Never in my life have I been treated with such professionalism, such respect, such honesty and care by a car dealership. BRENT went above and beyond every single step of the way. From emailing me stickers for cars I was inquiring about, to scheduling test drives, visits, negotiations in an honest and calm manner, and making sure my new car was in perfect condition for me to pick up. He even called me the next day just to say hi and see if I was enjoying my new car! I have had 4 new cars in my life: a Toyota and 3 Nissans. Each purchase has felt rushed, slimy and afterward I never hear from them again. This was an entirely different experience! This was how I always wished car buying to be. I highly recommend Brent to anyone looking for an Audi. The team even taught me how to use all the bells and whistles and they configured my cell phone apps and the settings on the car for me! read more

How hard is it for the service department to call you back to make an appointment. Just picked up my new Audi ETron Q8 and turned in my Q4. The process was quick and easy! Brent Atkinson was a great sales rep: he was responsive, patient and detailed in answering my questions, and worked to get the best deal for me. He was especially professional and knowledgeable about Audi and EVs. This is the second time I've purchased a car from him and he is the best! Highly recommend that if you want a great value, a quality vehicle and be treated well that you check out Audi Concord and ask for Brent! read more

As a first time Audi owner, I am thrilled with my purchase of a 2024 Q8 e-tron. Adrian De Jesus was my sales specialist and I could not have asked for anyone better to assist me with my purchase. Adrian is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to educate me about the bells and whistles important to me without overwhelming me with information. To sum it up: The sales department does not respect women and thinks that we are easily "overwhelmed" and can't handle the car buying process. We are also not worth the time to respond to a serious inquiry for purchase. Eddie, who runs the sales department, thinks so low of women he even tells them on the phone!!!! I had a bad experience with the service department. So much so that I will likely never bring my Audi S7 back for service. There are just other choices. I was in need of an oil change. I don't live nearby so I explained I could not drop the car off, I would have to wait. I was willing to schedule anytime in the weeks to come that was most convenient for them so I wouldn't have to wait longer than 2 hours. I could not spend the day in the waiting room nor do I feel that is appropriate. The service representative Jacob told me unless I dropped the car off I could likely spend 6 hours in the waiting room. And I don't live within normal service transport services so that wasn't an option. We had some dialogue back and forth where I said that was not reasonable or possible for me to waste half of my day in the waiting room for a simple oil change. He said that was the best he could do. I asked myself why they would risk losing a customer because they won't get me in and out within a 2 hour period for a simple oil change. So I called back to speak with the service manager, Scott. I was told he was not in but a message was left for him to call me back. I waited a few days and after no response I called back to speak with him. I spoke with a sales representative who said he was in his office and would transfer me. The call went right to voicemail. I left a message to please call me back. Several more days passed so I called back and got a female representative. I explained my situation and said I could not wait 6 hours in their waiting room for a simple oil change. She too said she could not promise a wait time of 2 hours and it could likely be 6 hours. I give up. I called Livermore Audi and explained my situation. They were happy to have me as a customer and scheduled me for the service in 2 days and said the wait time is typically 60 to 90 minutes. I made the appointment and they have me now for all my Audi sales and service needs in the future. And BTW, Livermore Audi did get me out in 60 minutes. I'm still scratching my head why Concord Audi didn't want me as a customer. I didn't like the way I was treated and feel the Audi brand should be worthy of better customer satisfaction. I guess they are content with their volume of sales and service customers. I've had 4 Audi's over the last 15 years and there will be others in my future. read more

The absolute worst service experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ken the service representative who I dealt with lied to me was rude and threatening with respect to the loaner vehicle I received. I have no level of confidence that the issue with my car was resolved in a satisfactory manner. When I received my car back someone with the team at audi concord had broken my armrest. Tim and Chris made purchasing my new 2022 Q3 S-Line the most frictionless process ever. It was my first big purchase ever and they held my hand through the whole thing. I test drive a bunch of cars and walked through all the features and specs to figure out what was the best car for me. Then walked me through financing and what that looked like for me long term. A lot of dealerships squeeze as much as they can out of you but these 2 amazing people don't. My husband is also thinking of buying a new car so we will definitely be back looking for these 2 amazing people. Jared and Daniel were also great walking me through the specs of my car. I was asking a bunch of questions and they taught me how to navigate my car with ease. I'm so in love and will definitely be back. read more

Very frustrated with this place. Bought a very nice car from them 3+ years ago with an extended warranty. Decided to sell to another party recently. Wanted to cancel the extended warranty to get a refund. Pretty simple. You'd think they'd have some interest in keeping a loyal customer. 7 phone calls; 2 voicemails; and one "I'll get back to you" later... and nothing. There is literally no way to get help with this. Love Audi's. Will definitely be purchasing another one. Sadly I'll be taking my business elsewhere. You should too. read more

