I want to give a special shoutout to Ron from the service department! I had an unexpected issue back in Januarary with my with my bronco and after few days ford was able to figure out the issue. That said, while my car was in the shop, Ron went above and beyond in ensuring I was updated daily, sending questions from the team and status updates to ensure we got this resolved asap! We have been bringing in our Ford F150 here for years and I cannot believe I have never left a review. This branch is pretty good as far as dealerships go in this area. They make appointments relatively quickly, do a good job and are priced ok. What I like is that you earn points for money spent and that way you get a bit of a discount. read more

Ethan was great! Very professional, friendly and accommodating! 10/10 recommend ford in Walnut Creek to everybody!

Took my 2016 Ford Fusion into the WC Ford repair shop to fix a loose sun visor and an have an oil change. Ron was my service advisor. Ron was knowledgeable and took care of business. He fixed my sun visor problem at no charge. Nicole at the front was helpful. They offered me a ride home and to pick me up when car was ready. Additionally, they washed my car exterior. Very good experience. read more

I had such a refreshing experience working with Mark at Walnut Creek Ford! After a really frustrating visit to Fremont Ford (name-dropping to warn others), I was honestly dreading the process of going to another dealership - but Mark completely turned things around. From the start, he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He never once pressured me, encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident at every step of the leasing process. Leasing my new Bronco ended up being smooth and stress-free thanks to him, which is not something I expected going in! If you're looking for someone who actually listens and treats you with respect, Mark is your guy. Highly recommend working with him! (Arman the sales manager was also so easy to work with! A kick-*ss team who understands the value of great customer service!) read more

Thanks to Service Dept. for making my car whole again. I thought maybe a step was missed during battery install, but now I realize I wasn't driving the car often enough. Am now doing better at taking the car out for longer drives. Thanks for cleaning both inside and outside of my Fusion and for the oil change. The car is running great now! Thanks so much. read more

Steven just sold us our newest vehicle this past weekend. We'd been looking for this specific explorer for a while and one happened to pop up, my husband reached out after hours for an inquiry and by the next morning we got a call from Steven and were down at the lot. From test drive to keys in hand he was great! Answered every question thoroughly and anything he didn't know off hand he was able to find out quickly. The buying process is tedious and long but he made sure to check in frequently during the waiting time and kept us updated. Would absolutely reach out to him in the future. read more

I have had a Ford Mustang MACH-E for over (3) years. My car has been taken care of by Walnut Creek Ford the entire time yet I have another Ford dealership much closer to my house. The reason for my unusual behavior is that the service and the people at Walnut Creek Ford are the best. From my service advisor Will or the two guys Rich & Don who give me a ride to and from the service center, all the employees at Walnut Creek Ford treat each of their customers with kindness and respect. Give them a try I think you will be satisfied. Thanks Walnut Creek Ford read more

I recently worked with Tim Lautze, Ron Manning, and Felipe on major repair work for my 2012 Ford F‑150 Ecoboost, and the experience was exceptional. I've never received such outstanding customer service at a repair facility. All three took the time to meet with us (more than once) and create a plan that truly fit our situation. Having Felipe, the technician, involved in the conversation and able to share his insight made a huge difference. The team there is so knowledgeable! I am pretty sure they cleaned the truck too when we picked it up! It was pristine. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the professionalism they demonstrated was impressive. I will always return to Walnut Creek Ford because of Tim, Ron, and Felipe. Their service went far beyond my expectations. Customer for life! read more

Laurel was kind, gracious, helpful and patient. Her customer service skills are fantastic!!!

So I hate to break it to you all, but we recently bought the coolest car/truck that has or probably ever will grace the grounds of the earth, let alone the Walnut Creek Ford. A 2018 Ford Shelby Raptor Baja F150. So you're all out of luck, you will not find it again (there were only 500 total of them made). But our experience purchasing the truck of our dreams couldn't have been better. We first started working with Enrique from the beginning and he was very cordial, professional, polite, and let me say, not pushy at all!! If you are like us, we don't want to be bullied, pushed around or pressured going into a car dealership. We truly want to ask questions, look around, and be treated with respect and professionalism. This is what we got every time with Enrique. We went back and forth, texting with Enrique, discussing different price points and negotiations. When we had questions that he didn't know how to answer, he would discuss it with the manager, Cary, who we ended up working with quite a bit as well. Let me say, Cary is wonderful! You know working with him that he is always being honest and giving you the absolute best deal possible. He even said, that giving us the deal he was giving, the dealership was not making much money from it at all, and he showed us how much they were making, and it really was only like a little over $1k. Cary was again, always patient and sat down with us and our 100 questions. We never felt like they were getting sick of our indecisiveness or uncertainty. We ended up asking for a few things to be fixed on the truck and they were happy to accommodate. We are so happy with our truck, we get compliments about it basically everywhere we go, and it is such a great vehicle. Seeing as how we have a Mach E as our other car, I guess we're Ford people now! And we will be coming back here whenever we need to. We have also had great experiences with the service department of Ford. Ron is the guy who is always assigned our service, I'm not sure if we are just lucky or if that is because he will always get us from now on. But it is so helpful and down to earth. He always making sure we get a rental because with my husband's occupation, we cannot go any days without a car. The woman who helped us in the service department, I think she was a manager or supervisor, and unfortunately I am not sure of her name, but I think it was Rachel! She was so over the top helpful when the service department dinged our car during maintenance. She made sure we were taken care of. It is because of all this superb customer service that we will be coming back time and time again! read more

Joey did a good job. Everyone was pleasant. Tim from the Parts/Service was great too when I called back later for some parts.

