1/5 **Multiple Prices for One Repair -- Followed by Months of Silence From Management** I rarely leave a review like this, but after making repeated attempts to resolve this directly with Concord Nissan, I believe other customers should know about my experience. In May 2026, Concord Nissan provided me with a written estimate of **$632.50** to replace the spark plugs on my 2018 Nissan NV200. When I later called to schedule the service, I was instead quoted **$685**. I explained that I had a written estimate for $632.50, and I was told that Concord Nissan would honor it. When I arrived for the appointment on June 23, however, I was handed a repair order showing yet another price: **$650**. Once again, I had to produce the original written estimate and point out the discrepancy. Before leaving my vehicle, I specifically had the service advisor correct the paperwork. He crossed out the $650 amount and manually wrote **$632.50** on my copy. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the final invoice was **$647.61**. The actual repair subtotal was $632.06, with an additional $15.55 in sales tax. To be clear, my complaint is **not about $15.55 in sales tax**. The problem is the astonishing lack of consistency and communication surrounding what should have been a straightforward repair. For one spark plug replacement, I encountered: **$632.50 -- original written estimate** **$685 -- price quoted when scheduling** **$650 -- price presented when I brought the vehicle in** **$632.06 -- eventual repair subtotal** **$647.61 -- final payment after tax** What makes this particularly frustrating is that the actual repair subtotal ultimately came within 44 cents of Concord Nissan's original $632.50 estimate. Why, then, did I have to repeatedly challenge different prices and produce their own written estimate to get this corrected? I shouldn't have to audit a dealership's pricing at every stage of a routine service appointment. I initially tried to handle this privately and professionally rather than posting a negative review. I mailed a detailed written complaint to Concord Nissan's service management. After approximately **three months without a response**, I escalated the matter by mailing another formal letter directly to the dealership's General Manager on September 23. Again, **no response. Not even an acknowledgment.** I have since contacted Nissan North America Consumer Affairs and opened a complaint. Nissan Corporate told me that they would contact the dealership, while also explaining that Concord Nissan is independently owned and that the dealership ultimately controls how it handles the complaint. That's what finally prompted this review. Mistakes happen. Pricing discrepancies happen. What separates good customer service from bad customer service is how a business responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern to management. I gave Concord Nissan multiple opportunities over several months to simply explain what happened. I wasn't asking for money, a refund, or free service. I wanted an explanation for the repeated pricing discrepancies, an explanation for the lack of response, and some assurance that their pricing and complaint-handling procedures would improve. Instead, I received silence. Concord Nissan's own website says customer satisfaction is a priority and describes its philosophy as **"Where It's All About You."** Unfortunately, my experience with its service department and management has left me with very little confidence in those promises. I have retained the original written estimate, the repair order showing the $650 price and handwritten correction, the final invoice, and copies of my correspondence. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly police a dealership's pricing, and they certainly shouldn't have to spend months trying to get management to acknowledge a legitimate written complaint. After giving Concord Nissan every reasonable opportunity to address this privately, I feel prospective customers deserve to know how my experience was handled. read more

I took in my 2023 Pathfinder for a few issues and was immediately recieved by Juan one of the Service Advisors. He was very kind and professional and listened to all of my concerns. I received a detailed explanation regarding my concerns and what was causing these issues and next steps to have them fixed. Compared to other places where I'm pressured into purchasing additional services, I appreciated that he didn't do that during that during my visit. Took my baby in for her 150,000 mile servicing. First thing was he didn't have my appointment scheduled. That is odd because I scheduled it the day before. But, they took me in at about 815am. I didn't think it was going to be as expensive as it was. The service writer said I should have my spark plugs changed out. Even with $150 discount, the total was a smidge over $2,200. I guess I can't blame them for their pricing. But, this does reinforce why I use my local Pep Boys for everything else. But, I will always take my baby to a Nissan dealership for the regular servicing. But, they were friendly, very quick (to not have an appointment). I got a call about 1pm that it was complete. The shuttle driver was cool. We talked about the electric car he was using. Very personable. read more

Sergio was very pleasant and professional, he checked me in right away without any issues. The full-service oil change, along with a detailed inspection, was completed in about 45 minutes. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care and vehicle expertise at Concord Nissan. I experienced a normal hill-braking behavior in my Rogue and brought it in to be checked. Instead of listening to my description, the staff immediately diagnosed a failing brake booster and quoted me $3,000. Sensing a misdiagnosis, I declined and took it to an independent mechanic. They road-tested the vehicle and confirmed it was simply the built-in Hill Start Assist operating normally. It is unacceptable that an official dealership cannot recognize standard safety features and instead pushes massive, unneeded repair costs onto customers. read more

