This is definitely the place to go for EV rebates that are hard/impossible to find elsewhere…read more These guys are doing a great service for the world. They saved my family an absolutely incredible amount of money on three used 2017-19 Chevy Bolts purchased over the course of a year using rebates from BAAQMD, PGE, IRS and MCE. We are still enjoying all three cars over a year later with far less fuel and maintenance expenses than regular gas cars, of which I have owned many over the last 30 years. It's been ASTOUNDING to own these Bolts. I tell everyone who will listen about how to do the same. Many thanks to these incredibly thorough and generous people at Emotion Auto. They are unlike any other used car sales people I've ever encountered. I got the impression that they are providing this service because they saw the need for it and have a genuine wish to help the world. Please treat them well and give them the respect they deserve.

Jason and I went over how there whole process works and and answered any questions I had. He then helped me out by responding quickly, bringing me several car options and all information about them andto go through the buying process. Ultimately I ended up purchasing from a different dealership, but I was very satisfied with their service, and tansparency. I would definitely reccommend them to anybody that needs assistance in finding a vehicle at an affordable price without the hassle of typical dealerships. Thanks Jason!

I went to look at a 2011 Toyota Tundra Limited that was listed for about $20,000. During the test…read moredrive, once I reached highway speeds (around 50 mph), the truck began shaking badly. When I brought this up, the salesman said he didn't know why it was happening and then checked his phone and told me the vehicle had not been inspected yet because they "just got it." After returning to the lot, I opened the hood to look things over, and when I closed it, the Toyota emblem fell off. I then looked underneath the truck and found a significant oil leak. Again, I was told the issues would be fixed and that the vehicle had not yet been inspected. I told them I would consider purchasing the truck for **$16,000 only after all of the issues were properly repaired and the vehicle fully inspected**. I also showed them comparable vehicles -- same year with lower miles and even newer models (including a 2016) with fewer miles selling for about **$2,000 less**. Despite this, they refused to negotiate and continued to insist on $20,000, which is well over market value given the mileage and condition. At one point, I was asked why I hadn't purchased the other comparable vehicles I showed them. I explained that I was still in the process of looking and comparing options. I was then told that maybe I should buy those vehicles instead because they were not going to budge on the price. The overall attitude during this exchange felt dismissive rather than professional, especially given the condition of the vehicle. I also noticed the vehicle history shows a prior **minor accident**, which by itself wouldn't necessarily be a deal-breaker, but combined with the vibration, oil leak, and lack of inspection, it raised additional concerns. I have family members who work as mechanics and salespeople at major dealerships like Toyota and Ford, and I also have some experience myself, so I understand how vehicles should be inspected, road-tested, and priced before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, my experience here was consistent with concerns I've seen mentioned by other reviewers -- vehicles priced high, little flexibility on price, and cars not fully ready despite premium asking prices. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure any vehicle here is fully inspected, repaired, and properly road-tested before purchasing.

The reason I gave them 5 stars is because there's no 6-star option…read more I recently purchased a 2009 Corolla from Nick at Concord Auto 1, and it turned out to be the perfect used sedan for my family. I usually buy new cars, but after seeing their flawless reviews, I decided to give a used car a try this time. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward (we paid in cash, so we skipped the finance part). 1. Proactive follow-up on maintenance concerns A couple of weeks after purchase, I brought the car to Toyota Concord for routine maintenance. The mechanic mentioned a possible "seepage" that might indicate an oil leak, and they charged a couple hundred dollars to add dye to the oil for tracking. I told Nick about it, and he immediately told me to bring the car in for a thorough inspection by his mechanic. It turned out not to be an active leak--just an oil stain--but Nick still insisted I return in a week so he could be absolutely sure everything was fine. 2. Above-and-beyond roadside help A few days later, while moving from Concord to Castro Valley, my power steering suddenly failed on the highway. AAA told me the wait for a tow would be over two hours due to high demand. When I told Nick, he immediately recognized the likely culprit--the alternator--and came out with his crew. They swapped my battery on the spot, got the car safely to the shop, replaced the alternator quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. For a 16-year-old car, I honestly didn't expect perfection, and most used cars are sold "as-is." But Nick's willingness to stand behind the sale and personally make sure everything was right truly impressed me. This is why Concord Auto 1 has a perfect review record. Nick doesn't just sell cars--he sells promises and peace of mind, which is exactly what matters most when buying a used car. I would recommend Nick and Concord Auto 1 to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.
