    I had a great experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Concord. I was immediately greeted when I came into the store. And in a matter of seconds was discussing my car needs with Consultant Bre Trammels. Bre was very friendly, and on his computer showed me a variety of compact sedans I might be interested in. Bre gave me the opportunity to test drive various vehicles. I decided on a red Toyota Corolla. Which was my preferred car choice coming into the store. Bre was very knowledgeable about the inventory at Enterprise. The paperwork on my purchase was a breeze with the help of Bre and Manager Eliot Denoncort. I was in and out of Enterprise in a few hours. A short time considering I test drove three cars while I was there. The customer service at Enterprise was top notch.     DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ENTERPRISE CONCORD! YO-YO DEALERS! UNTRUSTWORTHY! DISRESPECTFUL! THEY WILL LIE AND THEN TRY TO MAKE YOU OUT TO BE THE CRIMINAL! Let me start by saying I was texting Kerry for over a week. I felt confident in our interactions. I should have known better when he told me I just had to come in and sign the contract and make my down, only to arrive and go through the entire process with a completely different salesperson. They had me sign what I thought was a sales contract. They took my down payment and I drove off the lot with my car. Two days later, I get a text from Kerry that there were a few "typos" on my paperwork and I need to come in and correct it. I asked if I should be worried and was advised, not at all, it's just a couple typos. Then, one of the managers, Christine M, calls and tells me my SSN was reported incorrectly application and that the bank is now demanding an additional down to keep the car. She goes onto say that I will need to sign a new contract because technically, I don't have one. ***I ended up finding a newer model of same car with 10K less miles, with all of the bells and whistles for the same price at TOYOTA MARIN. They were able to secure my deal with the terms I thought I had with Enterprise Concord.*** When I dropped the vehicle back to Enterprise, Christine proceeds to tell me that I will be charged a restocking fee of $200. When I asked why, when they're the ones that made the error, she had the audacity to say "Well, you gave as an incorrect social." and gave me a look as if I'm the one who caused this issue. Her tone was accusatory and RUDE! Oh I LOST IT, in a very professional manner of course. I proceeded to tell her that Kerry (salesperson) told me that there was an issue with my SSN and to please bring a copy in to fix it when I came to get the car. Not only did I bring my SSN card in when I signed the contract, they took copies, AND I had to complete an identity credit questionnaire that all pertained to ME. How dare she insinuate that I was the one being untruthful! When she realized I wasn't going to back down, she quickly changed her tune, smiled, and said "I'll take care of this for you." Looking back on everything, they never gave me a copy of my contract, even when I asked MULTIPLE TIMES! Christine literally told me "Well the bank literally tears the contract up so we don't have anything to give you." When I fact, they couldn't produce anything because it was all FAKE! It is very clear to me that this establishment is full of backwards dealing and UNTRUSTWORTHY SALESPEOPLE! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR NEXT CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! We went to TOYOTA MARIN. They were no nonsense and they did everything for me before I got there. Enterprise Concord will jerk you around, falsify documents, not give you any copies of anything you sign, and then try to blame you as if you're the criminal! Christine - manager, Leon - manager, Kerry - sales, and Barut - sales. All the people I dealt with and all the people who thought I was the one! But I promise you, I AM NOT! Beware yo-yo dealing is legal. Any dealership who utilizes this tactic is JUST PLAIN DISGUSTING!

The sales woman was so uncooperative and difficult. She didn't listen at all. Talked over me. Kept repeating we had to do this "the old fashioned way" to price the truck. Well,yeah. That's why I had an "inspection " appointment. She had the info. Erased it intentionally! Then asked me for it as if she hadn't had it. While I was pulling it up she kept badgering me. I asked her politely to give me a moment and I would have it for her. But no. She just kept pushing. Finally I realized I would not be treated fairly, picked up my stuff and said I was leaving because I wasn't comfortable. She said snottily she wasn't either. She followed over to the front dest and started talking over me while I was telling the counter person about the problem. So whether she doesn't like older women, arabic last names ( my ex husband's) or blue hair I'm not sure but there was a prejudice there.

I usually buy new cars, but after seeing their flawless reviews, I decided to give a used car a try this time. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward (we paid in cash, so we skipped the finance part). 1. Proactive follow-up on maintenance concerns A couple of weeks after purchase, I brought the car to Toyota Concord for routine maintenance. The mechanic mentioned a possible "seepage" that might indicate an oil leak, and they charged a couple hundred dollars to add dye to the oil for tracking. I told Nick about it, and he immediately told me to bring the car in for a thorough inspection by his mechanic. It turned out not to be an active leak--just an oil stain--but Nick still insisted I return in a week so he could be absolutely sure everything was fine. 2. Above-and-beyond roadside help A few days later, while moving from Concord to Castro Valley, my power steering suddenly failed on the highway. AAA told me the wait for a tow would be over two hours due to high demand. When I told Nick, he immediately recognized the likely culprit--the alternator--and came out with his crew. They swapped my battery on the spot, got the car safely to the shop, replaced the alternator quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. For a 16-year-old car, I honestly didn't expect perfection, and most used cars are sold "as-is." But Nick's willingness to stand behind the sale and personally make sure everything was right truly impressed me. This is why Concord Auto 1 has a perfect review record.     This is a nice dealership right next to the freeway…read more I was in the area, and spotted the Mazda logo. I wanted to get some OEM parts directly from a dealership. So I drove around the lot and found a "guest parking" area right in front. I went inside and asked the receptionist the location of their Parts Dept. She took the time to show me where it was. I rang the doorbell, and someone came out to help me. He was very careful that he had the right part. Year, engine, turbo vs non-turbo, etc. As he rang me up he noted- there's a fee for using a credit card. No fee for using a debit card. You have very thoughtful and detailed minded staff.

Edit: now Mazda texted me that they forgot to update my module as was required by the service. They said I had to come back because the update was necessary. After talking to corporate to try to switch to Marin Mazda, Mazda Concord then said the module doesn't need to be updated. I am skeptical. Do yourself a favor and go to Marin Mazda to get your car properly serviced.

Everything always went exceptionally well until my 2018 Ford Raptor needed a new engine and was covered contractually with my extended warranty I purchased through Sigma. Lulu refused to sign the release being that Sigma also owns the warranty company so of course the used car salesmen stepped in! My truck sat at Future Ford for 4 months with no movement and Ford threatened to lien the vehicle and then proceeded to add storage fees. From here Lulu reached out somehow to my ex-wife and the two of them illegally removed the vehicle from Ford and proceeded to hide my truck at Daly City Mitsubishi. I've filed the vehicle as stolen with contra Costa Superior Court being that the truck is illegally being sold now at Sigma Auto. This would be the Lead Foot Gray 2018 Ford Raptor currently on their website. ***DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE IT IS MINE AND I'M IN THE PROCESS OF A CIVIL LAW SUIT WITH ALL PARTIES.*** Concord Police Department has been brought up to speed on the matter as of this week and will be engaging to assist. This vehicle is legally owned by Lentegrity Lending NOT MY EX-WIFE this would be the finance company that holds the title. I've personally invested $60,000.00 in cash as a down payment then an additional $15,600.00 in payments as well as an additional $23,000.00 in upgrades. This all legally documented by my sole and personal bank account. ****LET ME BE CLEAR MY EX-WIFE OF 15 YEARS IS BREAKING THE LAW WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF SIGMA AUTO AND LULU ALL IN THE GAIN TO NOT SATISFY MY EXTENDED BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY I LEGALLY PURCHASED WITH THE SALE OF THE TRUCK.
