I purchased a suv 2024 so the first of the month suv will start stopping when you put your feet on the brakes automatic shuts off. You have to put the SUV in park and restart the car. Then I found out I'm paying monthly insurance or warranty and there's no warranty.. I took the SUV to hilltop they have picture . I went to Enterprise to trade my car in. KBB quoted me $10-12,900 for my trade in. When I arrived, the associate greated me. The entire office smelled like onions. We looked at cars i was interested in while my trade in was appraised. I found a car I liked, test drove it and then the "manager" came out to speak to me. He was wearing baby blue from head to toe, including his alligator shoes, while telling me they were rolling out the red carpet for just me. When I went inside to talk numbers, they came back offering me only $5,000 for my trade in and wouldn't budget. Needless to say I left, went with carvana who offered me $11,900 for my trade in, sight unseen. And brought me the car I was looking for. I felt so taken advantage of at the Enterprise dealer, not at all like a real human, just a piece of meat for them to fight over for a bad deal. I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Concord. I purchased a car for my daughter in August 2025. Our sales person was Daje. She was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I decided to drive the 34 miles to purchase a car from them because one of our cousins had a good experience too and she recommended them. The trip was worth it! Even after the sale, Daje & Mariah (a manager) were great when the key fob was intermittently failing to function properly. They were proactive to retrieve the car & send it for diagnosis & repair. It's the old-fashioned car-buying experience. Same as it ever was -- sleazy tricks like fake delay and good cop/bad cop. You'd love to believe that times have changed, or that this dealership is different. Times should change, after all. We can all look up the values of everything. We can all know what is and isn't a racket. The add-on, upsale craziness should have ended years ago. Just collect your known mark-up, and take the win. Don't try to convince me that I'm getting away with a steal, while you then try to figure out a way to get away with a different steal from me. I really, really don't think they needed to make us wait that long in the office. And wait right through lunch, so we'd be both tired and hungry, thus unable to make good decisions. And in the end, just to have me say, "I don't want to purchase any add-ons at all." Great, you just wasted everybody's time. And I can't help thinking that they punished me for not buying add-ons by letting my DMV registration/title update languish for as long as possible before dropping it in the mail, and then when I follow up 3 months later to ask why I don't legally own the car I bought and have no knowledge whatsoever about the process, they just throw their hands up and say it's someone else's responsibility. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ENTERPRISE CONCORD! YO-YO DEALERS! UNTRUSTWORTHY! DISRESPECTFUL! THEY WILL LIE AND THEN TRY TO MAKE YOU OUT TO BE THE CRIMINAL! Let me start by saying I was texting Kerry for over a week. I felt confident in our interactions. I should have known better when he told me I just had to come in and sign the contract and make my down, only to arrive and go through the entire process with a completely different salesperson. They had me sign what I thought was a sales contract. They took my down payment and I drove off the lot with my car. Two days later, I get a text from Kerry that there were a few "typos" on my paperwork and I need to come in and correct it. I asked if I should be worried and was advised, not at all, it's just a couple typos. Then, one of the managers, Christine M, calls and tells me my SSN was reported incorrectly application and that the bank is now demanding an additional down to keep the car. She goes onto say that I will need to sign a new contract because technically, I don't have one. ***I ended up finding a newer model of same car with 10K less miles, with all of the bells and whistles for the same price at TOYOTA MARIN. They were able to secure my deal with the terms I thought I had with Enterprise Concord.*** When I dropped the vehicle back to Enterprise, Christine proceeds to tell me that I will be charged a restocking fee of $200. When I asked why, when they're the ones that made the error, she had the audacity to say "Well, you gave as an incorrect social." and gave me a look as if I'm the one who caused this issue. Her tone was accusatory and RUDE! Oh I LOST IT, in a very professional manner of course. I proceeded to tell her that Kerry (salesperson) told me that there was an issue with my SSN and to please bring a copy in to fix it when I came to get the car. Not only did I bring my SSN card in when I signed the contract, they took copies, AND I had to complete an identity credit questionnaire that all pertained to ME. How dare she insinuate that I was the one being untruthful! When she realized I wasn't going to back down, she quickly changed her tune, smiled, and said "I'll take care of this for you." Looking back on everything, they never gave me a copy of my contract, even when I asked MULTIPLE TIMES! Christine literally told me "Well the bank literally tears the contract up so we don't have anything to give you." When I fact, they couldn't produce anything because it was all FAKE! It is very clear to me that this establishment is full of backwards dealing and UNTRUSTWORTHY SALESPEOPLE! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR NEXT CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! We went to TOYOTA MARIN. They were no nonsense and they did everything for me before I got there. Enterprise Concord will jerk you around, falsify documents, not give you any copies of anything you sign, and then try to blame you as if you're the criminal! Car buying experience was acceptable. That said, our 2021 suburban got an oil leak 5-months and 5,000 miles after purchase. Bad advice from their sales department cost us a $250 diagnostics fee + the higher cost of repairs when we took it to the chevy dealership. They told us an oil leak should be covered under the powertrain warranty - it wasn't. My mechanic would have done this job for 1/2 the price and now I'm paying more + the non refundable "diagnostics fee" just because Enterprise assumed it would be covered and recommend I take it to the dealership. I called asking if they would pay the $250 diagnostics fee, for someone who just bought a car 5-months ago and they said no. The manager was pleasant but didn't acknowledge his department's advice made me spend more than I needed to fix my car. I guess that's what I get for buying a rental. $1,050 dollars in repair costs after just 5,000 miles makes me question the quality of the regular maintenance performed on this car before we purchased it. Again, great people, but they should have gone the extra mile and paid the $250 as an apology for bad advice. read more

