Had six new Yokohama tires placed on my RV Friday afternoon. Everything went well, very quick. they were straightforward with the pricing, we were able to order the tires earlier in the week. So everything was ready to go when we arrived. As I now write this my driver front tire is completely flat. Looks like possibly valve stem failure, but the tires have not been on the car more than 24 hours as of writing this. Bummed they are closed on Sundays... we'll see how convenient this is to get it fixed or resolved Monday afternoon after work.? Update...I was at their front door 8 o'clock Monday morning basically saying WTF. At first they said I should call AAA , for them, possibly to remove the tire for me to bring it to them. but I voiced my displeasure with that option considering I feel they put me in this position. The gentleman seemed to see the light and had a coworker follow me to the house, which was no more than 2 miles from the shop. They took care of it, new valve stem and all within an hour. To this date and time, tire still holding air so all looks good. Thank you again American tire for Above & Beyond service. read more

I had an alignment done on my tires a few months back. However, recently, I got new front tires. From America's tires in concord. However America's tires in Concord does not do alignments. Since I have been getting my tires at America's tires for a long time now. I have an account set up with this company. However, when I called Pittsburgh America's tires to get a second time alignment. The guy on the phone named Carlos. Was very little to none help for me. The value of his professionalism is degrading. I felt like I was being mocked over the phone. He totally took my words out of conduct and twisted them. I basically had told him that my Mechanic had told me that I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Carlos's mindset was thrown off. Totally went off topic about the situation. Talking about how they don't do mechanical work. That's not what I was asking. What I was asking Carlos is how much would it be for an alignment? Then he's the one that told me that he did the alignment on my vehicle the first time. Then why am I having to go the extra stretch in explaining myself? If Carlos has originally did my alignment the first time? Why didn't he get what I was telling him? More to the story really. Because the converse over the phone was absolutely ridiculous. I had told him that I have history in the computer system with America's tires. He can look up my information by the computer. So back in forth , such a waste of time. Just totally back-and-forth when it's really simplistic work. How much would it be to get an alignment? I would like to make an appointment? Finally, I was already frustrated at the quality of Carlos' Customer Service skills. At little to none. I finally had told him that I would like to speak with a supervisor. Carlos had me on hold for awhile. No one came to the phone. Then he got back on the phone to listen to see if I was still on the phone. Finally, I hung up ! And contacted a supervisor named Robert. Please train Carlos on how to deal with customers. Both complicated and uncomplicated. read more

I recently visited America's Tire on Railroad Avenue in Pittsburg, CA, to have the new wheels on my 2025 Ram 1500 mounted, my tires installed, and everything balanced. I have to give credit where it's due--the customer service was excellent, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out much quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, the quality of the work didn't match the great customer service. As soon as I got on the freeway, my truck had a noticeable vibration, and I discovered the tires had not been properly balanced. To make matters worse, the tire pressure was set way too high. I ended up having to take my truck to Big O Tires in Antioch and spend more money to have a service corrected that I had already paid for. It's disappointing because the experience started off so well. Great people and fast service are important, but the work needs to be done right the first time--especially on a brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 with new wheels. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and that the shop takes extra care with future customers. FYI discount tire customer care did reach out only to give me a unclickble link to use that after trying to type all that in took me to fleet sales inquiry. read more

You can't beat service with a smile and the man that sold me my tires was nice. $900 dollars later, I had to put air in my own tires. I guess no one cared enough to look at the specifications on the inside of my door. That's an awesome feeling to have late at night, while driving on the freeway when it's hard to find a working air pump. Thanks. Next time I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

I brought my trailer in to get one of the tires checked because I had a slow leak. My service advisor Carlos got me checked in fast and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service tech Antonio was also very helpful and was able to find a leak in my sidewall from the dunk tank that I had no idea was there. Both of them were amazing and I will definatley be bringing all my tire service needs here because of these 2. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment to have my tire fixed, expecting that my time would be respected. At check-in, I was told my car would be ready by 11:51 AM. However, it's now 12:30 PM and my vehicle hasn't even been looked at yet. What's the point of making an appointment if it doesn't actually reserve time for your service? To make matters worse, I was then told I would need to wait another 45 minutes--again, despite having an appointment. I completely understand that things can get busy, but there should be better communication and more realistic time estimates. This experience felt very disorganized and frustrating. I hope they improve their scheduling process because this was a major inconvenience. read more

This was the second visit in 7 days because my tire was not fixed the first time I brought it to them. 3 times I had to have air put in it. They told me to make an apointment so I did. My apointment was at 5pm and it is 5:53 and my truck is still waiting to be checked. Horrible communication. I won't be back. I really miss tred shed!! read more

Easy appointment making, clean , comfortable waiting room. Great customer service as well.

