We had a wonderful experience at Audi Concord. We are expecting our first baby and decided to size up. It was between the Q5 and Q7 for us. After speaking with Ryan and test driving the Q5 (which I loved), he told us about an AWESOME deal on a Q7 which ended up being exactly what we were looking for! The whole process was smooth and transparent. We never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Ryan was so great and we're already looking into buying from him again very soon. Dan in finance was also extremely helpful, as well as, our technologist, Jamal! If you're looking for kind people, good deals, and easy purchasing, look no further than Audi Concord and talk to Ryan!!! read more

The Audi Concord team was nothing but exceptional in delivering the exact car I wanted. John asked me what car, type, and leasing options I wanted, and he came through within a couple of days. Once I came into the dealership, the experience was painless. Justin helped familiarize me with the vehicle's features and was patient with my first drive. read more

I came back in to get a small recall done on the car. Ken is a great service advisor and got everything squared away for me. I also met with Eddie briefly and the two of them really helped me realize that Audi Concord is a good dealer and it's not fair to judge them based on one new sales guy. I'd give these guys a chance, just make sure to get a different sales person and you should be smooth sailing. Thank you Eddie, Tim & Ken! read more

They wouldn't sell me a new car (even above MSRP) with my own financing unless they pulled my credit. First it was to "verify my identity", then it was to "have a backup offer incase financing fell through", then the sales manager Eddie Martz rudely tells me "the only way we don't pull credit is if you pay with cash". I asked for the policy in writing and they told me their attorney will send it to me. read more

Purchased a certified pre-owned Audi A3 on 1/31/24. If you're considering an Audi, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership and ask for Brent Atkinson. His knowledge and expertise of the inventory is top-notch. Even better, his customer service was the best I'd ever experienced at a dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. Brent is the best consultant I've worked with at a dealer. He knows his stuff and knows how to sell the value of the product. Rather than bombarding me with general info and features, he focused on my needs and connected those needs with the features of the vehicle. Great job, Brent. I've worked for several dealerships in the past and have also purchased from several different dealerships. Audi Concord has their act together. The staff is all very welcoming, accommodating, and professional. You won't deal with any of the stereotypical "high-pressure" salespeople here. You also don't have to worry about the elitist culture that some luxury dealers perpetuate. Audi Concord understands the importance of customer care and retention, and they do a fantastic job of caring for their clientele. Now, the part everyone dreads at dealerships - the financing and back office. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Audi has streamlined this process to be virtual. And the finance manager I worked with via telephone (Alex) was very cool. No scare tactics, pressure, or holding the deal hostage. The team here got us a great rate and the process was as simple as can be. This dealership sets the bar high when it comes to customer experience and service. The other dealers out there could learn a lot. Again, if you're considering an Audi, visit this location. Their inventory was plentiful, their team was great, and the location was clean, well-maintained, and laid-back. read more

I received a possible recall on my vehicle from Audi. Call to make my appointment and get a loaner after they determined I was eligible. They scheduled me for this morning at 7 o'clock. I showed up on time for my appointment and was only told by the woman at the desk that there are no recalls on my vehicle. My question to her was why did someone allow me to make an appointment and I came down and wasted my time Not even an offer for a free car wash for my inconvenience. This is the second disappointment with Audi. My battery died about a year ago and they couldn't get me in for three weeks for a battery. Love my car, but don't like the service department after this morning . When I buy my next Audi, it won't be from Concord Audi read more

Due to supply chain issues, Mercedes offered to buy back my GLC AMG 43 and put me into something else. Being a lover of cars I thought, "Sweet! A new car after only one year with the one I have!" They made me a great offer on my car but had nothing on the lot I wanted. Then I went into Audi of Concord earlier this week thinking they wouldn't have anything for me either. I'm so glad I was wrong. Right away Eddie greeted me and we chatted about cars and the Golden State Warriors. Although it seemed like I'd strike out again, he asked Jarod to show me some options even though Audi too had fewer cars than normal. Let me tell ya, in all my years of buying cars, I've never had anyone as knowledgeable and thorough as Jarod. Days later I'm still in awe. After getting a feel for what I was looking for in a car, Jarod found some matches and we went for test drives. He gave me a rundown of each car, comparing one to the other. No matter how many times I'd forget the differences, he'd gladly go over it again. Once I made my pick, Eddie and Jarod teamed up to get me exactly what I wanted. Here's the kicker, they offered me way more for my car than Mercedes! When I had to leave to get my kiddo from school, they setup a virtual finance call so I could get dinner made and come pick up my new car afterward. I bought my first car at 19 and have just turned 43. In that time, I've purchased five brand new cars. I have never had this much fun or felt so well-informed about a car I was buying. Jarod has even offered to help me with any tech questions that come up and I fully intend to reach out! I truly hope Eddie and Jarod are still at Audi of Concord at the end of my lease. I'm already looking forward to doing this again! A most sincere thanks to you guys! read more

