I have to give credit where it's due--the customer service was excellent, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out much quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, the quality of the work didn't match the great customer service. As soon as I got on the freeway, my truck had a noticeable vibration, and I discovered the tires had not been properly balanced. To make matters worse, the tire pressure was set way too high. I ended up having to take my truck to Big O Tires in Antioch and spend more money to have a service corrected that I had already paid for. It's disappointing because the experience started off so well. Great people and fast service are important, but the work needs to be done right the first time--especially on a brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 with new wheels. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and that the shop takes extra care with future customers. FYI discount tire customer care did reach out only to give me a unclickble link to use that after trying to type all that in took me to fleet sales inquiry.

One of the attendants got me started on the paperwork almost immediately. By 10:55am, my car was already being inspected, and by 11:05am, everything was done. The total, including the state paperwork, was $58--about $15 less than what I paid for my last smog check at another shop. I was really happy with the quick turnaround and the price. Highly recommended! BONUS MATERIAL: - They are a STAR certified station. Smog check was $49.75 (with coupon found on their website) + $8.25 for the CA paperwork.
