Do not take your car here unless you don't care about it and want it to get messed up while being worked on. Let's start of by saying these guys are scam artists. They are unprofessional and don't even have the equipment to do the work that they accepted. I found them on Facebook marketplace I called them to see what they would charge me to change the 6 tires on my ford f450. I gave the guy in the phone my exact tire size the year make and model of my truck and asked how much he would charge to install 6 tires. I told him I already had the tires and he asked me again and again to repeat what my tire size was. I should have taken it as a clue that there was something wrong. He finally said he didn't have my tires in stock. I again told him I already had the tires and that all I needed was a quote to install the tires. He then quoted me $25 and I asked him if he was sure because the lowest quote I got was $40 from a shop close to my house. I asked him 3 times if he was sure because I was going to be traveling 45 min to an hour to get to his shop and he said yes. What got me was he had a picture on his help of them working on a heavy duty truck with a trailer attached so I figured they would know how to work on my truck. I got there and he said that the quote he have me was wrong and that he had to call someone for the right price. I told him I asked him 3 times on the phone if he was sure about the price and that I just drove an hour to get there. He said he thought I was asking about a trailer. I told him that I gave him the make and model of my truck over the phone. I should have left right then and there but I already drove an hour I wanted to see how much more it would be. After about 15 min he came out and told me it was $50 each tire. Thats double what he quoted me on the phone. I was so upset I got in my truck and was about to leave when my wife called me. I told her what was going on and how I was told it was $25 dollars on the phone and drove and hour and now the price is double in person and I was getting ready to leave. She told me I already drove an hour I should just let them do it, so I did. That's where I made the biggest mistake of my life. These guys put on the tires fine but I noticed they installed my front wheel back on my truck without balancing it. Then proceeded to roll out a second tire without balancing it. I asked the guy if he was planning to balance my tires because we agreed on $50 to mount and balance my tires. He rolled the tire that he was about to install back into the shop super upset like I did something wrong. They were planning to put my wheels back on my truck without balancing them and not telling me. Like I wouldn't know on my drive home. I guess they wanted me to pay and then I would be screwed after. Him and two other workers proceeded to look for the adapter to put my wheel on the wheel balancer but they did not have the size to hold my wheel in place. They were scratching my wheel at this point and I told them I'm ok with them just mounting it and I can take it to ford to balance it. He ignored me trying to find something to use to clamp my wheel on the balancer. He finally gave up and told me he was going to put my original tires back on and I tried to argue with him saying he already did 3 wheels I can pay him $25 each wheel and take the rest else where. That way he does not damage my wheels any further. Of course he ignores me and ends up scratching the crap out of my wheels putting the original tires back on. At this point I was so frustrated and angry but happy to get out of this place, I just collected my tires and left. Never will I come back to this place. Lesson learned. read more

I caught a piece of metal in my rear tire. Other tire shops didn't want to fix it they wanted me to buy a new tire. But they had to order the tire and it would take a couple of to get. I get many flat tires from nails at the local dump. When I need a quick plug or patch I come here for fast and courteous service! Today I needed a used tire for my flatbed and they had one same size in stock. Price was great and tire was worth the price. I also give them extra props for properly torqued lugs. Met Gino the owner, and he was able to service my car right away on the spot, we look at the tires and he has available tires and free balancing but not alignment. I ask a very important question on what his procedure on installing tires because of safety concerns from a previous business i dealt with. I was very satisfied with his answer and I saw how professional he does his work. Highly recommend this place!!! went here after I decided I didn't want to wait at Big O tires - I was in and out in about 15 minutes and only paid $15 for a plug / repair due to a nail I picked up. I have a feeling Big O would have tried to get me to replace the tire, or all the tires. Nice to have them just do the work and be done so I could get on with my day. Yes it's fast and adorable but this shop knows nothing about PSI. When they pump up your tires they just go until they think it's enough. My car clearly says 32PSI, yet they left the front left tire at 36PSI! And the front right one at 44PSI! They are either clueless or careless and are off to a good start about being proactive with the extra ware and tare on your tires. I have a newer car that monitors the PSI but I feel sorry for those with older cars because when they come here they have no clue as to what this shop has already set them up on. I spent over $100 here and left with a great amount of shaking on my car because of the uneven weight their only concern is to get on tires as fast as they can so they can collect your money fast. read more
