    A visit to Audi Concord's service department added another new exciting light to my dashboard.

    I am a first time Audi owner and came to Audi Concord for my first ever service appointment with Audicare on my Audi S3. My experience was mixed, which is a shame, because I absolutely adore the car and I chose this dealership based on their otherwise glowing reviews. The positives- + Dealership is clean, well furnished and conveniently located just off the highway. + Friendly staff, fast service. + Loaners are excellent (but you have to book a few weeks out to get one) - and it was fun to experience another model of Audi. + Generous drop off policy using Lyft if you are unable to get / don't want a loaner - covers drop offs within 50 miles (!) of the dealership. + They'll wash your car with service, which is super helpful. I recognise that my situation is unique but there are some communication improvements that could be made to provide a level of service that is commensurate with the brand's quality and price. Unfortunately, I was involved in an front end collision late last year. After I got it back and with a known warning light about the left headlight (but an otherwise fully functional car), I brought it by for my regular service (oil change and all). The service itself was uneventful, they mentioned that I would have to take it back to the bodyshop to investigate the headlamp issue. On my way home to pick up our toddler from school, the check engine light came on and my heart sank. I immediately called my service advisor Patty, who told me that it must have been due to the repair that the bodyshop performed. I trusted her and took it back to the bodyshop. After the bodyshop took a look and cleared the code, it came back again. After I dropped it a second time, the bodyshop said they couldn't figure it out and asked Audi Concord diagnose it (and also resolve the headlamp issue). A few weeks later at Audi, Pattie mentioned that the check engine light was caused by the oil filler cap not being correctly re-attached and insisted the bodyshop must have done that. Except, the only oil change performed was by the technicians at Audi Concord and the light only came on immediately after my scheduled service. They did also identify the cause of the headlamp issue but it would take 2 weeks for the replacement module to come in, so asked me to pick up the car the next morning. When I came in the next day, there were several parts that were in my trunk, along with a number of retaining clips. After noticing all these parts, I double checked with the staff that the car was safe to drive and went off home. Later that day, I realised that they had not secured any of the wheel liners, which had been rubbing against the tires and were shredded to pieces. I brought it by the next working day and the Service Advisor mentioned that Patty had not told the lead technician that I was going to collect the car and it hadn't been ready to collect. They agreed to replace the broken liners. On Friday, I took the car in to get the module installed and the liners installed. Patty insisted a second time that it must have been the bodyshop's fault for not re-attaching the liners. I don't know exactly who or what worked on my car to diagnose the headlamp but there should really have been better coordination from what is perceptibly a top dollar facility. Thankfully, everything is now good and I am back to driving this fun car. My overall feedback to the service team here is to own issues. Stuff happens, these cars are complicated, and communication is hard. But it feels shady to push blame on other parties (who were, in this case, also a customer of the dealership and subcontracted out a couple of thousand dollars with them) and left a sour taste in my mouth.

    Audi Concord is a really great dealership. We live in Marin but drove out to Concord to take a look at the new Arrow Gray Pearl Effect color on the A3. They were able to trade with another dealer for the Black Optic version and we bought it! We worked with Dillon who was really great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure at all. I highly recommend Audi Concord.

    Love it!! If you're planning to buy or lease Audi, talk to Brent at Concord Audi. He is very knowledgeable and understands the pressure of purchasing a new car, he makes transition vey smooth and easy!

    Well, hugely disappointed in the sales department. Went in this morning intending to buy this vehicle. Sat & chatted with Sales person (I'll spare his name, I blame head of sales E.O.) Anyway, get to test drive the vehicle drive to W. Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, back to Concord. It's 100 degrees out, we are making sure passenger seat goes down, etc. All good! It is a go! Keep in mind the vehicle has been with us or in our sites for approx 2 hours. No one else interested in this vehicle. we are sitting at desk, ready to write our check & our sales person informs us that our vehicle has just sold. I'm sorry, what? So is it a racial issue? We have not even stated that we wanted negotiate the sticker price yet. We just sat down to business! SHADY! Not sure if it was bait & switch situation. Not sure & it doesn't matter. I just would not recommend wasting any time here. I am sorry to say, same vehicle still on their website showing available for purchase.

