They installed my airbags wrong then tried to blame the manufacturer. Didn't take any responsibility at all for there mistake and also had a employee yell at me saying I don't know what I'm talking about in the show room. Never been yelled at like that. I have photo and written evidence from airbag manufacturer letting me know they left out key bolts to hold my airbags in place. The worse hack job I've ever seen and no accountability. They installed it wrong. Also put the wrong shocks on my truck and I confirmed that from manufacture as well. Then argued with me about how i don't know what I'm talking about. Also cut my brake line bracket and put the valve stem behind my rear tire which I specifically said to install in my gas cap area. The most unprofessional experience in my whole life dealing with there service and installation. read more

This business needs some better management! Terrible customer service. They act like they're doing you a favor selling and installing products on your vehicle. I bought a Thule rack system for my pickup truck. I called to setup the install and the guy told me no way they could install it for the price quoted. He said it would take his shop guys several hours to install it. They quoted me $150.00 I said I would install it and was told they'd need a couple days to pull the order and not to come in till late afternoon or they wouldn't be able to help me. I arrived to pickup the order four days later and I sat there waiting for an hour only to get what looked like used parts. They lied from beginning to end and didn't honor the quotes they gave. I will never do business with them again!! read more

Ray, from Mobile Living, called me, after he read my negative review. We had a great conversation, at which time, he asked me to bring my truck back into the shop. I advised Ray that my work schedule is a bit odd, therefore I would not be able to bring my truck in until after 9am. No problem. I brought my truck in today~Ray and his crew did everything in their power to fix any issues that I had with the truck shell. Ray kept me updated throughout the four hour process, and I left feeling as though Ray/Mobile Living really cared about having me as a happy (camper) customer. Excellent business! The story is that they rejected one that was scratched and chipped from LEER and reordered. I am not receiving returned calls and I am not sure what the real story is but I do know that there seems to be no follow up with me by Mobile Living. They say they will call back but never do!!! I've owned a few trucks over the last 5 years and I've always had work done at this place. Every single employee here is great! They really go out of their way to assist you and provide great service. They are personable, fair, reasonable, honest and always do a phenomenal job on any modifications or installs I've had done. Jason is amazing and does incredible work! He is highly skilled, humble and very professional. He has a common sense that can't be taught. If he is installing anything on your truck and runs into a problem, he figures out a solution quickly and makes sure the job gets done right. I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma and I had several installations/replacements done by Jason (grille, headlights, fog lights, skid plate). I wanted to leave a big thank you for the guys at Mobile living truck accessories in Concord. I bought a new truck and I wanted to put a cover on the back of it because I had Tanu covers on all of my previous trucks came in to their store as a new customer, they greeted me with open arms and help me select, the proper cover we ordered it from a company that was very poor in delivery and service and I waited over a month. It finally arrived and the hardware sent with it was not compatible with my truck. They sent hardware several weeks later and the hardware did not work it wouldn't allow the cover to close on my truck , I was reluctant to try any other product but they suggested a new product real truck undercover. This product was a new state of the art ABS material and they assured me that it would be as good or better than the original one. It was a long wait over 30 days, but it finally arrived , and it was installed and fit perfectly. The color match on. It was absolutely dead on with the finish on my truck.
