FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH. We had a car that needed repairs that exceeded its value, so we started shopping online for a replacement. We came across a plug-in hybrid that felt perfect for our family...especially with our kids being year-round student athletes, even through the summer. I called Zac Auto Dealers and spoke with Elham, who confirmed the vehicle was still available. We headed over later that morning, and from the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. He came out to greet us. Saw the car right out front and it was in amazing condition, After a quick test drive, Elham had all the paperwork prepared quickly and efficiently. No hassle whatsoever. We decided to finance the vehicle. Zac Auto partners with Travis Credit Union in Concord. Took a short drive there, where we worked with a gentleman named Herman. He mentioned he regularly helps Zac's customers, and it showed. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Travis Credit Union was so welcoming and professional that we even opened a savings account with them. We picked up the car the next evening at Zac's. We were told it had been serviced and checked at their partner shop, Ace Auto Care in Lafayette. The car was in pristine condition. It looked, smelled, and drove like new. About three and a half weeks later, I noticed white smoke coming from a small tube underneath the car. Long story short, it turned out to be related to the battery/heating system. The car still drove perfectly, but not knowing who to call, I reached out to Zac Auto for guidance. A gentleman, Aziz, answered and without hesitation reassured me: "Don't worry...we'll take care of it." I explained what was going on, and he immediately directed me to bring the car to their partner shop, Ace Auto Care. At Ace Auto Care, I received the exact same level of service: kind, friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly respectful. Felt like I was greeted by cousins. By the very next day, my car was ready, repaired with brand-new parts...courtesy of Aziz and Zac Auto. Honestly, between Elham, Aziz, Herman, and the entire team at Ace Auto Care, it truly felt like we hit a grand slam. Thank you, Zac Auto Dealers. You are all a true example of how a business should be conducted along with how people should be treated. You didn't just take care of a transaction and a pricey repair...you took care of our family, and that means everything. Thank you. read more

Zac Auto Dealers - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Martinez, California

I wanted to take the time to leave a honest good review for Zac Auto dealers, as a return customer. My fiancé and I recently purchased a second vehicle from Zac Auto, as my first experience was fantastic. About a Subaru outback and it has ran great. My second purchase was a toyota sequoia. Zac Auto has gone above and beyond once again with their customer service. They are honest and upfront, and they make it clear that they want the vehicle to be a good vehicle for you when you purchase it. They stand by their cars and if there's any issues, they take care of it. It's rare these days to find a family dealership with this integrity and care for their customers. I would send anyone in my family there without hesitation and have recommended them to several people. Anytime I need a new vehicle I will go straight to Zac Auto. If they don't have what you want, they'll find it for you. I can't thank them enough and we'll be back again. I'm sure.! read more

I was searching for a quality used SUV and had a specific model in mind-I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Zac ; I did much shopping around and looked at multiple other suvs at other dealerships but I kept returning to the one at Zac's because it was a great deal. I went to Zac's for a test drive and had a prepurchase inspection done by an independent mechanic who found the suv to be in very good shape. I was kind of dreading the next step, price negotiation and paperwork - but that all was amazingly easy and quick. We settled on a great price and paperwork was so organized and straightforward- I never got any hard sell at all, and there were no hidden feee or other surprises. It was all so easy and pleasant and in under an hour I was driving my new ride home. I've been very happy with my suv- when a minor issue popped up 2 months after my purchase, dealership owner Aziz was very quick to offer help- he wasn't obligated to do so but he had me get the suv to him and he went above and beyond to make sure it was running perfectly -at no cost to me. I could not possibly ask for a better experience with purchasing a vehicle ! My beautiful Forester will be running for years to come but I will buy any future ride from Zac Auto and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle at very fair price! Aziz truly cares about his customers satisfaction. Zac Auto has many 5 star ratings and they are well deserved. You are sure to find the best possible options for a high quality pre-owned ride at Zac's! Thanks, Aziz, you are a rockstar. read more

Aziz was the best Car Salesman ever, I bought a Toyota Tacoma Ext Cab. The truck was priced so reasonable, it was impossible to pass up. No pressure at this Lot. More Car Lots need to learn the Zac Auto Dealers way of doing business. One thing you never like is going on a lot only to be hounded by the sales dept . I will say this was a pleasant experience. I called a few other dealers, they were kind of grouchy and acted is if I was asking questions that were not important. So I would say, Check Zac Auto Dealers before you buy anywhere else Kenny in Concord read more

We were looking to finance a reliable used car, and after checking out a couple of dealers, we settled on Zac Auto Dealers. Habib greeted us as soon as we got there. He was so kind from start to finish. Aziz went above and beyond to help us secure the loan (as in, calling the credit union five minutes before they closed). I understand that Zac was trying to make the sale, but we got a great interest rate, so it was a win-win. Ultimately, it was their warmth that made me feel comfortable with the deal. I'm careful with my money and don't make big purchases lightly, so when I do, it's important to me that I feel respected and like I can speak honestly with the people I'm doing business with -- which I feel was my experience at Zac. read more

