FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH…read more We had a car that needed repairs that exceeded its value, so we started shopping online for a replacement. We came across a plug-in hybrid that felt perfect for our family...especially with our kids being year-round student athletes, even through the summer. I called Zac Auto Dealers and spoke with Elham, who confirmed the vehicle was still available. We headed over later that morning, and from the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. He came out to greet us. Saw the car right out front and it was in amazing condition, After a quick test drive, Elham had all the paperwork prepared quickly and efficiently. No hassle whatsoever. We decided to finance the vehicle. Zac Auto partners with Travis Credit Union in Concord. Took a short drive there, where we worked with a gentleman named Herman. He mentioned he regularly helps Zac's customers, and it showed. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Travis Credit Union was so welcoming and professional that we even opened a savings account with them. We picked up the car the next evening at Zac's. We were told it had been serviced and checked at their partner shop, Ace Auto Care in Lafayette. The car was in pristine condition. It looked, smelled, and drove like new. About three and a half weeks later, I noticed white smoke coming from a small tube underneath the car. Long story short, it turned out to be related to the battery/heating system. The car still drove perfectly, but not knowing who to call, I reached out to Zac Auto for guidance. A gentleman, Aziz, answered and without hesitation reassured me: "Don't worry...we'll take care of it." I explained what was going on, and he immediately directed me to bring the car to their partner shop, Ace Auto Care. At Ace Auto Care, I received the exact same level of service: kind, friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly respectful. Felt like I was greeted by cousins. By the very next day, my car was ready, repaired with brand-new parts...courtesy of Aziz and Zac Auto. Honestly, between Elham, Aziz, Herman, and the entire team at Ace Auto Care, it truly felt like we hit a grand slam. Thank you, Zac Auto Dealers. You are all a true example of how a business should be conducted along with how people should be treated. You didn't just take care of a transaction and a pricey repair...you took care of our family, and that means everything. Thank you.

Let me start with saying, I was once a HUGE Hyundai fan. I would like to replace the current vehicles with another manufacture, but Hyundai vehicle resale/trade in value is terrible due to the level of quality and what is perceived by many of us Hyundai owners, as a lack of REAL Customer care at the corporation level With that being said, we do still own 5 Hyundais and this IS The place to have your Hyundai or KIA serviced. I have used several other dealers in the bay area and this is by far the best of the best. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like they value you and your business. Jordon and the entire team are Friendly, professional and make the time to listen and hear your concerns and needs. They do a complete inspection of the vehicle and give you a report when you pick up the vehicle. This is NOT a hard sell to get you to purchase more services and parts, although I am sure they would appreciate the additional business, but rather letting you know how your vehicle is performing and how to trey and ensure it is running at optimum condition. A few things they also do that is what I consider above and beyond. You can get a shuttle back home or to your place of business if the wait is too long as well as they will send a vehicle to pick you up when its ready. And when you arrive, not only are getting your vehicle back with the services done right, but it is also WASHED and VACUMMED. Hey now! As long as we own these Hyundai's, this is the dealership where I will have them serviced

The bank specifically stated that they never received the required documents from the dealership. Instead of taking responsibility for the delay, the dealership handed my boyfriend a paper claiming that he failed to have the bank make the payment. This is completely misleading when the bank confirmed that the dealership had not submitted the paperwork needed to process the payment. Customers should not have to deal with unnecessary stress or be blamed for something that is the dealership's responsibility. 1/5 **Multiple…read morePrices for One Repair -- Followed by Months of Silence From Management** I rarely leave a review like this, but after making repeated attempts to resolve this directly with Concord Nissan, I believe other customers should know about my experience. In May 2026, Concord Nissan provided me with a written estimate of **$632.50** to replace the spark plugs on my 2018 Nissan NV200. When I later called to schedule the service, I was instead quoted **$685**. I explained that I had a written estimate for $632.50, and I was told that Concord Nissan would honor it. When I arrived for the appointment on June 23, however, I was handed a repair order showing yet another price: **$650**. Once again, I had to produce the original written estimate and point out the discrepancy. Before leaving my vehicle, I specifically had the service advisor correct the paperwork. He crossed out the $650 amount and manually wrote **$632.50** on my copy. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the final invoice was **$647.61**. The actual repair subtotal was $632.06, with an additional $15.55 in sales tax. To be clear, my complaint is **not about $15.55 in sales tax**. The problem is the astonishing lack of consistency and communication surrounding what should have been a straightforward repair. For one spark plug replacement, I encountered: **$632.50 -- original written estimate** **$685 -- price quoted when scheduling** **$650 -- price presented when I brought the vehicle in** **$632.06 -- eventual repair subtotal** **$647.61 -- final payment after tax** What makes this particularly frustrating is that the actual repair subtotal ultimately came within 44 cents of Concord Nissan's original $632.50 estimate. Why, then, did I have to repeatedly challenge different prices and produce their own written estimate to get this corrected? I shouldn't have to audit a dealership's pricing at every stage of a routine service appointment. I initially tried to handle this privately and professionally rather than posting a negative review. I mailed a detailed written complaint to Concord Nissan's service management. After approximately **three months without a response**, I escalated the matter by mailing another formal letter directly to the dealership's General Manager on September 23. Again, **no response. Not even an acknowledgment.** I have since contacted Nissan North America Consumer Affairs and opened a complaint. Nissan Corporate told me that they would contact the dealership, while also explaining that Concord Nissan is independently owned and that the dealership ultimately controls how it handles the complaint. That's what finally prompted this review. Mistakes happen. Pricing discrepancies happen. What separates good customer service from bad customer service is how a business responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern to management. I gave Concord Nissan multiple opportunities over several months to simply explain what happened. I wasn't asking for money, a refund, or free service. I wanted an explanation for the repeated pricing discrepancies, an explanation for the lack of response, and some assurance that their pricing and complaint-handling procedures would improve. Instead, I received silence. Concord Nissan's own website says customer satisfaction is a priority and describes its philosophy as **"Where It's All About You."** Unfortunately, my experience with its service department and management has left me with very little confidence in those promises. I have retained the original written estimate, the repair order showing the $650 price and handwritten correction, the final invoice, and copies of my correspondence. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly police a dealership's pricing, and they certainly shouldn't have to spend months trying to get management to acknowledge a legitimate written complaint. After giving Concord Nissan every reasonable opportunity to address this privately, I feel prospective customers deserve to know how my experience was handled.
