Quick! Easy! Professional! I wanted to gift my husband a spray in bed liner for his new truck and this dealer was recommended by family and friends. The appointment set-up was easy. I called in, learned more about the product types and made an appointment based on convenience. We dropped the truck off before the appointment time and picked it up fully cured about 4 hours later. We didn't use the lining for at least 72 hours (24 is recommended), but we sure did throw a lot of things at it for it's first trip. We had a grill, camping equipment coolers and chairs. Even a curious bear! The standard lining protected the truck bed, was durable (no nicks or loss of shine). It even ties the truck's look together. Price wise it was in line with what I expected to pay, so I wasn't too shocked. It was straight forward and even though there were options, there was no upsell pressure. read more

Best possible experience on a Line-X roof job for my 1993 Land Cruiser. After removing a damaged factory roof rack the spray Line-X Kustoms hooked me up with is an upgrade & they patched all 12 or so holes leftover from the old rack. We got both a spray in bed liner and a bed cover installed for our pickup truck. Line-X did an excellent job for both. We were late bringing the truck in for the spray in bed liner. They stayed and finished the job even though we didn't get there till about 4pm. They helped us choose the bed cover that would best fit our needs. It started with Amanda... great conversations and amazing follow through. I wanted a bed liner spray and a custom hood job but unsure exactly what I wanted..... sort of sketched out an idea. I had my 1995 2500HD Silverado done in the fall of 2020. I forgot to check Yelp ratings. My truck had the infamous factory primer issue so I watched it slowly peel the original white paint over 5 years. Finally got tired of going to a car wash and when I would spray it with the nozzle, a lot of white paint would just flake off and make a mess on the ground. Instead of getting the standard new paint job, I decided I need something more rugged so I found out that line-x can be done on the entire truck was the way to go. Denise and her crew did a fantastic job and even asked them to do under the wheel wells and door jambs. I am amazed of results and I get so many people touching the truck as they pass by or simply asking what kind of paint is this? LOL I tell them it's bed liner spray! So this is a difficult review to write with just three stars. I bought the hard top three fold tonneau cover for me 2020 Tacoma. After about a year, the rubber mold began to crack so i went to make a warranty claim (i bought the one with lifetime warrant). Dealt with Samantha several times and although she was very nice, she failed to call me back with any updates as promised over the course of FOUR MONTHS! I started dealing with Denise after i went to the shop to speak with a manager. Talk about results!! She was amazing! Not only was she super responsive, i had replacement parts within two days!!!! She was excellent. Turns out Samantha made the correct order and resubmitted after one of my calls six weeks later. It was at their shop and had been for several weeks. It just took Denise's initiative to actually go look. I love the cover and will return if i need anything further for my truck read more

The bed liner looks good, but they were very sloppy. My brand new $40k truck had overspray all over my back window and some on the paint job. For how much they charge, you'd think they would put plastic up to prevent something like this from happening. Or if not, you'd think that they'd clean up the mess they made before returning the vehicle. Update: I found a small dent a couple days later when I was looking at the bed liner. The dent is on a place where only Line-X has been. I haven't drove the truck since so I know it was them who did it. Horrible read more

I recently bought my first truck, always owned sports cars. Called here asking for a qoute for line x spray in bed liner, I was greeted by Veronica. Very sweet lady, she promptly gave me a qoute for the premium line x. I didn't ask for the premium BUT the price of their PREMIUM was the same or lower price as competitors STANDARD qoutes!!! They are very affordable and quick. I dropped of my car at around 9:30am and got it back around 12:30am. Majority of the time I believe is spent on prep (covering up your truck) and drying time. Also they did a good job covering my truck. I don't notice any over spray. Keep in mind this is my first truck and I bought it BRAND NEW 2019 Tundra Crewmax Limited TRD Off-road in Cement. I wanted them to be extra careful and I believe they did. Would I recommend them to my family and friends? You bet! 5 stars. read more

Called and was told it would be $680 for platinum line-x of bed with 5 yr warranty so I decided to have it done. When I got there I thought that I would be stupid not to have both running boards done also so I had them sprayed too. They said $200 each because they had to be taken off and sprayed not a big deal; so by my math 680 plus 400 should come out to $1080 with maybe another $100 for taxes but my bill came out to just over $1300. I had issues with the total invoice price because apparently someone cannot add correctly and the scheduling as how I made this APPOINTMENT a month prior and then was told they had another vehicle that interfered with my service so I had to rearrange my schedule because they don't know the definition of the word appointment. I would recommend going elsewhere having more than one issue with entire service. Girl at the counter was really nice but I didn't get the $50 off coupon I inquired about because of Yelp. read more

Called a few places around and originally had an appointment for a spray in liner at a different location in the Eastbay. After booking the appointment I checked them out on Yelp and wasn't impressed with their reviews, so I canceled my appointment. I decided to call Line-X Kustoms because of their positive feedback and customer reviews on Yelp. Booking was only about a week and half out which wasn't bad at all. The pricing was a bit higher from the first location but after I seen the final product it was all well worth it. Samantha at the desk was vey helpful and informative during the drop off of my truck and when I picked up the truck later in the day. Great customer service and very polite. After drooping my truck off I got a call about 2-3 hours afterwards stating my truck was ready for pick up......Fast in my opinion! I would recommend Line-X Kustoms any day! read more

This place is a sell you anything, nickel and dime you on the chemical and additives that they say you need and that they are the best! Then after you gladly pay cause of the Line X lifetime warranty,,,,, within a year I got bubbles, flaking, and now its falling apart. Now I'm getting the brush off, "we dont warranty" our shotty Line X work. Seriously do not use this place, waste of money, my neighbor did his same but used a do it yourself application and his is way more durable with not issues. I got a bunch of things done by this shop. I got my bed and side rails, my bumpers, and my running boards. They even talked me into Getting the UV protection where the sun hits the Linex that is exposed. Which the UV protection I feel is fake because it looks like they never even sprayed any UV protection on. A few months after the Linex started peeling off of my bumpers so I had to retake my bumpers off myself and bring them back in and have them redo them. Before they even did them the first time I told them that they should sand the chrome so the Linex sticks to it and when it peeled off you could see that they never sanded the chrome. Now the linex is peeling off of my running boards and you can see the same thing, that they never sanded the chrome. I called multiple times and left messages to find out if they could fix my running boards and they never call me back. I even went into the shop and showed the lady at the front desk the problem and she took pictures of it and said that she would show her tech and call me back and I never got a phone call back. She told me that they only warrantee the Linex on the beds of trucks not anywhere else. So be aware if you get Linux on anything other than your bed they will not warrantee it. read more
