The sales woman was so uncooperative and difficult. She didn't listen at all. Talked over me. Kept repeating we had to do this "the old fashioned way" to price the truck. Well,yeah. That's why I had an "inspection " appointment. She had the info. Erased it intentionally! Then asked me for it as if she hadn't had it. While I was pulling it up she kept badgering me. I asked her politely to give me a moment and I would have it for her. But no. She just kept pushing. Finally I realized I would not be treated fairly, picked up my stuff and said I was leaving because I wasn't comfortable. She said snottily she wasn't either. She followed over to the front dest and started talking over me while I was telling the counter person about the problem. So whether she doesn't like older women, arabic last names ( my ex husband's) or blue hair I'm not sure but there was a prejudice there.

I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. The only issue I have is they offer you chips or water and you decline, they continue to offer. If you still don't take them, somebody else will offer you chips. Finally, I reached out took the whole box when Leon (mgr) offered them to me as we were completing the paperwork. You should've seen the look on his face. I found it to be a comfortable, enjoyable, stress-free purchase, with the exception of the chips and the fact that there's no cookies. We came across a plug-in hybrid that felt perfect for our family...especially with our kids being year-round student athletes, even through the summer. I called Zac Auto Dealers and spoke with Elham, who confirmed the vehicle was still available. We headed over later that morning, and from the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. He came out to greet us. Saw the car right out front and it was in amazing condition, After a quick test drive, Elham had all the paperwork prepared quickly and efficiently. No hassle whatsoever. We decided to finance the vehicle. Zac Auto partners with Travis Credit Union in Concord. Took a short drive there, where we worked with a gentleman named Herman. He mentioned he regularly helps Zac's customers, and it showed. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