I have been coming to Walnut Creek Ford for the past six years or so and I've been nothing but satisfied with everything they have to offer. From Joe in the service department to Mike and Carey and the sales department, you can't go wrong. They are not your typical dealership where they want waste your time and play games. Even the finance department is pain-free, Garrett is a no pressure finance guy and won't make you feel obligated to get something you're not comfortable buying. So grateful to have found this dealership- specifically Pat Cahill (sales) and Janicee George (finance). I avoided car shopping for years because I found the whole process so stressful and intimidating. But I needed a new truck and saw that this dealership was listed on a Ford Maverick forum as a place that won't rip you off. I was connected to Pat in sales and he helped me pre-order my Maverick via phone and text. He was awesome and kept me updated as I waited for it to be built and delivered. When it arrived, he patiently showed me all of the truck's features, took me on a test drive, helped me set up Apple Car Play, etc. He was so kind and PATIENT. Nothing like other salespeople that have rushed me through the process, talked down to me because I'm a woman, etc. When it was time to do the finance paperwork, I met with Janicee. I was so surprised and happy to have a woman walk me through the financing!! She had to do the usual sales pitches of course, that's part of her job, but she didn't pressure me to sign up for things I didn't want and didn't make me feel bad for not choosing certain options. She answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and she was just so calm, patient, and great to work with. Overall, it was a surprisingly positive shopping experience and I need Pat and Janicee to never retire so I can get all of my future trucks through them, LOL. Definitely ask for them if you're shopping for a new vehicle. read more

Had an excellent experience with the service team at Walnut Creek Ford. I really appreciate Tallion, my Service Advisor, who went above and beyond. There was an issue with my service contract not being properly entered into Ford's system by the dealership where I originally purchased the truck (a different dealership). I had already contacted this other dealership multiple times trying to fix it myself, and it was turning into a fruitless back-and-forth. Tallion took ownership, contacted the other dealership directly, and got everything resolved so my VIN was correctly added. It wasn't even his responsibility, but he handled it without hesitation. That level of initiative and customer care really stands out. Thanks to Tallion and the Walnut Creek Ford service team for making the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the extra effort. read more

It's crazy to write a second review for a dealership. It's even crazier when I didn't buy a second car from them (yet). We recently traded-in our Mach E and leased a non-Ford because of some incredible incentives that brand had. However, we were trying to figure out if we could easily sell our Ford to the other dealer. Walnut Creek Ford not only gave us precise, clear info on my question - they helped us figure out if the other dealer's offer was strong by giving me a benchmark from their used car inventory. Again, I wasn't even selling the car back to them - they simply wanted to make sure I had good intel. I don't know how they're training everyone at Walnut Creek Ford but this should be the national standard for dealerships. I'll be looking to get into another Ford for my next car. read more

Absolutely the only ford dealer I will do business with! Outstanding courtesy and knowledge. Believe it or not I drive from Reno to Walnut Creek for service. They are the only one I trust. And it's not just the customer facing staff that's great, the technicians are the same. Specially, Maria and Ernie recently went above and beyond! I know, you think I'm nuts for driving 230 miles each way while passing multiple dealerships. Zach Molina and Joe Sarullo are the best. They must love their job. Obviously this dealership has great leadership that knows how to hire and retain great people. read more

Walnut Creek ford service department is very good. I get my routine maintenance all done at this location. 10/10 would recommend

This review is long over due, but well deserved. I didn't think it was possible for a Ford franchise to sport a Yelp rating equal to or greater than 4 stars. It's like encountering a cat with 5 legs.....freakishly rare. But after driving for over an hour and meeting folks like Patrick Cahill (sales) and Tim Lautze (Svc. Mgr.), Walnut Creek Ford's 4 star rating began to make sense. There's absolutely no pressure to buy. Sales staff are happy to let customers roam the inventory and answer questions should you have any....and the test drive route was the absolute longest that I've ever experienced. By the end, it left little doubt as to whether or not the vehicle exhibited acceptable ride and handling qualities. Should there be any defects in the vehicle at the point of purchase, Walnut Creek Ford will get it repaired, replaced or repainted (they work with a small body shop that is awesome at color matching) no questions asked. And if necessary, they'll even schedule a service loaner for you. This may be the only Ford dealership in NorCal that seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. So much so that I'll be making the hour+ drive for scheduled service. read more

It's a pleasure to write my very first YELP review. My experience with Steven Ylangan, Internet Manager at Ford Walnut Creek and the entire team was incredible! I'm an eighty-year-old woman whose automobile unexpectedly died. So I began my plunge into the used car pool of confusion, conflict & chaos. Somehow, a message from Steven broke through the fog, stating that he had "just the car" I was seeking. I asked if I could take it to my trusted mechanic in Oakland. He not only agreed, he arranged to meet me there. Indeed that beautiful, slightly used Ford Escape passed the inspection with superior colors! As a retired teacher, my funds are certainly quite limited. I was amazed at how sensitive Steven was to my circumstances. With an okay from Cary Watson, General Sales Manager, (a.k.a. The Wizard) Steven made me an offer that I couldn't refuse! I'd gladly give them a Ten-Star Review if it were possible. I absolutely love my new car, the purchase price and personal service I was provided. If you're ever in need of a great used automobile, at an awesome price...not to mention the reassuring feeling of available service, Ford Walnut Creek is where you'll want to head. I can assure you, you'll be thrilled! read more
