Michael from Tepa Auto Body helped me to settle my claim with a 3rd party insurance and gave great advice to get the process going. This insurance company kept us waiting for 2 weeks while my mom's SUV sat parked on the street. Michael had one of his guys pick up the SUV the same day and towed it to his shop. Then the insurance company called him the next day and within 3 days, the claim was settled. Michael was awesome to work with and was up-front and honest. Once again, top-notch job. I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler in when literally a rear left tire broke off leaving the car skating on an offramp. I had the car towed to Tepa, of course because no other place could do a job like they can. That was on a Saturday. I couldn't believe it, but by Monday they had already looked at and we're working with my insurance adjuster to get the job taken care of.. It had an estimate for me and we're already working on it. They had my Jeep completed by Friday, which was awesome because I was leaving out of town on Sunday. This shop was actually an alternate choice after the initial shop that I was going to have the repairs done was overbooked for 2 weeks. I have to admit I was hesitant at first when I got to the location because unlike one of those big nice shops like Mike's Auto Body, it was technically just a warehouse. But I took a leap of faith and trusted all the positive reviews it had. Well, you can add my 5 star seal of approval review along with those others. I was searching on Yelp for shops to put on my carbon fiber side skirts. Based on the reviews and the cars posted, I choose Tepa to do the work. I am glad I did because they did an excellent job. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. While one of his guys was putting my side skirts, he was washing a customers car instead of his workers. He told me when he washes the car because he finds all the imperfections and will redo the car if he finds a problem. There is no other repair shop or detailing I would rather go to than Tepa Auto Body. No score and 3 months ago, I scraped my car up trying to rush while parking into my carport. Thankfully there always been one place that always had my back when it comes to repairs and detailing and that is Tepa Auto Body. Not only did they fix my bumper/fender but they also were able to add a red accent stripe onto it which would complete the final detailing that I wanted on my car. All of this was at not only an affordable price but ultimately with the best customer service possible. I actually didn't like the stripes a certain way and easily fixed it within the same day. I mean normally I write these long drawn out reviews about how awesome a place is. However this time, there is not much else that needs to be said that I have already said in the past. Absolute "Customer Focused" PRO's Believe the 5 star reviews, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Mike Gonzalez and his team at Tepa are absolute pro's and provide the type of customer service usually only experienced at places like Nordstrom. If Nordstrom ever adds an auto body division they'd do well to have Mike own & run it. Our parked 2001 F250 diesel was recently hit from behind & was totaled by the driver's insurance company. Although our oversized hitch absorbed most of the impact, our frame was visually tweaked. The truck drove fine, so I went to the "corporate" shops recommended by the insurance company and received ridiculous estimates to replace the entire chassis, while some said there was no hope for my truck. Then I went to Tepa and met Mike. Mike looked at our truck and confidently stated that the Tepa team could repair the chassis for a fraction of the cost. I quickly learned through the repair process, speaking with Mike and being around the shop a bit, that Mike treats everyone's vehicle as if its his own. In addition to the frame repair, Mike repaired my bumper, tailgate and hitch as well. Repairs I was originally thinking about not making, or doing myself. I had already purchased a new tailgate, but Mike was somehow able to locate the other parts and install them all for less than I was seeing the parts priced for elsewhere. In the end, the truck looks great and the tweak in the frame is no longer visible. Mike and his team not only do amazing work, but you immediately know that your vehicle is in the right place, which relieved a lot of post accident tension for me personally and at home. Sent out a Yelp quote request to local auto shops in October because I needed the clear coat on some Of my car to get redone (it had started peeling). Mike the owner reaches out quickly and he was significantly less expensive than all the other quotes I received. I didn't actually end up getting it done in October. Waited a few months and reached back out to him a few months later and honored the original price he gave me. I was able to schedule the service quickly. so this is my 2nd time going to Tepa but my 1st review. the 1st time i took my wife's car to get the front bumper repainted as the original shop did a piss poor job (you get what you pay for ) holds true. Michael replied with a quote took it there the shop did its thing and i was extremely happy. 2nd time was to get a rear bumper replaced he replied with a quote said it would be a day turn around dropped it off on tue followed up on wed he advised part wasn't in stock and would be in on wed. wasn't worried things happen. Shopped around to get some body work done for an accident I got into and this shop did not disappoint! Service was excellent and getting an estimate was very easy. Michael & the lady in the office were very professional & helpful when assessing what work needed to be done. The estimate given to me was too good to pass up as they definitely wanted to save me as much money, while still making sure the necessary work needed to be done on my car. Mike even suggested getting rid of the oxidation build up on my headlights which had nothing to do with what I was going there for, but they definitely wanted to take care of that for me for the low! I was able to bring my car a couple days after estimate (since it was the weekend) and repairs were completed the next day. I was so amazed by the results when I got my car back that I was speechless. The pics don't do it justice! The team at Tepa Auto Body certainly went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!