Let me tell you about my favorite dealership HANDS down! Audi concord is amazing from sales to service! We are an Audi family! I deal with service a bunch. Our go to is Marty! The most genuine, truthful, helpful service guy I have met. He's so awesome and never try's to take advantage of you. Sets me up with a loaner car and open about what needs to be fixed with my car and includes pricing and no hidden fees. BEWARE OF CHARGES FOR UNNECESSARY SERVICE!!! I just had my first, 1-year service performed for my Q8. When I checked-in the car I asked for the estimate: just less than $500! So I showed the service rep, Mike, the list from the owners manual detailing the required 1-year service: oil and filter change and 4 listed inspection. These work items should be performed in less than an hour. When I asked him the cost to do just this listed items the cost was $250. This dealer was going to charge me about double by adding a number of unnecessary services to the 1-year service. In my opinion this is unethical, if not fraudulent. If not that, then It is certainly predatory. Gene Stangel read more

Very responsive but definitely taking advantage of the supply and demand issues of car sales. Asking $9995 over MSRP as "dealer adjustment" - a mark up because they are taking advantage of customers! Please shop around!!! Fremont Audi has no mark ups, just msrp. Buying a car is never a good investment but at least you can save yourself 10k! read more

It really saddens me to write this review since we've been loyal customers since 2013. We purchased 4 cars (3 RSs) and 1 lease. This review is for the service department. Our 2022 GT RS Etron pre-sense light came on, along with 4 recalls. We waited 2 months for an appointment with a loaner service. Upon drop off, my husband inquired about the roof that had started peeling. Patty, our service advisor, agreed to replace the roof with no charge and the pre-sense calibration would cost $275. Soon after, she reached out and told us an alignment and 2 front tire replacements are needed before they can proceed with the pre-sense calibration and of course we agreed. The GT was in the shop for about 10 weeks. There were no weekly updates and we didn't reach out nor ask questions because we had complete trust in them and they had treated us like VIPs the last decade, and in fact during those 10 weeks, we also leased a new Etron SQ8 launch edition. When we finally got a call from Patty. She informed us that the car can't be done because it has been touched by an outside bodyshop therefore it's out of their scope (not sure why she waited 10 weeks just to tell us it couldn't be done) and demanded us to pick up the car the very same day. She advised and encouraged us to come back after filing an insurance claim to replace the front bumper, subframe etc so they can complete the alignment and the rest of the calibrations. When my husband picked up the car, not only they charged us $3500 for the calibration, alignment they didn't complete, but also there were more lights and sensor indicators came on: parking brake malfunction, distance warning malfunction, center brake light faulty, parking aid malfunction, SOS malfunction, driver assistance systems, rear cross-traffic assist, 3 recall lights and ALL safety cameras were off. Patty assured us that the car is safe despite all of these warnings and jokingly said "we used to not have all these sensors back in the day" When we expressed our disappointment, she replied at least we got a free roof and a loaner. Yes Patty, thank you for your professional response, the free roof without the brake light attached and a Q3 loaner which I was paying for gas instead of charging my Etron for free, what an upgrade that was! After reaching out to the management and to the GM Eddie, we were told nothing they could do as of its current condition and suggested we refer to Patty's recommendation which was replacing the entire front bumper and subframe that would cost $15k worth the repairs. We decided to get a second opinion, so we went to Audi Marin. It turns out the adaptive cruise control and the peripheral cameras needed to be recalibrated first before the pre-sense calibration and the process costs $1299 rather than $275 that was originally quoted by Patty. Marin didn't know what the $275 calibration entailed and they were just as puzzled. It seems to us that Concord just wanted to make money by suggesting unnecessary services and repairs to make up the free roof. Marin also reconnected all the sensors Concord unplugged, updated all the recalls that Patty claimed they did but didn't, and most importantly fixed the pre-sense calibration all within a week. Marin didn't mention anything about the front bumper and the subframe needing to be replaced, nor didn't mention any outside bodywork. Now, the GT has no more lights and warnings. Such a relief - it's like we have a brand new car again even though the car was brand new to begin with. Also, we're glad that we didn't file an insurance claim. We reached out to Concord again to request our previous service to be refunded as the invoice clearly stated no task and performance were completed. They did agree to reimburse the brake light that was done by Marin. Scott, the service manager is supposed to be reaching out to us regarding the refund. Because of the holidays, we have been patiently waiting for his response but he has not reached out and we still haven't gotten our reimbursement back. read more

