It is highly unprofessional to ignore communications from an existing client. I previously used Joe's services for my 2022 tax filings and was generally ok with the experience. However, my recent attempts to contact him through calls, emails, and texts over the past few weeks have been completely unsuccessful, with no response received on his end. Although he left a voicemail indicating that he is not accepting new clients, I am an existing client ! and urgently need to file my taxes soon.
