Took my baby in for her 150,000 mile servicing. First thing was he didn't have my appointment scheduled. That is odd because I scheduled it the day before. But, they took me in at about 815am. I didn't think it was going to be as expensive as it was. The service writer said I should have my spark plugs changed out. Even with $150 discount, the total was a smidge over $2,200. I guess I can't blame them for their pricing. But, this does reinforce why I use my local Pep Boys for everything else. But, I will always take my baby to a Nissan dealership for the regular servicing. But, they were friendly, very quick (to not have an appointment). I got a call about 1pm that it was complete. I was interested in the extended 7 yr maintenance, but only if the price was right. I generally keep cars for 8-10 yrs. By Yr 4, my maintenance pkg will have paid for itself. If I could give zero stars I would . I purchased a used 2024 Mazda cx-5 from concord Nissan & it was an absolute nightmare . When I purchased the car the drivers seat was broken & some how no one was aware . Was told the car was still under Mazda warranty & that they would get it fixed but apparently Mazda was back ordered so they went ahead & adjusted the seat manually . After having the car for a week a light can in the dash about the headlights . So since the car is under warranty I took it to Mazda to see what was going on . Mazda contacted me asking if the car had been in an accident , which I explained that I just got it from Nissan & it had a clean CARFAX . Turns out the car had a bend frame , welded spots which were primed over , solder on some wiring & computer ran codes that there was a lost in connection with the airbags . When I contacted Nissan they kept reassuring me they had no idea that any of that happened . When I asked if they even inspected the car properly they reassured me that they had but clearly that wasn't the case . Mind you when I bought the car it had sand in the leather (car was previously in Hawaii ) & with the seat being broken and no one being aware that told me that they purchased the car and did not do a thorough inspection of the car . Mazda did let me know that since the car had damage I would no longer be covered under my warranty so because of that my contract with me voided but I spend hundreds of dollars on extra accessories for the car to make it more comfortable for me since I am a commuter & now I am assed out because they won't be covering anything besides the money I spent with them . I finally settled down with my current Nissan van, and since buying it a year and a half ago, I've had my van oil changes at Concord Nissan. Every time I have worked with Walter and he is very down to earth and good to work with. I always schedule my oil change prior to coming and the oil change, multi-point inspection and car wash is finished in under an hour. Prices are the going rate and even better when there is a service coupon available. Overall I have been happy with the regular oil changes and customer service provided. read more

I bought a 2018 Infiniti Q50 from this dealership last Friday. Saw the car on Car Gurus and gave them a call. Tristan handled everything and took care of all the hard stuff over the phone so pretty much all I had to do was show up, test drive the car and then sign a few documents with the finance guy. Tristan handled my trade-in with just some pictures and got me the amount I wanted for my car. He also worked with the banks and got me pretty close to the monthly payment I wanted, (I wanted $300 a month and he got it to $312). The finance guy of course tried to talk me into the extended warranty, which unfortunately I couldn't afford but at least he wasn't too pushy about it. So the only thing that a dealership needs to do is be pleasant and helpful When the internet salesperson, Tristan, called me after I inquired about one car I decided to go and check out the cars on the lot here. He was very pleasant; I told him what I had for a down payment, and what I wanted the maximum monthly payment to be. He had a couple of cars to show me. I wasn't sure the car he thought would be ideal for me was what I wanted. I went home and came back two other times. On my 3rd visit, I purchased the car, It had very low mileage and a bunch of safety features. It doesn't have everything I wanted in another car but it has enough. I am so happy I came here the car is perfect for me. Now the question is will I use their service department? Maybe not, I have an amazing mechanic that has kept my cars in tip-top running for years. read more

They keep sending junk mail to our house. I emailed and emailed and emailed and no one would respond. When I threatened to send an email to everyone in corporate, I got a response from a Miguel Lopez about something I had no idea what he was saying. When I told him we wanted them to stop sending junk mail to our house, he said 'you are removed." I gave him literally no information. He just said "you are removed" thinking that would make me go away. He didn't remove anything because I didn't give him anything. When I pointed this out to him, he never responded again. That's what shady people do. They lie. So I emailed all of corporate upper management. 49 names. Included Miguel. Told them how I cannot get these people to remove us and what Miguel lied about. So far two emails in to them I have no received a response. This is Nissan for you. They won't take your name off their mailing list because for some reason, they know best. They would rather spend money on paper and postage harassing people than take 30 seconds and remove someone off their mailing list. Is this a place you're going to deal with ethical people? Remember that if you come here to buy a car. All they want is your personal info. Then the harassment begins. I can't even imagine having actually given these people money for a car. I recently had to take my Infiniti in to get a recalled part replaced. They told me on the phone before the appointment that it would take 1 hour. I get there and they confirmed with me that it would take 1 hour. I ended up having to stay for 4 hours and they never updated me on anything. I kept having to go up to the desk and ask when it would be ready, and they would give me false time spans. Although, they were all super nice. Since I was there for so long, they asked me if I wanted to be taken to the mall/food area, so they had someone on staff drive me there and pick me up when my car was done. read more

This is a shout out to Concord Nissan. I was looking at a very clean, pre-owned 2023 Nissan Titan. I was cross shopping this truck with a Tundra and I was upfront about that. The Titan is being discontinued so I thought I'd swing by to take a look and maybe get a good deal. Test drove the truck and went inside to talk numbers. I have a budget I worked out at home and with my trade-in as down payment, I went in knowing what I could afford. I have a specific number in mind and was not going to go over it. So, I gave them my very best offer and they gave me theirs. In the end though, we couldn't close the deal. We were still $3,000 apart and couldn't connect. Oh well, there are other trucks. So I go back to get a refund which shawn had thankfully offered for the money i put down. And he tells TONY MATTIS would send a check that would come in 2 weeks, I wait 2 weeks no check I call and they tell me itll come next monday, next monday comes no check, I wait next monday and call and they say that I have to come in to check. HORRIBLE SERVICE I wait 2 MONTHS for a car part that could come in 3 days and I wait a month for check that they said they send but NEVER even did I LOST OVER $600 with this whole process of going back and forth with this nissan.