Went in to have ALL MY TIRES CHECKED. Waited an hour. They found a nail in one. Fixed it. Drive down the street to get my oil changed and thankfully they checked all my tires as a courtesy and unbeknownst to me two of my tires on the R side were at a dangerous PSI. One tire was at 50 PSI and the other 60PSI when they're suppose to be at 35PSI!! I called to speak to manger here and he said oh no my guys checked all tires I said no they didn't. He kept arguing with me when I told him how did they check them if directly after I go get them checked at the oil change place and they informed me the dangerous PSI they were at. They told me you're lucky you didn't hit a pothole and wonder why your tire popped bc of how high the PSI was. Instead of the manager taking accountability he tried to say no my guys checked all tires. NO THEY DIDN'T IF THEY DID MY TIRES WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AT THAT PSI IMMEDIATELY LEAVING YOU. BEWARE! Update to customer care response: I don't have time to sit here and type in your URL to have you look into this further. My appt was today 9:15am look it up and find the details. read more

After experiencing that customer service from the location in Antioch, I went to Pittsburgh and I was met with customer care right away. To whom it may concern, I visited your establishment approximately one hour ago. I believe I was a victim of fraudulent practices. One of my vehicle's tires was flat. I was informed that the tire was irreparably damaged and required complete replacement at a cost of $220. Subsequently, I visited another service center on Railroad, where the tire was successfully repaired for $15. read more

I want to say Thank you to Tony and the Team!! My husband and I went for a simple task of vacuuming our car and grab some milk for my son to have a yummy strawberry shake! We finished vacuuming the car and left to get our milk but we left with an unwanted gift of a huge bolt in our tire! We drove over to Americas Tire and received help from Tony!! He was absolutely amazing! He let us know, our front tires were just not even safe to drive with even if they removed the bolt, which is something I noticed once we pulled up (they were pretty bald). He helped with the price since this was not in our budget as we had just spent a ton of money on our Grandbaby's bday He made it possible for us to get the two tires we needed and to get back on the road safe! 10 stars for Tony!! read more

I have been buying my tires from America's Tire for years. I always have a good experience!

Before visiting this store I read the reviews and was looking forward to great service! The past reviews have to be fake reviews. They have Terrible customer service in this location. I came in on Monday; no cars in the parking lot, no vehicles in their garage. Completely empty expect for at least 5 to 6 employees who never greeted me. I waited in the lobby while the first associate was on the phone (understandable but not even a "hi one sec"?) it took a man(who doesn't even work there) who needed a signature from the manager to ask to assist me. And it's not like the employees in the garage can't see me... it's huge glass windows. They saw me and decided i wait because they want to dab each other up and be on their cellphones. I now understand why this store was empty and not packed like Pittsburg Tires across the street. They suck. Attached is what he quoted me for 1 tire... a lot cheaper from any tire place I've been to but too bad for them I took this photo and went Big Brand tires next to Jack in the box so they can match the price and provide me excellent customer service! read more

Every time k go here l, they make me feel like a valued customer. From the counter person to the one that serviced my car, they maintained a friendly but professional demeanor. Everyone was friendly and they always take the time to explain everything. They didn't try to sell me anything, so both service I've had on my cars were free (rotation). This is the only place I will get my cars serviced. Highly recommend. read more

Value: 10/10 quality: 10/10 service: 3/5 ever since new employees came in and Michael M. Went to go manage the Walnut Creek store, service here has been mediocre. I will continue to buy from America's Tire bc I've been getting tires and service here for my cars for what feels like a lifetime. ASK to speak to Nick or Justin or Thomas... they're very nice and supportive though. ps... when you get air in your tires, whoever is usually doing it - is always nice... that's it. thank you. read more

