Racist, rude and charged me $60 for a used tire when it's supposed to be $50. Never going back.

I had just bought a used tire less then a week ago I woke up this morning to a flat. Putting my donut on my lug nut were so tight I had to use an additional pole for extra torque when I get there, he told me the stem on it is bad and I have to pay an additional fee. The guys are lazy cut corners unsanitary and don't use the proper PPE on the job site would not recommend. read more

AVOID THIS TIRE SHOP!!! As a female, they quoted me $80 for a used but still good tire. When I arrived, they changed the price to $130. I said I would only pay the original price. They put a "used but good" tire on my car. They sold me a USED, NOT ROAD APPPROVED tire as it quickly became flat. Turns out, they sold me a tire with a screw mounted on the side one wall. DO NOT GIVE RHEM YOUR BUSINESS, I could have flipped my car, it was bad business and very unsafe!!! read more

Worst tire shop!!! They do terrible service work! Brought my son's car in for a new tire, they put the tire on wrong and refused to fix it! It was leaking air from the moment we left. We brought it back the next day and they wouldn't do a thing about it! American tires is the only way to go! Never again!!!!! Don't take your cars here!! You have been warned! read more

Looking to burn a hole in your wallet for no reason? Look no further! I stopped by this place needing four tires. The guy checks the size and casually drops a quote: $300 for used tires and $700 for new ones. I asked if that was for all four--nope, that's per tire. I told him that was wild, and he asked me how much I thought tires should cost. Sorry, but I'm not paying $2,800 for tires on a 2015 Chevy Impala. Maybe if it came with a free car. Total joke. Save yourself the trip. read more

Needed some inexpensive tires for an older beater van. Drove up. No waiting. People are a little hard to understand, but nice. New tires $110 ea. 2 slightly used tires $50 ea. Got 2 used tires for price of 1 brand new. Used have no warranties. Which was fine w me. Place is a little disorganized and not very professional. Gets the job done for cheap. In and out, offered 2 different pricing, I was satisfied. No clean seats to wait around at, good thing they were quick. I recommend for the reasons I stated above...dont expect a red carpet, coffee and donuts, funny and pleasant reception area... It is...what they are.... read more

Awesome place! Searched alot of places for a patch on a tire. They did it quick! Would recommend!

I told the guy to give me a patch in the tire. He said it was too far in and could not be changed. I need a new tire. I went to another tire shop. They patched it and it's working just fine. They wanted me to buy an extra tire to spend more money when all it needed was a patch, don't recommend this place to Highway robbery read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! You would think if someone is about to pay money for your services you could TRY to be courteous. Nope not them. I felt like I was being reprimanded for asking basic questions. I was quoted $60 just to take off a tire because it was stuck and the tow truck needed help. I think they are all friends and it's a scam. A used tired with service to put on is only $55 so how is just taking a tire off to put on a spare $60? He is lucky the car is not driveable and the person that hit me will pay for this otherwise I would be on the first thing smoking to another place. Jerks and rip off. My favorite part was the group of other workers laughing at the entire transparency as they looked at him fixing the car. Probably saying to themselves we got another sucker. read more

This place is not for people of color. The owner is clearly racist and rude. I had 4 flats and as soon as I pulled up to the shop with the tow truck the owner comes out and first thing he says is "Your rim is cracked" rudely and storms off. I needed Two good quality used tires for a trip to South Lake Tahoe (mountain roads). I stopped in here because I was short on time (impromptu trip). I got two same style tires with good tread for 115 out the door. Luckily I had no issues on my trip (very lucky)!! The inside wall of the passenger tire was all chewed up in a circular pattern. THIS IS NOT ROAD SAFE AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD TO ME IN THIS CONDITION USED OR NOT!!! This was not caused by my car and is impossible to be caused by my car. I had two mechanics verify this as well as my transmission guy as I thought I may be having a transmission issue at first due to how my car felt. I will never be back here because I VALUE MY LIFE!! I wasn't sold something like a defective laundry basket, no! TIRES, YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON TIRES. (To the haters) yes I have learned my lesson, I should have bought new tires! That still does nothing to minimize they sold me unsafe non road worthy tires. I am disgusted and appalled at their negligence for the safety of their customers!! Despicable business practices and people. P.S. They also quoted me less and charged me 15.00 more when I arrived. Upon reviewing here, their first review is from 11 years ago and says exactly what we've all been saying. This company has been terrorizing customers for the past 11 years minimum. They need to be shut down. read more

i came in to patch a tire after i was referred by the shop on Wilbur. Eagle couldn't repair it because the puncture was too close to the side wall. The employee offered me a used tire originally $80, he said he'd do it for 60. I declined because i wanted to check elsewhere for the same brand. I didn't find one so I came back the next day. They wouldn't honor the $60 offered yesterday. I agreed to pay the $80. Its a 19 inch chrome wheel with 285/30/19. They took a while to do it as i saw them struggling back and forth trying to put the tire on. Eventually it was done after 30 minutes waiting. I went home to wash the wheel since it was all dirty from the liquid trying to put on the tire. Then i noticed the peeled off chrome on the corner and the missing valve stem cover. I know it was in perfect condition before because I inspected it. They may be good for some quick fix patches and cheap tires; but i wouldn't trust them with some performance wheels or finishes that could be damaged. Not only that, they weren't honest about the damaged rim nor did they keep me informed why it was taking so long while I watched others come and go before me. read more

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. Tire will last you a week if that. called in the am about a tire i got from them the week prior, it literally tore apart on the inside wall exposing wires. the person i spoke to said to bring in the tire. pm after work went to get the tire inspected and swapped first guy to look at my tire said $40 bucks. so i informed him of my call in the am he then told me to speak to someone else, the second guy told me to speak to a different guy, third guy told me to ask the im assuming owner who said we can only swap tire before 24hr of purchase. (Really?? why would i spend more money on another shit tire) do yourself a favor and spend the extra dollars for a SAFE tire and keep these crooks out of your pocket. read more

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS SCAM SHOP!!! 1 Star is too much!!! Eagle tire is a terrible tire shop. They are selling LOW QUALITY tires at Hight Quality tire prices. I bought a tired from Eagle for 140$ brand new from them. Less than two months later on a car I don't drive daily for work only on weekends the tire was cracking severely. I took my car to sears for a regular oil change and that's when the mechanic brought the cracks and the low quality of the tires to my attention. Sears had better quality tires for 20% less then Eagle tire and all there tires come with a warranty that last no less than 50,000 miles. I came in to show the manager of eagle tire and they wouldn't price match or replace the tire. read more

Took my car to get 1 tire replaced, ended up replacing all 4 just because the price was decent. Which I regret badly. The guy had trouble taking the lug nuts off my vehicle. I assumed these guys are professionals that if they cannot remove something then own up to it and say you can't. He tried soo hard that he broke the lug nut in half. Half of it is stuck inside where you can't even use the tools anymore to grip it. His next best action was to grab a screwdriver and hammer and try to bash it out. Which made the damage way worse than it already was. End of the day he told me to go take my car to a specialist. Didn't even give me a discount on the tires or even offered to pay for the specialists service for his mistake. Not even an apology. I DO NOT recommend coming here. read more
