Shelley is not like this. She is detail-oriented, and she has a forensic mind. I brought in my initial paperwork, and we talked for a long while, to give her a picture of my tax life. I left with a hand-tailored list she gave me, points of additional information that would reduce my tax liability. Once I had everything, she took me through my return, illustrating how each adjustment impacted the total. All in all she spent quite a bit of time with me.
