Everything always went exceptionally well until my 2018 Ford Raptor needed a new engine and was covered contractually with my extended warranty I purchased through Sigma. Lulu refused to sign the release being that Sigma also owns the warranty company so of course the used car salesmen stepped in! My truck sat at Future Ford for 4 months with no movement and Ford threatened to lien the vehicle and then proceeded to add storage fees. From here Lulu reached out somehow to my ex-wife and the two of them illegally removed the vehicle from Ford and proceeded to hide my truck at Daly City Mitsubishi. I've filed the vehicle as stolen with contra Costa Superior Court being that the truck is illegally being sold now at Sigma Auto. This would be the Lead Foot Gray 2018 Ford Raptor currently on their website. ***DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE IT IS MINE AND I'M IN THE PROCESS OF A CIVIL LAW SUIT WITH ALL PARTIES.*** Concord Police Department has been brought up to speed on the matter as of this week and will be engaging to assist. This vehicle is legally owned by Lentegrity Lending NOT MY EX-WIFE this would be the finance company that holds the title. I've personally invested $60,000.00 in cash as a down payment then an additional $15,600.00 in payments as well as an additional $23,000.00 in upgrades. This all legally documented by my sole and personal bank account. ****LET ME BE CLEAR MY EX-WIFE OF 15 YEARS IS BREAKING THE LAW WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF SIGMA AUTO AND LULU ALL IN THE GAIN TO NOT SATISFY MY EXTENDED BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY I LEGALLY PURCHASED WITH THE SALE OF THE TRUCK. I was in the market for a used Tesla Model X for $89,888 with 9,809 mileage. I found this and gave them a call to see if it was available. I was told it's still available but the mileage on the vehicle is not as advertised but it's 30k mileage instead. Ok fine, so I assumed the price would be much less since it's 20k different. The guy asked me where did I find the vehicle on so he can adjust the price. I said it was popped up on Facebook marketplace but has no contact number so I looked up sigma and there it was. He then said I need to know where you find so I can give you the price based on that. *why? You posted different prices on different site?. After all he said since the mileage was not as advertised so the price now is $88,888. Are you out of your mind? $1000 off for 20k extra mileage you had it off. Sold me a car that they stole back after it was impounded. I bought a car from this stealership and they did all the paperwork quickly. I was happy I go or into a new Mercedes 550 Cls . The DMV paperwork would be completed in a few days and off I went to explore. About a week after I had the car I was asked to return to fix some dmv paperwork that needed fixed. I reluctantly went in signed a new loan agreement which I didn't look at because I trusted the friendly fake faces and personalities . I was told this new doc would make sure everything was good to go in case I was pulled over. Well wouldn't u know I was pulled over and the car was impounded. Everything I owned was in the car. I spent two days in lock up and was released with only the clothes on my back and a bus pass and state Id. My wallet , cell phone , lap top, tolls, clothes , documents , and anything and everything I owned was in the car. I couldn't get the car released because the dmv registered owner was matching my name. I couldn't even get my property out of the car . I asked Sigma to help me get my things from the vehicle and they told me they weren't able to do anything either. I followed up with the PD ,tow yard, and finance company and learned Sigma had doctored the DMV paperwork and went and retrieved the vehicle stating the finance company renigged on the loan , which was a lie. I had the loan set up and due for payment and they knew nothing of the car being towed. At this point I didnt care about the car I just wanted my personal property which I was told I could get if I paid $1500 for the tow and storage fees incurred. What ??. This car was sold and stolen back by Sigma and they wouldn't return my personal property and still have not even attempted to return anything to me or provide compensation. I am self employed as a data technician and all of my tools and clothes were in the car. Needless to say I have not worked since this incident . I stay in a friends garage and am seeking relief for the actions of these crooks . DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT BLACKMAILING THIEVES . read more