So I drove around the lot and found a "guest parking" area right in front. I went inside and asked the receptionist the location of their Parts Dept. She took the time to show me where it was. I rang the doorbell, and someone came out to help me. He was very careful that he had the right part. Year, engine, turbo vs non-turbo, etc. As he rang me up he noted- there's a fee for using a credit card. No fee for using a debit card. You have very thoughtful and detailed minded staff.

Probably won't come back. Poor customer service and no communication. I live 3 hours away which I told them and which is why I made a morning appointment. Edit: now Mazda texted me that they forgot to update my module as was required by the service. They said I had to come back because the update was necessary. After talking to corporate to try to switch to Marin Mazda, Mazda Concord then said the module doesn't need to be updated. I am skeptical. Do yourself a favor and go to Marin Mazda to get your car properly serviced.

I usually buy new cars, but after seeing their flawless reviews, I decided to give a used car a try this time. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward (we paid in cash, so we skipped the finance part). 1. Proactive follow-up on maintenance concerns A couple of weeks after purchase, I brought the car to Toyota Concord for routine maintenance. The mechanic mentioned a possible "seepage" that might indicate an oil leak, and they charged a couple hundred dollars to add dye to the oil for tracking. I told Nick about it, and he immediately told me to bring the car in for a thorough inspection by his mechanic. It turned out not to be an active leak--just an oil stain--but Nick still insisted I return in a week so he could be absolutely sure everything was fine. 2. Above-and-beyond roadside help A few days later, while moving from Concord to Castro Valley, my power steering suddenly failed on the highway. AAA told me the wait for a tow would be over two hours due to high demand. When I told Nick, he immediately recognized the likely culprit--the alternator--and came out with his crew. They swapped my battery on the spot, got the car safely to the shop, replaced the alternator quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. For a 16-year-old car, I honestly didn't expect perfection, and most used cars are sold "as-is." But Nick's willingness to stand behind the sale and personally make sure everything was right truly impressed me. This is why Concord Auto 1 has a perfect review record. Nick doesn't just sell cars--he sells promises and peace of mind, which is exactly what matters most when buying a used car. There was no pressure on taking the vehicle the day of my test drive either. So I went to test other cars but decided that I wanted that X5. I reached out to Kris again and made the deal a couple of days after test driving the vehicle (good thing it was still available!) Thw transaction is different from other dealers. It was straightforward, no getting passed around finance people to get extra items etc. And I really appreciated that. Fast forward to April 17, 2026, I wanted to get back to BMW (yes, I dabbled into other manufacturers) and the first thing that came to mind was BMW Concord and Kris! I looked into the website, found an iX that I liked and reached out to Kris. Test drove the iX and I loved it that I took the car home the same day! Krystal Souza was the finance manager assisting during the buying process and it really smooth transaction. No pressure on getting extra items and she even helped figure out why the contract was not getting displayed on my phone ! Victor (BMW Genius) walked me thru the vehicle. We ran numbers and they low-balled me on the offer for my car. KBB gave me a much better offer, and their KBB value estimate didn't even align with the one I received. I also asked them to give me a call once the stripe was removed so I could look at the car again and they didn't call. I received an email from them same day, but nothing regarding the status of the vehicle. If you say you're going to call.. you should.

Scheduling through the app was quick and easy, which was also a big plus. I did not request a specific advisor, but I was assisted by Vu Hoang, who made the entire experience exceptional. He was very friendly from the start, and when he learned that we would be waiting on site, he offered to expedite the service. That was unexpected and really impressive. Vu was also very polite and attentive. He showed us to the waiting area where they offered complimentary hot coffee drinks, which made the visit even more comfortable. His level of service truly stood out and played a big role in my decision to give this Toyota location a five-star review on Yelp. I will definitely ask for Vu again the next time I visit. Two big thumbs up!

Even if you have coupons among other things, there are several stipulations to the rules about what you can and cannot use. They now have AI voice assistant that will make the appointments for you that thing is useless. Upon checking in, they couldn't even find my appointment for 1130 despite the fact that I had an email stating that I do. The same voice assistant mentioned that there would be a shuttle service that could take me back, but it's not available on Saturdays, which is odd because that's a huge day for people to take in their car for service. The only thing this place is going for is the fact that the people are actually genuinely nice and you could tell they have no ability to assist beyond with their handcuffed by the dealership.

