I waited quite a bit to post this review. If I can give these people a negative 10 I would right now. I took my car in for service several month ago. I was thinking that should be an easy fix since they should know how to service their cars. As the day came to a close I called the service writer guy in charge of my car to figure out what's the plan. I was truly stunned by what he told me. In a nutshell I was told that there is no way they can repair my car and that I had an accident while I was driving it and that I need to call my insurance and report the accident. I kept arguing back and forth to tell him that I was never in an accident. Simply the charger on the Audi was not charging. At the end of the day I told him I would pick up my car and think about the situation. Brought my car home to discover that these folks vandalized my car and let it in disarray. They did not even have the decency to put the car back together. I called the head of the service department the next day to speak to him. To my surprise the whole entire team there are all in on the scam. I received nothing but rude talk, poor customer service, racist remarks. To get my car fixed I had to drive it to another dealership to have it looked it and get it repaired. These folks are the worst. Will never go back! read more

When I attempted to inflate the inflatable spare, it inflated to a certain point then I heard air leaking from the spare. Fortunately, I was at home when I noticed the flat. I hopped in my wife's car, put the patially inflated spare in the trunk, took it to Audi Concord, explained what happened to Ken and 15 minutes later I walked out with a new spare tire FREE OF CHARGE. Ken explained that somehow the rim of the spare was bent which didn't allow the tire to inflate properly. First it was to "verify my identity", then it was to "have a backup offer incase financing fell through", then the sales manager Eddie Martz rudely tells me "the only way we don't pull credit is if you pay with cash". Due to supply chain issues, Mercedes offered to buy back my GLC AMG 43 and put me into something else. Being a lover of cars I thought, "Sweet! A new car after only one year with the one I have!" I'm so glad I was wrong. Right away Eddie greeted me and we chatted about cars and the Golden State Warriors. Although it seemed like I'd strike out again, he asked Jarod to show me some options even though Audi too had fewer cars than normal. Let me tell ya, in all my years of buying cars, I've never had anyone as knowledgeable and thorough as Jarod. Days later I'm still in awe. After getting a feel for what I was looking for in a car, Jarod found some matches and we went for test drives. He gave me a rundown of each car, comparing one to the other. No matter how many times I'd forget the differences, he'd gladly go over it again. Once I made my pick, Eddie and Jarod teamed up to get me exactly what I wanted. Here's the kicker, they offered me way more for my car than Mercedes! When I had to leave to get my kiddo from school, they setup a virtual finance call so I could get dinner made and come pick up my new car afterward. I bought my first car at 19 and have just turned 43. In that time, I've purchased five brand new cars. I have never had this much fun or felt so well-informed about a car I was buying. BEWARE OF CHARGES FOR UNNECESSARY SERVICE!!! I just had my first, 1-year service performed for my Q8. When I checked-in the car I asked for the estimate: just less than $500! So I showed the service rep, Mike, the list from the owners manual detailing the required 1-year service: oil and filter change and 4 listed inspection. These work items should be performed in less than an hour. When I asked him the cost to do just this listed items the cost was $250. This dealer was going to charge me about double by adding a number of unnecessary services to the 1-year service. In my opinion this is unethical, if not fraudulent. We took our Q3 in for a standard 50,000 mile check up and oil change, filter, and spark plugs. Less than 1 hour labor. We gave them their coupon for the inspection and oil change for 89.00 and they would not accept it. The bill was 200.00 parts and 715.00 for Labor! $915.00 for an oil change and plugs!!! I'm so disappointed in Audi Concord. My entire family is an Audi family. My mom, sister, brother in law- we all love our Audi's. Unfortunately, we don't love the customer service we get at Audi Concord. I personally bought my car 4 years ago this month. I only took my car back to Audi service twice- once for a recall and another to replace the windshield. The cost for general maintenance is ridiculous so I went to another place in Lafayette and have been very happy with my service and the price. At Audi, during one of my service experiences, repairing my windshield, I mentioned my heater wasn't working properly. They told me it was fine. Well; winter came and we all froze, especially my daughter. Bundle up, we're going for a ride in our 3 year old Audi just doesn't seem right to me. Anyways, before Covid, I travelled 60% of the month for work, Audi service is expensive, not the best customer experience and hard to book, so, needless to say, I didn't return. Now, my car is 3K miles past the warranty, we're having passenger airbag issues, front passenger seatbelt issues, malfunction alerts, the trunk doesn't work- so I found the time- after 3 weeks, to get an appointment. Today I was told we would have to pay $1000 to fix the heater. Listen, I get it, it's frustrating but the reply was what gets me most- well, if you would have brought it to us for a service we could have maybe done something about it but too late for that now. Then don't say anything about it- there's no shoulda woulda coulda. I don't need a lesson, Audi Service. That's not helpful. They did offer a 10% discount to get me to the $1000 price tag: thanks. I did tell you, you didn't look and because you're difficult to fit into my hectic schedule, make zero accommodations for your customers and don't follow through , it's all in me. Classy. Audi concord has been disappointing. We're thinning about buying a new car- wonder how the service is at Audi of Oakland or maybe Pleasanton. Love Audi!! The main issue that I have with Audi Concord is that it takes a month to get an appt, even if you have a "check engine " light. Audi Livermore has a much faster turnaround. The customer service in service department is rude. The check in process is not clear and if you are not aware, you end up being placed at end of queue, even if you were there on time. I ask for trans service. Service advisor is a joke. He told me that they do not service transmissions or check fluid levels on my car. I have a much bigger issue? Hmmmmmmmm. I asked them to check to see if there any oil leaks while it was in for oil change. He called me up. "Yep! You have oil all down the side of your engine but it will be another 250 dollars to check for leaks.?!?!? I and by the way you also have a power steering leak. Me. How much to fix that. Service guy.