Looks like I was going through a midlife crisis (LOL)- so I decided to check the 2020 Mustang convertible out at this dealership. The car wasn't on the lot, and Jaylyn Burns was the sales consultant who helped me through the whole process. Let me tell you this- the process from applying to driving my 2020 Mustang home was an easy peasy! Because the car wasn't on the lot- Jaylyn offered me several options- 1) apply for a loan while the car is being delivered, 2) apply for a loan, and have the car delivered to my house, or 3) come back on Monday morning. I chose #2, but we ended up doing option 1. I arrived at the dealership a little after 1:30p and drove my new car home at 5pm (I had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes for the car to arrive). Then I had Eliot Denoncourt, a Sales Manager to help me with the DMV process. Jaylyn, Eliot, and the other manager (I don't think I was introduced but a nice lady) were all very professional. They know their stuff (paperwork, vehicle itself, and the process). Because I'm Deaf and fluent in ASL- they all were extremely patience especially when it comes to communication- writing and typing back and forth- clarifying everything. We purchased a car from Enterprise on 12-02-2022. We are happy with the car but extremely unhappy with the lack of filing the paperwork with the DMV and lack of follow up when we discovered a broken/missing piece on the rear cover for the car. I received a notice from the DMV in the beginning of February that the car we traded in was not insured. We cancelled the insurance a few days after we purchased the new car. I called the DMV on February 3 and they had not received the paperwork from Enterprise regarding our trade in vehicle. I had to send the paperwork to the DMV again and then follow up again to make sure we would not be fined from the DMV. They also did not put my name on the new title, only my husbands name. We finally received the title but now we have to re do the title to add my name. Then, to make matters worse...I receive a parking ticket from the City of Oakland yesterday for $93. that was issued to our trade in car on January 23rd a month an a half after we traded in the car! We noticed the broken/missing piece a couple days after we got the new car. I called the salesman and he said I should take a picture and email it to Elliot. I sent it but never received a response and left a message and never received a follow up. These are very poor business practices and very unprofessional. read more

They are worth the value and you get 12 months of warranty plus other options to extend the warranty if you'd like. Sidney was our sales person and he really went out of his way for us. They then informed that I could purchase through them at a good rate. Got a call from Gladys Maddison who was super helpful and asked a bunch of questions to help identify what car I was looking to get. Im super picky and research the crap out of most purchases which ended up taking me a really long time, but Gladys was incredibly patient as well as great on follow up calls. She also helped me along the way giving me suggestions and points to consider about different models of cars as I had been flip flopping and changing my mind as to what I wanted. I filled out an online form for a car loan that was supposed to connect me with a local dealership that would be able to approve me and I was paired with Autocom (Concord Nissan). After many emails and phone calls and a "guaranteed approval", I spent the next couple of weeks getting the run around and ultimately I was told that it would be impossible to get me into a (used) car for under $400 a month so I said thanks for your help but I was going to have to cancel my application. I figured that it was going to be the same situation everywhere, so I almost gave up on my car search, but I decided to make one last call and that was to Enterprise Car Sales. After a 10-15 minute phone call and a couple of emails, I went to the dealership, talked to the sales person that I had been corresponding with, Cristine Muller, and the finance person, Shaun Capaul, looked at a couple of cars and literally drove away in a 2017 Hyundai Accent with less miles and a lower price than the 2016 Elantra I had been trying to buy at Concord Nissan and the payments were well within my budget. It was a simple, painless process and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I don't know what the deal was with Concord Nissan, but it was a big waste of my time. I wonder why they were so adamant that it was going to be impossible to work with my budget for weeks, yet Enterprise was able to do it in less than an hour? The employee at enterprise Fairfield rentals recommended I go there when I was returning my rental, after I told him I needed to go car shopping. Well, after checking out a few dealerships in Fairfield and Vacaville, and just hating the whole experience, I received a call from a lovely person at Enterprise in concord- Tonette. She was so caring, even over the phone, and assured me that they had lots of cars that fit my criteria. I decided to try them out and was so pleasantly surprised. Tonette was amazing and made sure I got exactly the car I wanted. I can't say enough good things about her. And then after I chose my car the finance professional, Boris, just continued the great experience. I have less than stellar credit and he never once made me feel bad about it. Wow what can I say.  After being turned down or getting offers with high interest rates, Boris Kibanoff at the Concord office was able to get me a remarkable deal that almost gave me a heart attack.  I am not exagerating.  I had a 2011 Acura MDX with 99k miles and balance of 12,500 but prior to my trip to Enterprise, I went to local dealers only to be denied or take in my trade in at only 8500k.  Boris was able to get me almost the full KBB value and a very low rate for my fico score compared to others at ridiculous 27% or more.  So if you have given up on your trade-in or looking to buy, check in with Boris at the Concord Sales office. read more

I knew I wanted an SUV... The selection on the lot, the quality of vehicles is impressive. Can we talk enough about the customer service provided. This is my 2nd purchase with Enterprise, and AGAIN I'm happy with the entire process. I traded in my first purchase, a 2016 Altima for a 2019 Rogue. With Covid19 still in our daily lives, I felt comfortable and safe with my 4 hour visit. My salesman was personable, knowledgeable, fun and HONEST! While it does take some time to purchase any vehicle, it didn't feel as if I spent my afternoon at this location. During this time spent, we also talked about family and what the world has in store for us. We joked and laughed and shared some good movie reviews. Best social outting I've had since March 16, 2020, . I am a essential worker and have been grinding since the epidemic hit.