I purchased a beautiful S4. I saw the car online and didn't want to commute from the Sacramento area to see a car I didn't end up liking. Erin Scordelis, their Internet Manager, was kind enough to be my eyes on the lot. She took multiple pics from various angles and shared them with me via email. My original intent was to find a S6, but I fell in love with the 2018 S4. After a few days of thinking about it, I informed Erin that I wanted to buy it. She was awesome. She had the car waiting for me when I got there. We went on a long test drive to ensure that I was comfortable with the car. She showed me everything about the car. We went through the paperwork and I was on my way. It was a very pleasant purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend Audi Concord and see Erin if you can!! read more

Not sure why I brought my car back here today after a disastrous service experience a couple of years ago (brought car in for a recall and oil change. They broke the console and had my car for two weeks. Got it back and the oil light came on. They never put oil back in the car after draining out the old). Today another recall and a functional issue. After a full day in the shop, a video is sent to me detailing all the elements of an inspection they performed (that I didn't ask for) and stating the recall was done. No mention of the functional problem I had brought it in for. I called and had to leave a message for my "service consultant", Patti Marie Avila. An hour later I hadn't heard from her and called back. I was told she was probably doing her call backs and she'd call me when she was done. I wasn't offered an alternative or apology. All I could do was to leave another message. Ten minutes later Patti Marie Avila calls back and gives me the same status about my car as the original video but still doesn't mention the original problem. When asked about it she had to put me on hold to find out. ...Parts not available for two days and a price roughly three times what it should cost in my area. Not once did I receive anything remotely resembling adequate customer service. This dealership is an infuriating combination of incompetence and non-existent service. Avoid at all costs. read more

Went through multiple luxury dealerships looking for a new, reliable and high performance car. Brent Atkinson, Brand Specialist at Audi of Concord, helped us through the process with consideration of our time, needs, and made our car buying experience surprisingly pleasant. He and the folks at Audi Concord were honest, communicative and did not try to up-sale or otherwise. They were knowledgeable and helped us to tint our car (site unseen) to the appropriate level and convenience. The folks at Audi of Concord were considerate of our requests that really made us felt valued and cared for as a customer. I definitely recommend Audi of Concord and would happily put them on my list of dealerships for when I need to buy a vehicle again. I purchased my first Audi (Q7) in 2019. Brent was my salesman. Hands down best car experience I've ever had. Brent was knowledgeable, kind, and PATIENT. Brent sold Audis to me and my husband that night. Fast forward to 2023, and I'm finally ready to purchase the Q8 I've been eyeing. The first and only person I think to call is Brent (the fact I remembered his name says A LOT). Again, stellar customer service. Brent should be the poster child for salesmen. We purchased our Audi Q7 yrs ago from Audi Concord because of their amazing customer service. With each year the quality, availability and customer service has steadily gone down while the pricing has skyrocketed. Even pre-COVID it would take up to 3 weeks to get an appointment. This time that wasn't the issue, however their pricing and attitude was. With high profile tires you can't use snow chains. So we purchased at a great cost an additional set of rims and snow tires from them. They agreed to store the extra set as part of the purchase. They swap out twice a year and it used to be free with a loaner vehicle. Then the price went up to $59 which seemed reasonable to me and no loaner telling me it would only take 45 min so I sent my husband home and hung out in the waiting area. TWO hours later they were ready! I could have gone back to work. I bring them in today and the price jumped from $59 to $159 in seven months!!! I was flabbergasted. When I protested the sales guys just waived his arms saying "yeah I know" and the canned "it's the new owners" excuse I've been hearing the last 2 years. Then the placating "I'll pass your comments to them" knowing that will never happen. So they have the car all day but Wouldn't give me a loaner. When they told us it was ready we asked them to wash up the tires and rims and put them in the back. We are done. They put them in so haphazardly and didn't bother to try to take the dog cover off and flatten the seats so that they could lay all 4 flat. Instead they rolled back and forth at every light. What I wouldn't give to have the old service back. When my beloved Q7 dies I'm moving to another manufacturer since they are no other dealerships close by. In the meantime I'll be using another mechanic. read more

A6 Allroad 2020 It takes so long to have a service appointment from them (1-2 months). They hold the car for so long and don't give updates. Had to keep calling. Had a recall of my fuel sensor and the invoice states they had to lower the gas tank k to 1/2 full. I just filled it before I brought it in. When I left it was half full. The mechanic says they take it out, it goes right back in upon completing the job. I ended up with a 1/2 tank. Response: if you really believe that then bring the car back in and we'll have a valet refill it. I live 40 miles away. Not worth it. Love my car, don't care for the customer service. read more

