cause of the tire wear. I will be bringing the vehicle back, to get the car repaired. These guys have earned my business. I'm very loyal to honest businesses. And I could not be any happier with service that I received from this facility. Thank you Joe and Sam. You are great guys. I wish I could double the 5 stars. read more
