One of the BEST body shops in the bay area! I just brought my Lincoln Navigator. It has a little bit of damage to the front bumper they did an amazing job. Great prices! He walked me through the whole process. It was also done in a short period of time. Less than a week! I really want to thank them. If you need bodywork this is the best local spot to be. read more

Do not go this shop. Save your time and mental health. Mike is a big liar . It's not only me who had the same experience with him. This is a scam shop. Run and save your money . These people are rude. You can check their record with the BAR. If any of you have issues Report them to BAR as I have done it in the past read more

This is a follow-up on my previous review, You asked for one photo to say my car was a total loss. The truth is you have no Honor, if the original estimate was only $1500.00 to straighten the nose of my car and I was going to hang the new parts myself, it must not have been a total loss right? The bottom line is you got GREADY and you wanted to do the whole job including supplying the parts. The hood the grill and the front bumper and mounts are the only damaged parts other than the nose being tweeked. Neither one of the front fenders are damaged as you can see in the pics. You wouldn't Honor your estimate to just straighten the nose. You tried to strong arm me out of $4000.00. What you didn't know is that I have 2 more cars that you could have done some work on threw that away also. Had you kept your word you could have had my future business as well as some of my friends and all of my family. So sad. read more

I brought my 2007 Toyota Avalon XLS to Mike owner of the business 3 weeks ago from today April 30th for rear end repair quarter panel the whole nine. And I MUST SAY I WAS VERY IMPRESSED OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. My VEHICLE LOOKED ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Very pleased with the quality of work that went into fixing my vehicle. I was happy with the price quoted and just overall thankful for Mike excepting my vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND MIND TOU MY VEHICLE WAS DEEMED TOTALED. So again a big thank you to Precision Auto Body I could not have been any happier than what I was today picking up my vehicle. read more

I am very pleased with Precision Auto Body. I'd have to say they're one of the best auto body shops in the East bay! Mike was so helpful and got my car fixed in no time. If you're looking for an auto body shop look no further because this one is the best. Thank you so much for everything! read more

Mike is a hard worker and will have you leaving confident in the work he's done. Very passionate about his craft and takes his time. Unfortunately highway 4 always has some debris on the freeway, and I was a victim of hitting a large object in the middle of the road. Mikes team got the job done and make my first experience very comfortable. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a rental or spare car, and yes they never answer the phones. So Pull up to the shop to get real ETA on your car. read more

My son found this place to work on his car and being an Elite Yelper, the first thing I asked is, " Did you make sure to check the YELP reviews?!" Mike is the owner. Very friendly and understanding guy. I also like to support local family businesses as opposed to the slick corporate auto body shops, which were too busy with accident claims anyway they wouldn't even look at your car unless you have an insurance claim! Mike did a good job, even though he should have been closed, he still stayed over to complete the job as promised to us by the end of the day. That just shows he keeps his promises and works hard. I am all for that in a business! He does do auto repairs ( except engine work) as well, so I am going to do my axle with him once he gives me the quote. I like to support good businesses and I have been trying out different mechanics, auto repair, etc in this area to hopefully find one I can consistently use; especially since it seems the good mechanics that are trustworthy are so busy these days, so I like options! This is one of the GOOD businesses and GOOD people to support! read more

I brought my car here for body paint and they did an awesome job! Mike is really great to deal business with. Very reasonable price as well!

I needed my front and back bumper fixed and found this place by accident going to somewhere close by. The owner Mike is great and willing to work with you. They actually care about helping their customers and you leaving happy. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Just a Horrible experience at this auto Body, Take your money somewhere else and your time. They will keep your car in there for months! Just so they can get that extra money while keeping your car there! This shop is total SCAM!!!! They will micky mouse the work! Even steal parts from your car! Please go somewhere else! The Owner mike acts friendly and acts like he cares and acts like he understands you and your situation ! But he doesn't!Just all lies and lies and will do fraud.therefore, the estimate was very high and the work on the car was HORRIBLE! Paint, parts, alligment, shaking motor, fender, front bumper i can go on and on! However we already reported him to BAR and will take further action. read more

Still the worst! They will never fix this problem! Still no vehicle fix and they avoid me like the plague because they know they are in the insurance loophole where I actually have no support from the insurance provider always only go with the preferred body shop never take a chance!!! You apologize but say nothing about literally stealing the money the insurance gave you two Plus years ago and repairing NOTHING! read more

It's hard to find a decent body shop in this area that wont charge and arm and a leg for a simple job. It's even harder to find one who is honest and upfront about their pricing. I brought my Audi to Precision and I thought I needed extensive body work after my car was damaged and insurance was unwilling to cover the damage. Mike could've ripped me off and ordered all the parts I was already willing to purchase. Instead, he told me all I need is a new bumper and he can re-paint and remove the dings and dents from the other side panel. I give them 5 stars for their professionalism, honesty, and amazing service. Thanks again Mike! read more

Amazing job done to my 2013 Camry. The customer service/hospitality was top notch. Literally went ABOVE & BEYOND. Waxed my car and even fixed my other flaws on the car as a courtesy. Highly recommend this shop! read more

In a simple and oNe word to describe this shop is : WORST. All the positive reviews seems like their own. Mikes Auto body is the best and comes with lifetime warranty. Don't waste your time and money to go there read more