After a terrible experience with Audi Stevens Creek, where we were ignored and not even acknowledged (with maybe 1 other customer present), we decided to give Audi Concord a chance. We went with 3 specific vehicles we found on their website. Our sales rep, Ken Torre, was super knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions to get a better understanding of our lifestyle and explained to us the differences between the two models we were considering. He was very good at referencing things we mentioned previously to tie back to the conversation. While the bar may have been low after our experience at Audi Stevens Creek, Ken far exceeded our expectations for the experience he provided. We left with the car we wanted and felt really good about the purchase. Highly recommend making an appointment with Ken! read more

What an interesting place! Came on my off day in sweats and a T-shirt and got lots of looks!! Maybe I should have wore my heels. Came to pick up glass for my window to bring back to Elk Grove. This Audi dealership told me it would be $1700, Elk Grove told me it would be $500. Picked up my glass here and drove it back to Elk Grove for installation. The woman who works the desk in that department was really depressing and rude...she must have been having a bad day. Here's the short version: * I have not had a working car since late February 2022. * I have called Audi Concord about 1-3 times per week since late February 2022 and numerous calls since LAST YEAR about making follow-up appointments for my car. *I requested a re-inspection from Mike Forney who refused to give me a free re-inspection, despite my having at least 3-4 coupons for multipoint inspections - and the fact my car had been having issues since it left the lot last year. * My 2015 Audi A3 car has about 75K miles, never had any major issues, and has only been serviced at Audi dealerships. Long version: I own a 2015 Audi A3 that was serviced last July/August, including a full inspection, and fluids changes - totaling $900+. Nothing is wrong with my car. Inspections come back clean. The next day, a check engine light went on. I tried multiple times to get an appointment, but the light turned off a couple days later and the Audi service department tells me it was not urgent, it was a computer glitch. I call every couple weeks for a few months to try to get an appointment and they tell me they can't make me an appointment. I finally just ask to speak to a Manger. Fast forward six months later in February 2022, my car transmission is failing. I call Audi again. Despite the fact that I get chronic coupons in the mail for a free "multi-point inspection" Mike Forney tells me that I have to pay $200+ for a new inspection. And when I say, but I'm a little worried you didn't find anything last time, he says "well, since you can't reverse your car we'll definitely finds something." And then he hangs up. I was calling 2-3 times a week for February, March, and April. Every time I was told, "someone will call you back." I start to ask for a manager. I left numerous voice mails. In March, I decided to take my car to another shop for an inspection. This other shop tells me my transmission fluid and oil are black and non-existent. As if they hadn't been changed in forever, but I had just had it 'full-serviced' six months prior. Another context: My car has about 75k miles as of this writing. It has never been in a major collision. Every single service on this car has been done at a dealership, in Oakland - and about two at this Concord facility. Maybe someone will call me back - but this is seriously insane. I actually had already planned on buying another Audi because I LOVED my car, but this is crazy. read more

My wife had an appointment at 10:45am to get her oil changed in her car. When arriving with our 5 year old son they told her it wouldn't be finished until 3-4pm. How does it take 4-5 hours to change the oil with an appointment? This service takes an hour without an appointment at ANY oil change place. When talking with Michael F. on the phone he let me know that having an appointment doesn't matter as they don't work on your car at that time. You still have to wait in line to have them work on your car. I tried to reach out to the manager Joe all I got was his voicemail. Now we will be paying out of pocket for the service elsewhere. DO NOT pay for the service package cause it is not worth it! The customer service is a joke. Don't waste your money on purchasing a vehicle from Audi they will bend you over backwards. read more

My experience at this dealership was fantastic from start to finish. I went twice to look at cars - the first time to get a sense for what I wanted in a Q5, and the second time to drive a couple of vehicles that had slightly different options. Robert Fleming-Hernandez was handling the deal, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, helped me understand what my options were, and on the second visit he had the vehicles ready to go with the air-conditioning on and had group them together so that I could look at them side-by-side to help make a decision. He also had great automotive engineering knowledge overall, and was very enthusiastic about cars in general. He and the staff were very responsive to my emails and phone calls. The actual purchase process was very easy, we just used DocUsign to complete the financial arrangements as well as the contracts & everything went very smoothly. Also I'd like to say the dealership itself is very classy, very spacious and a great showcase for their vehicles. Also the team at the dealership is taking the Covid situation very seriously with sanitization of transaction areas and vehicles between every customer use & all the staff were wearing masks all the time. They even had boundary areas marked around the tables and the staff would not approach closer than 6 feet boundary. My only regret was not being able to shake hands after the deal because of the current Covid situation! read more

