Worked with Casey to get my 2005 Audi Allroad fixed. Long story short, I was rear ended and the insurance undervalued my cars value and overestimated repairs on my car to total my car. My daughter was in a hit and run accident, causing extensive damage to the entire side of her car. As she only has liability coverage, we would be paying out of pocket. The first estimate we got from a different local shop was almost as much as we had paid for the car even though I had explained that I just wanted the car to be made functional (be able to open the doors) and didn't have to be perfect. I called Mashore Autobody and spoke with Casey and explained the situation, and he told me he could make the repair at a much more affordable cost and still have it look fairly decent. His estimate was very reasonable and a huge relief compared to the first estimate. When we were able to get in touch with the insurance of the other driver, Casey was able to generate another estimate that would include more extensive repairs. He was friendly and responsive throughout the entire process and made my daughter feel very comfortable. When we picked up the car we were amazed at the end result. Even though my daughter told him she was ok with a few dings/scratches, he made the car look perfect again. We couldn't be happier. Trying to pull in close to the edge of my garage, well let's just say I got a little too close and scratched my front plastic bumper cover pretty good on my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. Mashore Autobody recommended rather than them fixing, an aftermarket replacement. They offered two options, the least expensive one installing one I ordered and provided an example site that sells them, or going with a replacement they have experience with that they felt was the closest to OEM which they would paint and install. As despite this car having over 100K miles it still runs great (46 mpg), I went with the latter for a little bit more money. Providing options like this is unusual from my limited experience with auto repairs. The repair was also done quickly and looks good. If you are in need of auto body repairs or paint, I'd recommend including them in the 2-3 shops you talk with. I'll bet you will choose them too! read more
