This is a follow-up on my previous review, You asked for one photo to say my car was a total loss. The truth is you have no Honor, if the original estimate was only $1500.00 to straighten the nose of my car and I was going to hang the new parts myself, it must not have been a total loss right? The bottom line is you got GREADY and you wanted to do the whole job including supplying the parts. The hood the grill and the front bumper and mounts are the only damaged parts other than the nose being tweeked. Neither one of the front fenders are damaged as you can see in the pics. You wouldn't Honor your estimate to just straighten the nose. You tried to strong arm me out of $4000.00. What you didn't know is that I have 2 more cars that you could have done some work on threw that away also. Had you kept your word you could have had my future business as well as some of my friends and all of my family. So sad. read more

Mike is a hard worker and will have you leaving confident in the work he's done. Very passionate about his craft and takes his time. Unfortunately highway 4 always has some debris on the freeway, and I was a victim of hitting a large object in the middle of the road. My son found this place to work on his car and being an Elite Yelper, the first thing I asked is, " Did you make sure to check the YELP reviews?!" Mike is the owner. Very friendly and understanding guy. I also like to support local family businesses as opposed to the slick corporate auto body shops, which were too busy with accident claims anyway they wouldn't even look at your car unless you have an insurance claim! Mike did a good job, even though he should have been closed, he still stayed over to complete the job as promised to us by the end of the day. That just shows he keeps his promises and works hard. It's hard to find a decent body shop in this area that wont charge and arm and a leg for a simple job. It's even harder to find one who is honest and upfront about their pricing. I brought my Audi to Precision and I thought I needed extensive body work after my car was damaged and insurance was unwilling to cover the damage. Mike could've ripped me off and ordered all the parts I was already willing to purchase. Instead, he told me all I need is a new bumper and he can re-paint and remove the dings and dents from the other side panel. It's hard to trust mechanics as a woman who knows nothing about cars. Recently I took my car into my dealership because my AC stopped working in my car, after $250 just to find the issue, they told me it would be another $500 to fix the problem. I was pretty upset, because $750 is a lot of money, but then I remembered this place. I had brought my car here before for a broken mirror, and the owner fixed it right away. He was sooo friendly and trustworthy that I decided to bring my broken AC in, to see how much he would charge. As soon as I pulled up, the owner remembered me and went straight to look at the problem, he quickly realized it was an easy fix. Some screw or something simply had to be tightened (I told you, I don't know anything about cars)! He tightened it and I was on my way within 15 minutes!!! I couldn't believe it! He could have gotten over on me and told me anything just to take my money, but he didn't ! I will forever bring my car here for any issues and recommend this place to anyone!! When I picked it up from the shop there were problems with the finish so I had to bring it back to them..not once, but 5 times before the paint job was finally done right. I found this shop on yelp and I must say that I had a great experience. My car had some cosmetic damages from an accident. I called Mike (the owner) and he looked at my car and gave me a time frame of when my car would be ready. I was pleased with the cost of the repairs, the paint job was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. Outstanding service and price. Someone backed up in to my AMG SLK with a trailer hitch and made a huge hole in the front bumper (never left insurance info). I went to shop around and all the body shops only gave me an option of replacing the whole bumper, which is very expensive if you need an AMG bumper. Then, one of my friends mentioned Precision Auto Body, so I went there to get another quote. To my surprise, Mike, the owner of the shop, said he could fix it without the need of replacing the whole bumper. Within a week I had my car back on the road again for fraction of the cost what other shops quoted me. After the repair, the bumper looks like there was never any damage to it. Tammy Mike and Will did an amazing job with my girlfriends Nissan versa. My girlfriend hasn't washed her car in a few years. There was gunk buildup on the side panels there was doghair, stains on the seats, the crumbs everywhere, sticky residue all over the console, water spots, and it was an overall mess. I took my car to Mike to fix the back bumper, after having a terrible experience with another body shop. And Mike did an excellent work, at a very great price, he even did more than expected. Mike is very honest, very reasonable, he used original parts, he used very good paints, he finished the work in 2 days. His price was even lower than the insurance price, which saved me part of the deductible (co-pay). Above that, Mike helped me fix and painted a small part of the front bumper, which went bad after the other bad body shop fixed it with inferior materials. Mike did this ALL FOR FREE, of his own accord. Isn't that wonderful? I recommend Precision for any body shop you need to do on your car.
