I bought my 2015 Toyota Corolla here and had the best first car purchasing experience anyone could ask for at Concord Auto 1! I was recommended to this great little place because a coworker had recently bought a car from them and had a great experience. Nik and Ted are incredibly easy-going and very easy to communicate with - words you would not often write in a sentence about car salesmen but that could not be more accurate with these two. Since Nik was busy with some other clients when I arrived, Ted immediately took care of me and through easy conversation he was able to show me what they had that fit what I was looking for. Since they had low inventory due to Nik having been on vacation and subsequently not having gone out to look for cars recently (Nik hand picks each car they sell!) Ted offered to give me a call later in the week when they had more stock so I had more to choose from. I was going to do that but the 2015 Toyota Corolla caught my eye and I ended up coming back later in the day and put down a down payment on it and took it home. It just happened to be the right car, at the right price, at the right time so I went for it! Nik handled all the paperwork so I had to do very little. He even helped me work out a good down payment to loan ratio that fit my budget and needs. I drove off the lot in my new (to me) car a very happy customer. But, it does not end there! I took my car to a local shop nearby because I noticed a sound on one side and it was easier for me to take it there than back up to Concord Auto 1 since I do not pass through Concord normally. The local shop did an inspection and told me the brakes were worn down and that the timing belt was cracked. I called up Nik and Ted to let them know and Nik immediately said to bring it up and that they would take care of it. So, I brought the car up and Nik and his mechanic had a look at it for me. They found that the brake pads were not as bad as the local mechanic said and that the timing belt looked fine but Nik went ahead and replaced both for me on the spot just so there was no doubt! He showed me the timing belt which indeed did not look blemished so it looks like the local shop was making things sound worse than they were. But, because Nik really cares about his customers, he made sure all the parts in questioned were replaced and good as new at no extra cost to me. I've not had any issues since and am very pleased with my experience with these two wonderful salesmen! Long story short, these guys are genuine and will go the extra mile to help you get a car that fits your unique needs and situation and make the whole process pleasant. Looking for a used car? What a great experience - got my dream car - a Toyota Mirai - from Nick at Concord Auto 1 and at a great price. He is the wizard of Toyotas - very friendly and accommodating along with his side-kick Teddy. He explained all the ins and outs of owning a hydrogen car - I'm an enviro guy but didn't appreciate all the practicalities of owning this type of zero-emission vehicle. The only finding had been worn windshield wipers, which Nik replaced for us before we drove away. He took care of DMV registration, installed temporary operating permits, and gave clear instructions on what to do when our license plates came in (or if they didn't). What a refreshing used car buying experience! My son and I had been looking around for a used car for him. Every time we went to a new dealership we were met with the same gross experience. OMG! I have to say, my experience at the dealership was exceptional! I had spent days online looking for a Reasonable and Reliable car for my son. I stumbled across this dealership and seen a car that fit my requirements. I sent a message inquiring about the car, I immediately received a call from Ted. I came across an ad on Craigslist for a used Honda Fit that seemed a bit more genuine than many of them, and decided to give the posters a call. Boy was I thankful that I did.
