I was in the search for a used safe car for my 21 year old son and I saw their ad in Craigslist. The vehicle looked good, had low miles and one owner, which is vital for me! We set up a time and they brought the car to me since I was local! Not only were these gentlemen trustworthy, Eric is a skilled mechanic and only presents the BEST of the BESt in his used cars. The 1997 Buick LeSabre had 130K miles, and a super clean engine, interior and purred like a kitty cat. Eric and his father insisted that we take the car for a test drive and we did, and we LOVED it for our son! Eric worked with us on the payments and we are ever so grateful since our son really needs a reliable and safe car for work and such. Not only was the sales process a smooth one, the entire experience was pleasant and as soon as I can, I want to buy another (hopefully BMW) from Eric. If you are looking for honest, caring auto dealers, look no more. I was also told recently that they are now offering financing, and this again is a gesture of this company that they are constantly thinking of making it easier on their clients. Need a used car? There were none of the typical BS add-ons that many deals will say are mandatory. They gave a reasonable price for the trade-in, right around what I was expecting, and without a fight. Carlos was great to work with, as well as everyone else there. There wasn't any of the typical false pretense that we have all been the best of friends our entire life, or projection about being good religious people, or anything else to build a false sense of trust. It was the other manager, he asked if I can delete/ update review and was promised 3 free oil changes to make up for my terrible experience with them and a full interior and exterior detail due to the fact that when I purchased and took my vehicle home it wasn't even cleaned (dog hair and dirt everywhere). I have taken it back to get detailed wasted 2 days taking it back, when I picked up my vehicle both times it was just lightly cleaned. They didn't even bother to pick up the floor mats to vacuum. Now to date I have called to try to get my oil change and detail and was told they don't remember any of this being said to me. Definitely will not be referring ring anyone to this dealership. You might as well go spend your money anywhere else since they don't value their customers at all.
