If I could leave zero stars, I would. Very bad first experience with the shop. They stated that they work on Mercedes-Benz, but when I brought my vehicle in, they wanna deny doing any work on it even on a simple bearing job. Then they wanted to charge me just to drain the oil $70. The worst of it was the manager Charlie from the beginning was very rude. He was not a pleasant person to be speaking with. If you like having cigarette smoke blown in your face and being treated like your vehicle is an inconvenience to them come here, but if not, stay as far as way as possible. read more

Always a great experience with Charlie and his crew! They diagnosed my problem and gave me a huge discount on labor. I have been taking my vehicle to Charlie for over 5 years and will continue! read more

I had a great experience with this shop. Everyone has that nagging question in their mind if they can trust a shop, well I can testify that you can trust this shop. I brought my Audi A4 in for some minor maintenance. When I came back to pick it up, the car unexpectedly had a no-start/no-crank issue, which was frustrating and concerning since I had never experienced that problem before bringing it in. The shop kept the car, worked through the issue frequently assuring me that they would figure it out, and ultimately found and fixed the problem with no additional charges. It just turned out to be a bad fuse. They could have easily charged me for extensive diagnostics, but instead they took great care of me. On top of that, they replaced the battery in my key FOB, which had not been working properly for about a year, and now it finally works again! They did this on their own and did not charge me. What could have turned into a very frustrating experience ended with me being extremely impressed with how they handled everything. They stood behind their work, treated me fairly, and made sure I left happy. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and customer-focused mechanic. Great service and great people! read more

So my ac wasn't working in my vehicle so I made the call and Erica got me an appointment right away. When I dropped my car off everything went so smoothly and Andy at the front desk is so amazing to talk to! That girl needs a raise because I'm telling you the few times I went back for leak checks she was on top of it everytime. Then there's Charlie the man who runs the show. He really is great you can tell when a shop has a good manager and this guy is one of them. Definitely must stop by here is your need any work done on your vehicle. I think the prices are reasonable and you also get 10% off if you let them know ahead of time you have AAA. check them out next time you won't regret it read more

I was disappointed with my experience. The staff were friendly and professional, which I appreciate, but I was never informed upfront about the cost of the diagnostic service. After the inspection, I was charged over $200 just to be told what was wrong with my vehicle. Had I known the diagnostic fee beforehand, I could have made a more informed decision. Transparency about pricing is important, and I feel the cost was excessive for the service provided. While the customer service was good, the lack of upfront communication regarding fees left me dissatisfied. read more

This place is the best place in Antioch to get your car work done. This guy is patient. Works very well with his customers and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and very good at their job. My vehicle is running great thank you Charlie and everybody who works there amen. read more

Great customer service and explained work to be done and went over all work done. I would recommend them.

I had a great experience this morning at Auto Diagnostics and Repair. I went in with a coupon to get multiple services done at a very discounted price. It turns out that it was a mis print but Charlie, the manager, said he would honor it. Time and time again I always get great service from Charlie. This is a high quality , honorable shop and Charlie and his crew always do their best to give great automotive service as well as great customer service . read more

I had no idea what the problem was. They gave me a set price to do some digging (which was fair in my opinion) they figured it out in a timely manner and updated me throughout the process. As a woman, you always hear horror stories about being taken advantage of but their staff and the way they handled everything put my mind at ease. I will definitely be back. read more

I was very disappointed at the level of service I received. Nothing they said was accurate, there was zero follow up and follow through all along the way. After being told I would definitely have my car ready to pick up by lunch time, then I heard nothing and had to call. Then told they were still waiting on part to come and only after pushing for more did they say that actually the part was in and that it was ready by 1:30p. Then told I would be picked up by 2 and at 3 when no one showed I had to call and find out they never sent anyone and would send someone at that time. I will never be coming back, and thats not even mentioning the ridiculous mark up on parts. I overheard them quote a man $140 for a oil change and then blame the cost of oil. I just got an oil change while on vacation in the mountains and only paid $100. The part they quoted me was also really high and only came down after I started to question them about it. I would not recommend this place. zero stars for me. I almost forgot the most disturbing part, I came in for a latch repair/replacement and got told that I needed a new ball bearing, alignment, and that I had issues with the suspension. Ive had this car serviced many times in the last few months, it has new tires, new belts, and new brakes, not to mention a new transmission, and an alignment was done. Trusted mechanics have inspected it many times and never mentioned the parts they mentioned. Because of all that has gone wrong here I dont trust anything they say.. read more

Due their great professionalism and good communication, I have found a new place to take car for now on.

Auto Diagnostic was very honest instead of guessing what was wrong with my truck they said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it i very much appreciated the honesty and not charging me to fix something that wasn't the problem. read more

Brought my Camaro in for transmission service with a coupon, did me a solid and knocked that discount down an even greater amount. Would definitely come here again, highly recommended. read more

Took my Audi in for an engine light. Charlie ran the diagnostics and was very good about keeping me informed on the issues they were finding. Always making sure I was ok with certain jobs needed for repair. I appreciated all the communication from the staff and check ins. The price was very good and the work was exceptional. I really felt I was in good hands. Great customer service. Car is running great. I appreciated they took the time to make sure to look at everything. Thanks again read more

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any auto shop. The manager promised, "Drop it off in the morning and we'll have it done by the end of the day." That was a lie. I had to call them at 4:40 p.m.--20 minutes before closing--just to find out they hadn't touched my car and wanted to keep it overnight. The professionalism was nonexistent. I made an appointment the day before, yet when I arrived, the manager didn't take any of my information and rushed through the interaction as if my time didn't matter. Most importantly, I clearly told them that my transmission issue only happens on hills. The manager even confirmed this in his notes. Despite that, they never tested the car on a hill. Instead, they only drove it on flat ground and topped off the transmission fluid. When I asked why they didn't test it where the problem actually occurs, the manager literally said, "I didn't want to get stuck on a hill with your car." So they kept my car all day, ignored the issue I came in for, did nothing to diagnose it, and still tried to charge me for adding fluid. When I questioned this, the manager dismissed me with, "Next time take your car to the Hyundai dealership." This shop is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. They wasted my entire day and never even attempted to check the problem I came in for. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. read more

They were able to diagnose and repair my car quickly. Very appreciative of their customer and technical services.

I had extremely bad luck with my vehicle at five something in the morning. I don't even live in Antioch, California, I live in Hayward . As an Uber driver, it was extremely important to have my car serviced so that I could continue making money. Honestly, I didn't even believe I would be seen today. Let alone within the first 20 minutes of me meeting the staff. The staff saw that I was in low spirits and was able to lift them with their kindness and hospitality . Even over hearing them, speak with other customers made me feel like this was the right place to be . They serviced my vehicle fairly quickly and sent me off in such a better mood. Thank you to all those involved. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. . 10 out of five stars read more