We took our Q3 in for a standard 50,000 mile check up and oil change, filter, and spark plugs. Less than 1 hour labor. We gave them their coupon for the inspection and oil change for 89.00 and they would not accept it. The bill was 200.00 parts and 715.00 for Labor! $915.00 for an oil change and plugs!!! Utterly criminal on their behalf. We will never go back and urge others not to as well. read more

TIM IS THE MAN! We are on our second Audi and could not be happier with our second car buying experience. Purchasing a car can be a pain, but it was virtually painless with this guy. He was sweet, patient, upfront, and responsive. I thought we were going to be leaving and coming back the next day to pick up the car with the new off-site finance managers (which would've sucked since we live over an hour away). However, Tim got us in with one of the finance people and we did our docu-sign agreements and were out the door and onto dinner as quick as could be. I understand this can't be everyone's experience since we came with a trade-in and had the pink slip with us, but I really think most of it was due to the awesomeness of our sales rep. I also want to add that we have been to a couple other dealerships since our car search began and this was the NICEST cleanest lot and customer service area that I have ever seen. I love my Audi service lot in Elk Grove, but Audi Concord is looking sharp! read more

I have been part of the Concord Audi family since 2018 and their service never ceases to amaze me. I updated my Audi A3 to a Q5 a few months ago. Ken, Ken, Ken (a member of their Service Team). What can I say other than THANK YOU! I had a flat tire on my SQ5. When I attempted to inflate the inflatable spare, it inflated to a certain point then I heard air leaking from the spare. Fortunately, I was at home when I noticed the flat. I hopped in my wife's car, put the patially inflated spare in the trunk, took it to Audi Concord, explained what happened to Ken and 15 minutes later I walked out with a new spare tire FREE OF CHARGE. Ken explained that somehow the rim of the spare was bent which didn't allow the tire to inflate properly. Every experience that I've had with Ken and any other member of the Audi Concord Service Team has been consistently thoughtful, friendly and helpful. You guys Rock! Thank you again Ken! read more

I had a great experience here purchasing a certified pre-owned A4. I dropped by around 5:30 PM on a Monday and was driving off the lot in my new car within 2 hours! Brent was the salesperson who helped me and he was very friendly and helpful. The price we ended up with was very fair, and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks also to Alex from Finance who made the paperwork process a breeze! Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership! I'm so disappointed in Audi Concord. My entire family is an Audi family. My mom, sister, brother in law- we all love our Audi's. Unfortunately, we don't love the customer service we get at Audi Concord. I personally bought my car 4 years ago this month. I only took my car back to Audi service twice- once for a recall and another to replace the windshield. The cost for general maintenance is ridiculous so I went to another place in Lafayette and have been very happy with my service and the price. At Audi, during one of my service experiences, repairing my windshield, I mentioned my heater wasn't working properly. They told me it was fine. Well; winter came and we all froze, especially my daughter. Bundle up, we're going for a ride in our 3 year old Audi just doesn't seem right to me. Anyways, before Covid, I travelled 60% of the month for work, Audi service is expensive, not the best customer experience and hard to book, so, needless to say, I didn't return. Now, my car is 3K miles past the warranty, we're having passenger airbag issues, front passenger seatbelt issues, malfunction alerts, the trunk doesn't work- so I found the time- after 3 weeks, to get an appointment. Today I was told we would have to pay $1000 to fix the heater. Listen, I get it, it's frustrating but the reply was what gets me most- well, if you would have brought it to us for a service we could have maybe done something about it but too late for that now. Then don't say anything about it- there's no shoulda woulda coulda. I don't need a lesson, Audi Service. That's not helpful. They did offer a 10% discount to get me to the $1000 price tag: thanks. I did tell you, you didn't look and because you're difficult to fit into my hectic schedule, make zero accommodations for your customers and don't follow through , it's all in me. Classy. Audi concord has been disappointing. We're thinning about buying a new car- wonder how the service is at Audi of Oakland or maybe Pleasanton. Love Audi!! Wish we had a better experience at the dealership. read more

