This place is great. I had a flat the night before Easter and hour before they closed. I was able to get the tire there 15 minutes before close. I had an excellent experience here. I was advised by the toyota dealership that I needed a new tire because it had a nail in it. I took my car here for a 2nd opinion and I'm so glad I did. The dealership tried to upsell me on some tires that I did not need. My tire didn't need any repairs and the tread on the tires was still good. I love businesses that are locally owned because they seem to care more about their customers and are not trying get over on them. My husband and I went over there to get 2 front tires replaced. We pulled up and waited because there was a customer before us. When he did get to us, he wasn't friendly at all, and he just asked us what we needed with an attitude. He ended up helping the person that was in the next car, which was a lady in the driver seat before us. And this was not the first time, because the second time we went there, he was helping a lady and when we rolled up right in front of him, he didn't even acknowledge us. And he kept flirting with the lady the whole time. It lasted for about 15 minutes when I decided to say forget this we're going somewhere else. We took our business somewhere else better. I feel like he only likes to serve women that's by their self. Why have a business if you don't know how to treat your customers and know how to run it. I wasn't the only one needing my tires fixed. I met someone that commutes from Stockton to San Francisco and he stated he comes to this place because of the hours and appreciate the service. Washed my car this morning and found a nail/wire sticking out the side of my rear tire. Hopped online and saw a lot of the tire shops in my area were closed on Sunday. But I remember driving by this place this morning on my way to church service. So I went back to see if they could help me out. I didn't get the guys name but from what the previous reviews state I guess it was Harold who helped me out. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what he does. I waited no longer than 10-15 minutes until he worked on my car. He determined that the puncture was small and he could easily fix it. Just a patch later and a low fee and I was right back on the road. Check this shop out! I know where I'm headed the next time I have any tire issues. read more

Bad experience, I got a nail in the tire today, I called and made sure It was open. When I arrived, there was only one car in front of me, so I waited and being patient, then 3 others showed up. After Harold finished it, he bypassed me and said" Let me talk to her", then he started the gray color Nissan Sentra who came after me. I mean, without any explanation to me after 30 minutes wait? Hot as heck day and I caught a flat. Was able to get a spare and found this random tire place close by. This amazing nice gentleman forgot his name helped me get a used tire and get back on the road. I asked if I could patch it to keep cost low, but he saw my tire was ball () needed more attention. He said he could patch it but really recommend to get a used tire for cheap to keep me and my family safe. He was really concerned about the safety not money. Good people do exist! I got a flat tire from a construction nail and called around on a Saturday morning, but all the shops like America's Tire and LesSchwab were saying a 3 hour wait. I called Inflate and Go and was told my tire could be repaired in about 10-20 minutes for a very reasonable price. When I pulled up there was one other car being worked on and the lady and her dog were hanging out inside her car with it jacked up. They were happy as an be and in a few minutes they were off driving again. I am saving this number because they also offer 24 hour emergency roadside tire repair as well. Absolutely amazing!!! Also, I just submitted this review and he is actually jacking up my car and replacing my spare with my repaired tire without me even asking!!! Extremely friendly, called last minute to see if he was available to swap out my all season tires to Winter tires on a Tesla Model Y got it done within the hour at a fraction of the price. He has Tesla Pads so no need to worry about battery or frame damage. Rims were unscathed took care of them without damage. Do your research others might not be familiar with Teslas so I trusted him after another Tesla review. Service was 10/10 will be coming back after winter to get new All Seasons placed. read more

Late evening, when all commercial tire shops are closed, I had a flat tire with a foreign object in it that needed a replacement I called him he said give him 30 mins to close up his shop and he will be on his way. I never heard back for 2 hours and he didn't show up. Unprofessional, if you're delayed or were going to cancel showing up for immediate roadside assistance should of communicated that. I called AAA they replaced my tire with my compact spare under 10 mins took my car to Americas tire the next morning and replaced gave me a new tjre for $50 (warranty). Good, saved my money because his shop would of charged me at least $150+ for the new tire replacement and the tire is $72 at Americas tire. Go Elsewhere! read more

I live in San Jose but my tire blew up on my way to Antioch. Memorial Day holiday and 100 degree weather, these guy were more than helpful getting me back on the road quickly and for a fair price. I will be moving to Antioch but commuting still to San Jose in July. And I will be returning here each and every time I need new tires. Update: I had another issue with a tire. Took it back to these guys again. And again was impressed but even more than the first time. Above and beyond customer service. I've had several blow outs in the last yr for some odd reason. The owner is always there, he's always covered in oil n grease cause he's working his butt off to get customers in and out as fast as he can go. If ur looking for a fresh set of 4 new tires that aren't common sizes and will have to be ordered, can be done but ur better off going with a Big O Tires or an American Tire.