Do not make deal with this shop. He is a CHEATER. I took my car for a job that suppose to be 5 days , never returned my calls , i have to go in person and talk to face to face. This guy charges extra money compare the original deal. He says something then he tricks you. I had to call POLICE for this issue Be careful with this shop! read more

They gave the best quote out of 4 different auto body shops by a lot. They were super friendly and my car came out great. I would definitely go there again and recommend to a friend read more

It's hard to trust mechanics as a woman who knows nothing about cars. Recently I took my car into my dealership because my AC stopped working in my car, after $250 just to find the issue, they told me it would be another $500 to fix the problem. I was pretty upset, because $750 is a lot of money, but then I remembered this place. I had brought my car here before for a broken mirror, and the owner fixed it right away. He was sooo friendly and trustworthy that I decided to bring my broken AC in, to see how much he would charge. As soon as I pulled up, the owner remembered me and went straight to look at the problem, he quickly realized it was an easy fix. Some screw or something simply had to be tightened (I told you, I don't know anything about cars)! He tightened it and I was on my way within 15 minutes!!! I couldn't believe it! He could have gotten over on me and told me anything just to take my money, but he didn't ! I will forever bring my car here for any issues and recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks again for your help and being such an honest businessman !!! read more

Front off ice staff was friendly and helpful. Estimator was through and accurate. Could not ask for more... now, if only I had the money for the repairs I would be a happy camper. There price was not high, I am just broke. read more

I left my truck there for a full paint job. When I picked it up from the shop there were problems with the finish so I had to bring it back to them..not once, but 5 times before the paint job was finally done right. The five stars is really for the people that work there: they are easy to work with and they ultimately took care of the repairs. However, more attention to detail the first time would've minimized the frustrations. read more

I needed to fix the fender of my Lexus LS 460 and I went to Autozone to buy the clip.Unfortunately, they didn't have it and the manager referred me to Precision Autobody. Upon arrival,I met Mike who inspected the repair work and assured me he would order the parts from the dealership.I asked for the cost of labor and Mike laughed and said, don't worry,I will take care of it free.I was astonished and truely,Mike was a man of his words as he ordered the part and fixed the fender without charging me a dime.He never inflated the cost of the clip needed when I was reimbursing him for that. It is refreshing to know that we still have honest and honorable business men like Mike out there. Thank you Mike and I will spread the word. John T. Antioch,CA read more

Outstanding service and price. Someone backed up in to my AMG SLK with a trailer hitch and made a huge hole in the front bumper (never left insurance info). I went to shop around and all the body shops only gave me an option of replacing the whole bumper, which is very expensive if you need an AMG bumper. Then, one of my friends mentioned Precision Auto Body, so I went there to get another quote. To my surprise, Mike, the owner of the shop, said he could fix it without the need of replacing the whole bumper. Within a week I had my car back on the road again for fraction of the cost what other shops quoted me. After the repair, the bumper looks like there was never any damage to it. Thank you Precision Auto. Piotr read more

I found this shop on yelp and I must say that I had a great experience. My car had some cosmetic damages from an accident. I called Mike (the owner) and he looked at my car and gave me a time frame of when my car would be ready. I was pleased with the cost of the repairs, the paint job was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. The car was finished within the given time frame and I ended up paying a little less than the original quote. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and i highly recommend this place of business. It's affordable and they get your car back within the timeframe they tell you. read more

Exceptional customer service! The owner (not sure what his name is) is super nice and professional. Tammy Mike and Will did an amazing job with my girlfriends Nissan versa. My girlfriend hasn't washed her car in a few years. There was gunk buildup on the side panels there was doghair, stains on the seats, the crumbs everywhere, sticky residue all over the console, water spots, and it was an overall mess. After they were done with it it looks brand spanking new. They washed every little inch of the car like it was their own. I love supporting family owned shops and they are a great family and Mike gave me some trusting advice which saved me thousands of dollars. They are an honest family and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very professional. read more

Hi I called and the guy was really nice he kind of gave me an estimate over the phone which I really appreciate it I went out there he order the part I needed we have a little confused and I got lost but I'm still waiting on it and I think he's really honest on his prices it's I would recommend him read more

I took my car to Mike to fix the back bumper, after having a terrible experience with another body shop. And Mike did an excellent work, at a very great price, he even did more than expected. Mike is very honest, very reasonable, he used original parts, he used very good paints, he finished the work in 2 days. His price was even lower than the insurance price, which saved me part of the deductible (co-pay). Above that, Mike helped me fix and painted a small part of the front bumper, which went bad after the other bad body shop fixed it with inferior materials. Mike did this ALL FOR FREE, of his own accord. Isn't that wonderful? I recommend Precision for any body shop you need to do on your car. And please tell all your friends and families to take their job to Precision. THEY ARE THE BEST. I am so proud of them. Thank you and thank you again. read more

We were recommended to Precision from a close friend and we will never go anywhere else in the future. And will refer in the future. We have a 2017 Ram and it was in pretty bad shape from an accident. The work they did on our truck was beyond our expectations. We were and still are so happy with the outcome. The best part of our experience was the family that worked there, and the feeling of being in good hands. Very honest and friendly people. Thank you. read more