THIS is how a car buying experience should be, hands down. I came in contact with Erin, who from the start was wonderful during our back and forth via email and phone calls to get the ball rolling. Long story short, what took around 2 hours to finalize, honestly felt like 30 minutes. Erin gave me a wonderful deal on the car that i wanted (she even matched the price of the lowest price of the same vehicle in the region!), a competitive offer for my trade-in and a low interest rate. With these 3 crucial steps completed rather quickly, i was on my way home in my new dream car! Erin, i'm not sure if you ever check these Yelp reviews but i want to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience and like i said, "this was by far the best car buying experience i've ever encountered." I waited quite a bit to post this review. If I can give these people a negative 10 I would right now. I took my car in for service several month ago. I was thinking that should be an easy fix since they should know how to service their cars. As the day came to a close I called the service writer guy in charge of my car to figure out what's the plan. I was truly stunned by what he told me. In a nutshell I was told that there is no way they can repair my car and that I had an accident while I was driving it and that I need to call my insurance and report the accident. I kept arguing back and forth to tell him that I was never in an accident. Simply the charger on the Audi was not charging. At the end of the day I told him I would pick up my car and think about the situation. Brought my car home to discover that these folks vandalized my car and let it in disarray. They did not even have the decency to put the car back together. I called the head of the service department the next day to speak to him. To my surprise the whole entire team there are all in on the scam. I received nothing but rude talk, poor customer service, racist remarks. To get my car fixed I had to drive it to another dealership to have it looked it and get it repaired. These folks are the worst. Will never go back! read more

I've been going to Concord Audi since 2014 to service my vehicles and have always been impressed with their service, professionalism, and the fact that I never felt that they were pressuring me to replace parts before the end of their useful life. Patty's taken great care of me over the years! I just had occasion to buy a new vehicle and I had a terrific experience with Brent. With all the supply chain problems I was sure it wasn't the best time to buy a vehicle, but he made the process extremely easy and was able to provide me with more options than I ever thought I would have. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He took great care of me from the beginning of the transaction, all the way through the close, and even beyond. My wife purchased an Audi A3, from Audi Concord late last year. She's had a history of getting overall terrific service from the dealership and she loves her car. Unfortunately, her A3 experienced a rather unusual performance issue that required several appointments to diagnose and fix permanently. She asked me to convey that she would like to thank Eddie Martz, the sales manager at Audi Concord, for carefully listening to her concerns, taking her seriously, and driving to resolution. In a situation that could be easily discounted, Eddie jumped right in, took ownership of the issue and made things right. Most importantly, he made my wife feel like the dealership really cared about her as an individual. Sure, an amazing sales experience (which we had at Audi Concord) contributes to long term customer loyalty; from her (and my) perspective, the service you receive after the sale plays an even bigger role in that next automobile purchase. We are so appreciative that Eddie understands that connection and look forward to buying our next Audi from Audi Concord. Thank you, Eddie! read more

Bought a 2019 Q7 today. Q7 is amazing. Even better was the actual dealership. Super friendly and inviting. Had 4 kids with me during the buying process... the kids playroom kept them busy. Even when the 2 year old was running around the showroom, it was all good. Not a single dirty look came our way (unlike other dealerships we visited). Austin, the salesman who helped us, was amazing. We had been speaking to him for a few weeks, and even when he knew we were talking to other dealerships trying to get the best deal, his customer service was top notch. ASK FOR AUSTIN!