Best experience & highly recommend purchasing your next used vehicle from Zac Auto Dealers. We had a *superb* experience. I can't praise this dealership enough! The customer service we received from Aziz was above & beyond. We found our Toyota 4Runner (first car for our daughter) in great shape both cosmetically & mechanically. We had it checked out independently & Aziz kindly dropped it off at the mechanic and picked it up for us. He did everything possible to ensure no open issues. Aziz knows what he is doing and truly cares about his customers, taking great pride in product being sold, and his word is priceless. I am recommending Zac Auto Dealers to everyone who is looking to purchase a used car with peace of mind! read more

We had just begun our search for used reliable Toyota RAV4. I noticed one at Zac auto dealers, and it was the first one that we test drove. Aziz Greeted us and was very professional and friendly. We ended up test driving other cars that did not measure up, especially for the price. The condition of the car at Zac's was so clean. It was a 10-year-old car and it looked so much newer than that. I purchased the car a few days later, and we got a very fair price. The thing that impressed us the most, because we were not in a hurry, and we could've purchased a car somewhere else, was the professionalism and no nonsense approach from Aziz. It shows that they care about the cars that they actually sell. I highly recommend. Zac's for your next car purchase and ask for Aziz! read more

We were looking for a used Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and found one at this dealership. I reached out to them through the Car Guru app and immediately received a response to set up an appointment. Upon arrival, we met with Elham, who was very pleasant and friendly. Long story short, we test drove one of their trucks and as we were going up one block, the temp gauge started rising. We took it back and explained to Elham what happened. He assured us that the car was well taken care of by the previous owner and that his mechanic should be able to fix it. I later explained to Elham that we are looking to finance and my dad has no credit, however we do have a decent amount of down payment. He didn't seemed interested anymore after he heard the word, "no credit". He briefly stated that he'll talk to his manager and will get back to us. He never sent us the CarFax report he said he would. I reached out the following day in the afternoon to check on the status of the truck. He replied a few hours later stating that his mechanics were tied up and it will be either that day or tomorrow. Days went by and still no word from Elham. It was clear that they no longer wanted our business after hearing about my dad's no credit history. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and were able to get my dad into a brand new car. Part of being in business is putting your customers first and clearly this business lacks that. read more

I recently bought a 2002 Toyota Camry from Zac Auto Dealer. These are great people and will absolutely take care of you. They made sure that the car they sold me was in great mechanical condition. I actually live in Southern California and flew up to purchase the car. They were nice enough to drive 45 minutes to pick me up at the airport. I highly highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here if you are looking to buy a used car. These are honest, trustworthy businessmen. read more

We took the car out for a long test drive. He was ok with a pre-purchase inspection, and I found the owner to be a very friendly guy. Did not buy a car but the Honda we drove was in great shape. I like the fact they were ok with a pre-purchase inspection at your cost. I felt no pressure to buy a car from the staff. Recommend this place to purchase a vehicle. But with all used cars, get an inspection. read more

Hi - An update to let everyone know that I am still thrilled with that car. Runs very well :)

I will never go to any other dealership. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. I bought a 2012 Toyota Rav4 from them. The biggest green flag was that they weren't pushy in the slightest. They gave me the keys and took a step back while I checked out the Rav4 I was interested in. They were very transparent about price and they had a very friendly demeanor. As a young single woman, car shopping always gives me a headache. This was not the case with them. There was a slight issue with my car a couple of weeks after having purchased it. I am unsurprised to say they will be taking care of it, free of charge. This place is a family- run business who cares about its community and reputation. They truly embody what it means to have integrity and I cannot emphasize enough how they should be your first and last stop when car buying. They took the hassle out of buying a car and I cannot thank them enough. read more

I decided to wait until after I owned the vehicle for a couple of months before I left my review...juuuust in case. Well....My 5 star planned review remains the same! Purchasing a used car these days is stressful due to the massive amount of fraudsters out there. After shopping around for a month or so - I found a 2011 Lexus that Zac Auto Dealers was selling. Aziz took 30 seconds to accept the offer I made on it and we signed papers and I drove the car home. I took the car to my mechanic the next day and he said it looked amazing! I LOVE my new (to me) car!!!! WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN THE USED CAR BUSINESS!!!! GREAT JOB AZIZ!!!! - signed a VERY - VERY happy customer. read more

Update! They have worked to make right the things they missed in prepping the car to sell. So I have to say, they mean what they say when they want you to come back to them if there is any problem with the car they sell you. This is rare in a small dealership, so I very much appreciate their taking responsibility for the cars they sell. Thank-you! read more
