Beware! First of all Jerry no longer runs this shop...!!! When I arrived 2 guys that looked pretty well hung over did a diagnostic on my car. An older guy and stocky younger African American. I was Quoted a rediculous price. After getting a second opinion at Les Schwab it was confirmed that Precisions diagnostic was not even close to what was wrong. Quite frankly I wouldn't have Precision work on my bicycle. stay away! read more

This guy is overpriced charge me for two wheel cylinders never replaced. The brakes after brake fluid was on them said he cleaned them. Turn the drums. Two wheels only almost a grand out the door never return there again. Gentlemen is friendly as ever, but his price are almost tripled, then other brake jobs and doesn't do alignments anymore. read more

Jerry, who used to own this place is a standup guy and very fair business man. Whoever he sold his shop to is riding on the coattails of that good business and trying to rip people off! I took my Toyota there to get the breaks pads changed and he wanted to charge me $400. The parts cost well under $100 a and if he charged $90 per hr for labor (which is about average for a mechanic) yeah... I'd say he was trying to Jack me! I didn't have him do the work ..obvi! Then when I went to pick up my car he wanted $60 for a break inspection! Didn't pay that either... He's trippin!! Don't go there unless you enjoy getting ripped off! read more

I was referred to Jerry at Precision Tire from Americas Tire in Antioch. Mike the manager at Americas Tire spoke very highly of Jerry the owner as the best person for an alignment on my 2017 Infiniti red 400. I arrived Jerry took the car in the back and I was wondering where the heck the alignment rack was! Turns out Jerry does it the old school way by measurements he doesn't like alignment machines because most of the time they are out of calibration. He climbed underneath the car with this big pole checked the alignment said it was perfect. He drove the car first and said he did notice a drift to the right. He even has three streets he drives down that mimic the highway and different crowns of the road. He came back said the right front tire had real bad radial pull and he swapped it to the left and told me to drive it and see what I thought. It still was wondering a bit so Americas tire Had to put a new one on. Now it's back drifting a bit to the right again so he said take it back and switch out the right front with a new tire and that should do it. So tomorrow we shall see if that works. I'm sure it will do the trick I'm a little disappointed in Bridgestone the tires are very expensive and they shouldn't be coming out the factory with that bad of a radial pull. I wish I could give Jerry 10 stars, just a real down to earth funny guy that knows what the heck he is doing and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for his expertise. and I wouldn't be afraid to take high end cars to him either they were working on a BMW SUV and he owns two Audis. Had an issue where my 2014 Ford fusion pulled to the left. I went to see my regular mechanic and got an estimate that was quite expensive and included a few services that were not urgent. I went to Precision Front End. They are very busy so you being able to walk in and get your car serviced probably won't happen, however they do make appointments and keep them. Fast forward car is no longer pulling got an alignment for a fraction of the price very quick service. My only complaint is that they don't service more on my car. read more

Well Jerry took the time to figure it out and neither were and issue - Jerry took the honest approach - it's not broken - don't fix it. Jerry did figure out what the noise was - a tire. I had called a week from coming to make sure that they can do the service I need witch was a ac repair because it dose says front end but called to not go in and waist the guys time. Waiting in my car for 45min i go in and told the young guy that I'm more then happy to just drop my car off and come back to get it repaired because I work a lot. He said that would be fine once the guy that actually needed to look at my car comes back on my way out the guy that can actually look at my car showed up he didn't like that I had to come back another day for the repair because he thought I was not going to give him the repair the way he was talking to me was so rude and even another customer was really surprised of the form of his behavior he seemed to only care about getting the money I stead of making sure I actually get my car fixed. I would have been more then happy to spend any type of money I simple work a lot and don't have the time to just let go of my car for days in times or hour that's why I called ahead !! Never will I recommend this place sorry jerry you were great but who you left to take over your shop was bad on top of that him or his son DIDNT HAVE A MASK ON! I brought my car in for a new master cylinder (not cheap) Jerry looked at it and saw that the only problem was the a bolt was loose!! he tightened it and charged me NOTHING!! My brake fluid was low, and the brakes were squeaking every time I let up on the brake pedal. I called in the morning to get an inspection, and was able to be seen that same afternoon! Usually impossible for a Saturday... Was in and out within half an hour, a full inspection done for FREE- he even topped off my brake fluid and fixed the squeaking noise which turned out to be the pivot point needing some lube. He let me know the brakes were fine, and good for another 10k miles! Boy was I relieved! I'll be back when I need real brake work done :) read more

What can I say about this shop and its owner. My wife had a flat tire in Pittsburg a few years ago and she was near the TRED SHED on Bliss Ave. She had the flat repaired for free, something a women can do..Well a few weeks ago we needed tires and I only shop at America's Tire co. They could not remove one of the wheels, you guessed it the one TRED SHED fixed. Well the TRED SHED tried to remove the wheel, but once they realized I had three new tires from America's Tire Co they refused to continue to work on the wheel. So I drove over to see Gerry. He had to call another company to come in and remove the wheel. Gerry never charged me. I had the 4th tire put on and drove right back and had a 4-wheel alignment done, and he charged me a ridiculously great price. He WILL be the only guy to work on all three of my vehicles when it comes to brakes and alignments..PERIOD... read more

Nothing but a great honest shop. Took my GMC to get aligned and they were honest at first with me letting me know my pitman arm needed to be replaced to get a true alignment. So I changed it myself brought it back the next day and got a great alignment. Previously I had bad deals with alignment with the shops not telling me this until after I got charged for it.