Highly recommend the sales specialist Brent Atkinson and sales manager John Freitas. They were courteous and thoroughly explained everything in detail. Despite my young age (I'm 26), I never felt like I was looked down upon, and even though I showed up in casual attire with slippers, t shirt, and shorts, I was treated with the respect any potential customer should get. They didn't try to upsell me unnecessary upcharges such as warranty or pressure me to try to increase the amount I pay out the door. They did let me know that there were some optional items I could buy if I wanted such as the ceramic coating or the extended warranty, and I just may, but it was never shoved down my throat. I'm happy to say I left the dealer with an Audi Q5 the same day after being walked through the process start to finish from test driving to financing to features to inspection in a matter of hours. It was the first time I didn't have to do any negotiation and hustle back and forth to get a car which was quite magical and helped me focus on enjoying the vehicle to celebrate a milestone in my life for me. If there were more dealerships like Audi Concord, I think Tesla's business model wouldn't hold any significant impact in eliminating the dealership process because there was nothing but smiles with the experience received today. In addition to getting very straightforward pressure-free terms and approval, I was also able to learn a lot about the vehicles I didn't know, and it was an extremely informative experience so how can anyone complain? Such a class act. Thank you guys, and I'm sure I'll be purchasing more vehicles in the future. Very happy to be a part of the Audi family. read more

Audi Concord - Audi Q5 45 TFSI Premium Plus - Auto Repair Near Me - Concord, California

While their customer service reps are first class, I just had a very bad experience with service. I had my 2018 Q5 windshield replaced. I needed it done quickly, and they had the correct windshield in stock. The service rep suggested a bid before proceeding, but I assumed it would be more expensive but reasonable. Hah!! The bill was $5,000 (windshield and tech adjustments), which is astronomically more than any third party, and it was returned to me with fingerprints and a dirty windshield. Worse, I arrived home to find the window water washer system not functioning (it was when I took it in), so now I have to take it back for a day. I have purchased 4 Audis from this dealership over the past years with mixed experience. Several years ago, I bought 2 cars (A4 and Q5) at the same time as both purchase/ lease, and a couple of months later, I discovered the finance manager slipped two after-market services on the contract that were utterly irrelevant, adding over $200 mo to my payment. The dealer was useless at helping me, and after a year of bugging the after-market firms, I finally got the after-market firms to terminate their contracts (which was supposed to be easy according to the contract documents). I did go back in 2020 and buy one more Q8 becasue my wife wanted a certain car. Despite all the great reviews of this dealer, and I think the dealership changed owners, you cannot trust past experience. Check your contracts carefully and do not take for granted good service or fair treatment. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I previously left a 5 star review in 02/2019 after I leased a 2019 S4 with Howard. Unfortunately, I believe management changed and Howard as well as Paul both went to BMW Concord. Since Howard left this place has been the worse car dealership I have ever dealt with. This place is flat out dishonest, will lie to you about loaner cars when you schedule service (tell you they have a loaner but in reality they do not, etc.). Anyway, upon the end of my lease on my S4, I ordered a truck since my wife has a Mercedes sedan and we needed a vehicle with more room, etc. I loved my S4 and it was in immaculate condition. The residual on my lease was about $35,000, however the vehicle was worth about $50,000. Unknown to Audi my cousin is a mechanic and I had him confirm my brakes and tires had more then 50% remaining. First AutoNation offered to purchase my vehicle for approx. $44,000 which I was fine with. But because AutoNation was a 3rd party Audi would not sell my vehicle for the residual and had to re-appraise my vehicle which came in at $50,392. Audi refused to show me the appraisal but my contact at AutoNation sent it to me since this squashed the deal with AutoNation. I then took my vehicle to Walnut Creek Mercedes and they offered me basically the same price as AutoNation. I then went to Audi Concord and met with Alex Kludt. Alex had the audacity to lie to my face saying the tires and brakes were shot and my cars value was $40,000. I then told Alex I had a written appraisal from Audi for over $50,000 and he did not have anything to say. Alex is a liar and probably one of the most dishonest people you could do business with, he will lie and try to rip you off. I took my car to WC Mercedes and had a great experience, no games, honesty, great experience. If you want to get ripped off & lied to go to Audi Concord, Alex will treat you like you like you are the stupidest person in the world as he tries his scheme to screw you over. I had been tipped off by a few people at my gym about Alex and Audi Concord trying to rip you off. One of my best friends also has a leased Audi and he has already started working with WC Mercedes. Long story short, if you want a luxury vehicle do not go to this place. Go see Howard or Paul at BMW Concord or go to Walnut Creek Mercedes. read more
