Since I have been getting my tires at America's tires for a long time now. I have an account set up with this company. However, when I called Pittsburgh America's tires to get a second time alignment. The guy on the phone named Carlos. Was very little to none help for me. The value of his professionalism is degrading. I felt like I was being mocked over the phone. He totally took my words out of conduct and twisted them. I basically had told him that my Mechanic had told me that I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Carlos's mindset was thrown off. Totally went off topic about the situation. Talking about how they don't do mechanical work. That's not what I was asking. What I was asking Carlos is how much would it be for an alignment? Then he's the one that told me that he did the alignment on my vehicle the first time. Then why am I having to go the extra stretch in explaining myself? If Carlos has originally did my alignment the first time? Why didn't he get what I was telling him? More to the story really. Because the converse over the phone was absolutely ridiculous. I had told him that I have history in the computer system with America's tires. He can look up my information by the computer. So back in forth , such a waste of time. Just totally back-and-forth when it's really simplistic work. How much would it be to get an alignment? I would like to make an appointment? Finally, I was already frustrated at the quality of Carlos' Customer Service skills. At little to none. I finally had told him that I would like to speak with a supervisor. Carlos had me on hold for awhile. No one came to the phone. Then he got back on the phone to listen to see if I was still on the phone. Finally, I hung up ! And contacted a supervisor named Robert. Please train Carlos on how to deal with customers. Both complicated and uncomplicated.

One of the attendants got me started on the paperwork almost immediately. By 10:55am, my car was already being inspected, and by 11:05am, everything was done. The total, including the state paperwork, was $58--about $15 less than what I paid for my last smog check at another shop. I was really happy with the quick turnaround and the price. Highly recommended! BONUS MATERIAL: - They are a STAR certified station. Smog check was $49.75 (with coupon found on their website) + $8.25 for the CA paperwork.