I had a wonderful experience at America's Tire today. The staff is exceptional. Very polite and speedy. David went above and beyond to contact Michelin on my behalf following a Good Faith Credit and did so before I even arrived for my appointment. Prices cannot be beat and they price match. I probably could have matched the installed the price but I didn't need to after all the money the team helped me save. They are honest salesmen. They could have easily upsold me a higher tier tire (the OEM tires Michelin Premier LTX) or even extra services, but did not recommend them over the set I got (Michelin Defender 2). Service with a smile with absolutely everyone I interacted with and even the professionalism on the phone was unmatched. Thank you both, David and Adriel. I will see you all for the included balances and rotations and to make sure my tires last me the full 80k treadlife. read more

I made an appointment on line for my husband to being in my car today as it had a screw in the tire. We have had this issue before, on other cars thru the years, and knew where the screw was that this was fixable. When my husband brought the car in they said tire was not fixable and a new tire was 300 plus dollars to replace. He said he would think about and took tire to Costco where they looked and said yes it is fixable and were able to do within the hour. They have fixed my tire and calibrated it and we are now driving on this tire as we knew we should be able to. read more

It's a new store with a new manager named Brandon. He runs the location professionally and efficiently. More importantly he is honest and humble. I witnessed 5 customer interactions during my visit and as a 25 year sales veteran can say that Brandon was exceptional during each one. They beat the quote I got from elsewhere by $4. Not bad. They have a large waiting area, nice and air-conditioned, clean and neat, playing 80s/90s music. There's a window into the shop that gives a clear view so you can see the entire process. I didn't have to wait long for them to take in my car. They also have wifi so you can work while you wait. I made an appointment online last night for today morning. I arrived at the location maybe 15-20 minutes early and I parked my vehicle right at the front of this location's main door. I haven't even gotten out the vehicle and I saw a gentleman by the name of Jared, walking towards my vehicle. I got out the vehicle, received a greeting from Jared, and asked me if I made an appointment, which I confirmed that I did. He asked me for the time, asked me what brought me to their location. I needed one of my tires patched and also decided to get my tires rotated. Jared obtained my information and we walked inside the building. He found my information in their data base, confirmed everything I needed that day, I paid my fee. I handed my keys and Jared told me to hang tight and they will work on the vehicle right then since I am already there (even though I was still early for my appointment time). That encounter probably lasted about five minutes. Less than 1/2 hour, maybe about 25 minutes, my name was called and I was done. A different employee, who was also cordial and pleasant, handed me my key. I am very impressed of the customer service of this location. I felt that the employees I interacted with are very professional, they seem to value their job, and are really pleasant people. I have been to the location in Concord, and they are nice there, too. But this location really made a huge impact with me when Jared came to me right after I parked my vehicle so I could be taken care of. I felt that I was valued as a customer, even though that it was my first time coming to this location. I will be coming here from now on as this location have won my business. Thank you again for the great service earlier today, Jared read more

Update: Still my favorite company. I've saved so much money from this company and I'm truly grateful. I've visited the Brentwood, Pittsburg, Concord, and Tracy location and every store has excellent customer service. First of all, I am a fan of America's Tire and choose this company over competitors. I don't know wassup with the other review, but my experience is the complete opposite. Within 1 minute of pulling up, an attendant came out and checked what was wrong with my tire - got a flat. Being late in the day, I wasn't expecting to be serviced today. I've been to other locations near me - Antioch & Brentwood, but they are way too busy. I was able to get all my tires replaced in under 45 minutes! The service was great and speedy. This store has the best staff ever!!! My first time coming here, Tyrone gave me different options for my spare tire, and it was something that I really appreciate. He was very easy to talk to, very friendly, and very nice. It's like I was talking to a family member who knows tires. Same thing with Gerry. My second time coming here, it was this afternoon and I had my tire's valve damaged. Instead of forcing me to buy a replacement tire, Gerry let me know that valves can be replaced, and he offered and got the valve replaced/fixed right away. He didn't force me to buy because it's not needed. Gerry was very respectful and was excellent in customer service. The other staff inside the service area were so good at what they do. They really know about tires, they are so professional, and I'm glad I went there for my tires. For all your tire needs, please come to America's Tire in Railroad, Pittsburg!!! read more

My car takes a 19" rim and a run flat tire. The manager tried to sell me a 20" rim he had in stock with non run flat tires. When I denied to spend $2800 I asked for air in my flat tire to drive a short distance home. After walking outside I could see through the window he called his guys inside as the all randomly looked in my direction. Then one of the techs came outside and said he will not put air in the tire because it was a risk. When I asked him to remove it from the car and access if it would take air on the machine he refused again. After asking the manager as a courtesy to help me he did the same.