He called the next day, he received a Certified Pre Owned Low Mileage Nissan Kicks from their loaner pool. We agreed on the "Out The Door" price so no last minute Dealer Surprises. Jay picked me up from Bart in MY "soon to be" '24 Kicks. It still smelled new (only 1200 miles). Next Up Dreaded Finance. To my surprise, no hard sell from Tristan on maintenance adders. I was interested in the extended 7 yr maintenance, but only if the price was right. I generally keep cars for 8-10 yrs. By Yr 4, my maintenance pkg will have paid for itself. I bought a 2018 Infiniti Q50 from this dealership last Friday. Saw the car on Car Gurus and gave them a call. Tristan handled everything and took care of all the hard stuff over the phone so pretty much all I had to do was show up, test drive the car and then sign a few documents with the finance guy. Tristan handled my trade-in with just some pictures and got me the amount I wanted for my car. He also worked with the banks and got me pretty close to the monthly payment I wanted, (I wanted $300 a month and he got it to $312). The finance guy of course tried to talk me into the extended warranty, which unfortunately I couldn't afford but at least he wasn't too pushy about it. If I could give zero stars I would . I purchased a used 2024 Mazda cx-5 from concord Nissan & it was an absolute nightmare . When I purchased the car the drivers seat was broken & some how no one was aware . Was told the car was still under Mazda warranty & that they would get it fixed but apparently Mazda was back ordered so they went ahead & adjusted the seat manually . After having the car for a week a light can in the dash about the headlights . So since the car is under warranty I took it to Mazda to see what was going on . Mazda contacted me asking if the car had been in an accident , which I explained that I just got it from Nissan & it had a clean CARFAX . Turns out the car had a bend frame , welded spots which were primed over , solder on some wiring & computer ran codes that there was a lost in connection with the airbags . When I contacted Nissan they kept reassuring me they had no idea that any of that happened . When I asked if they even inspected the car properly they reassured me that they had but clearly that wasn't the case . Mind you when I bought the car it had sand in the leather (car was previously in Hawaii ) & with the seat being broken and no one being aware that told me that they purchased the car and did not do a thorough inspection of the car . Mazda did let me know that since the car had damage I would no longer be covered under my warranty so because of that my contract with me voided but I spend hundreds of dollars on extra accessories for the car to make it more comfortable for me since I am a commuter & now I am assed out because they won't be covering anything besides the money I spent with them . I've had a lot of experience with different carmaker's service departments the past decade. Changing cars every year or every other year. I finally settled down with my current Nissan van, and since buying it a year and a half ago, I've had my van oil changes at Concord Nissan. Every time I have worked with Walter and he is very down to earth and good to work with. I always schedule my oil change prior to coming and the oil change, multi-point inspection and car wash is finished in under an hour. Prices are the going rate and even better when there is a service coupon available. Overall I have been happy with the regular oil changes and customer service provided. read more

Nissan was not really on my list of cars I was considering. It wasn't very reassuring that so many of the cars I looked at online had high mileage and were expensive. I went to a couple of dealerships and no one even bothered to come out and talk to me. Last time I bought a car I was able to haggle with the salesperson. It seems those days are gone. So the only thing that a dealership needs to do is be pleasant and helpful When the internet salesperson, Tristan, called me after I inquired about one car I decided to go and check out the cars on the lot here. He was very pleasant; I told him what I had for a down payment, and what I wanted the maximum monthly payment to be. He had a couple of cars to show me. I wasn't sure the car he thought would be ideal for me was what I wanted. I went home and came back two other times. On my 3rd visit, I purchased the car, It had very low mileage and a bunch of safety features. It doesn't have everything I wanted in another car but it has enough. I am so happy I came here the car is perfect for me. Now the question is will I use their service department? This is a shout out to Concord Nissan. I was looking at a very clean, pre-owned 2023 Nissan Titan. I was cross shopping this truck with a Tundra and I was upfront about that. The Titan is being discontinued so I thought I'd swing by to take a look and maybe get a good deal. Test drove the truck and went inside to talk numbers. I have a budget I worked out at home and with my trade-in as down payment, I went in knowing what I could afford. I have a specific number in mind and was not going to go over it. So, I gave them my very best offer and they gave me theirs. In the end though, we couldn't close the deal. We were still $3,000 apart and couldn't connect. Oh well, there are other trucks.