    Update (1 4) 4/7/26: Issue resolved, but the process revealed areas that need improvement…read more While my initial experience involved multiple visits, ongoing noise concerns, and frustration around inconsistent diagnoses, I do want to acknowledge that the issue has now been resolved. The A/C compressor was ultimately identified as the source of the problem--something that should have been caught earlier given the number of prior inspections. It's also important to note that these issues began following a routine oil change at the dealership, which led to an oil leak involving the oil pan, oil filter, and drain plug. My vehicle had no prior issues before that service, so this was a significant concern. I want to recognize Jaime (Service Advisor) for his consistency, professionalism, and commitment to helping move things forward. I also want to highlight Ali, the lead technician, who ultimately identified and resolved the issue. Additionally, Lisa (Service Manager) kept her word in working to get my vehicle back to the condition it was originally designed to be in. She listened, acknowledged both the issue and my concerns, and made a clear effort to address the situation. That was appreciated. However, I do believe the Service Group Director and Director of Operations could have been more proactive once this situation was escalated, especially with corporate involvement. More direct communication and leadership at that stage would have made a difference. I also want to note that I requested goodwill consideration from Hyundai multiple times throughout this process and have not received any. Given that this issue began in early January and was not fully resolved until the final week of March, after multiple service visits and extended time without my vehicle, I believe goodwill consideration is warranted and should still be evaluated. I am relieved the issue is now resolved, but the process to get there should have been more efficient and consistent from the start. I hope this feedback helps improve both diagnostic accuracy and communication moving forward. I'm sharing this update to reflect both the resolution and the full experience so others have a complete and accurate picture. Update: Picked up my car on 3/18. Thought the issues were fixed. Since picking it up, the issues are still there. They never fixed my car that they messed up after the oil change. I will be reaching out to corporate about this issue at this point. I've been coming here since 2024 and never had any issues with them. However, this past December I got a oil change from them and it messed my car up. While driving my vehicle in February, the oil lamp came on (It means that I need a oil change). I did not understand why because my vehicle was not driven much due to several vacations taken from Dec to that date in Feb. I have a 2023 Sante Fe. Very good on gas and oil. I contacted Hyundai immediately and they had my car towed to them. They diagnosed the issue. They stated that when the outstanding change had been done, the oil pan was not properly placed back on which caused an oil leak. This issue caused then to have my car for 2 or 3 days. They never offered me a loaner nor rental. I had to stay home from work for all those days. Honestly, I did not ask them for one because I did not even know they offered them. I never had to receive either before. Fast forward, my wife begin to notice a rough noise (My car does not make any noises or gave any issues. I have always kept my maintenance up since 2022 when I first purchased it). So when this noise happened, I did not understand why. That noise came on when you automatically started the vehicle, at stop lights and at red lights. It is horrible. This lasted for 2 weeks until I was able to get time off from work. In the 2nd week, the ac/ heat until began to also make noises. This was ridiculous. I finally got off 3/12. Took my car in.. there is a new guy there (Service Advisor) that really listened to my issue and even sat in my car for some time to great what I was hearing. He was very empathic. Jamie (Service Advisor) also showed empathy. She was not happy to hear that there were more issues with my car after the oil change. I explained to get that i needed a vehicle this time around because I had an appointment the next day. They had no loaners, but she got me a rental via Enterprise. Jammie gets 5 stars from me each and every time!

To make matters worse, I had to pay out of pocket to have the hood repainted after being told it was out of warranty. Shortly after, Hyundai extended the warranty for the paint issue, but refused to reimburse me because the work wasn't done at a Hyundai dealership. That was incredibly frustrating and felt completely unfair. On top of that, the service department is extremely difficult to get ahold of. Calls and texts take forever to be returned, if at all. Communication is very poor. The staff was friendly once I was finally able to speak with someone, but there was no follow-through. I requested documentation of the paint work via email and never received it. Between the ongoing paint issues and lack of communication, I ended up selling the vehicle to CarMax and will never return to this dealership.
