    New to us Braptor!

I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure others reading reviews know that Leo and his team are top-notch, honest, trustworthy and straightforward. We traveled about 8 hours to pick up a vehicle, and the entire process went flawlessly. The transaction was smooth, the deal was exactly as promised, and the car was in great shape. They even stayed after hours for us also helped coordinate with our finance company as we had a unique situation. If I had to note one area for improvement, it would be the detailing -- the car wasn't spotless. That said, I'm a bit OCD and it was an easy fix. I highly recommend this dealer to serious buyers, not tire-kickers looking to test drive higher-end vehicles.

Bought an X5M competition from Divinci motors and had a great experience. Leo was great at communicating throughout the whole process and even came in on his birthday to get the sale finalized. Will be buying through them in the future.

These people are true car people, and a family business at that. Enough said, but I experienced the smoothest car purchase I've ever made through them, and Leo was a rockstar the whole way. No calls missed, I was always updated, and anything I wanted to know about the car and its rarity, they knew it all. If you want a nice car without swirl marks and a snobby salesman, come and support this local business and the wonderful family that runs it. Love my new car and I can't be more thankful for these guys finding one of these.

I grew up in a family that loves cars and my Grandpa who was a mechanic. I know a thing or two about purchasing cars, dealerships, and the frustrating situations that can come with purchasing a vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at the honest and not pushy approach of this small family-owned business. Leo was lovely during the test drive and answered all the questions we had. He did not push or make it feel like I had to decide right away. Rather he allowed for me to feel comfortable and get the information I needed. Ken is a lovely business owner who is real, transparent, and a family man. I was so grateful for that when purchasing my beautiful car. The process of purchasing my 2014 VW Tiguan was efficient and all was explained to me without pushing me to add on to my purchase. I will definitely do business with them again! Thank you Divinci Motors for the excellent customer service!

Recently picked up my new to me 2011 Audi s4! First off walked into the dealership with an idea of just looking at the car they had listed but was still hesitant. I was approached by Leo who is by far the main reason why I walked out with the car the same day. The second I walked in I was treated like nothing but family we got to talking about the car, cracked a couple of jokes, and began to talk more about the car. I was sat down in the office was given a water bottle and enjoyed the conversation while he pulled up the car fax and informed me of the vehicle (very knowledgeable about the cars on his lot). After everything looked great with the carfax, time for a test drive! The car felt amazing obviously with being a 12 year car there was some imperfections that he pointed out to me (cosmetically), which shows you how honest and open book they are. Most dealerships will try to hide little flaws hoping you drive off the lot without noticing and it's no longer their problems, Not these guys! I loved the car and was set on walking out with it that day we sat down in the office once again and talked numbers. Ken (his dad) was not only great with customer service and treating me like family, was also very helpful with the paperwork side of things did not try to throw in some extra fees or anything shady but also sat with me page by page making sure I knew what I was signing and it what it meant. Dealership is very clean and some seriously nice cars on the show room!! Ken and Leo are a perfect father and son duo taking great care of their customers and making you feel welcome and safe buying a through them! 10/10 dealership 10/10 customer service 10/10 buying experience. Car is doing great 2k miles in and very happy with my purchase, will definitely be back to pick up my next car from them!

Sold me a lemon some time ago, had to replace the engine after 30k miles. Fortunately, I found a mechanic who gave me a good deal at $5,000, although the bmw dealer had quoted $10k+. Divinci Motors was absolutely no help and I believe they'd known this was going to happen, especially considering how much they'd originally paid for it. Ran the VIN and saw they'd purchased it from an auction for $8,000 before selling it to me only months later at $18,000. These photos are my finished product - after another $20,000 was thrown into it. When I bought it from them, it was a bone stock 2011 non-M sport 535i. Absolute rip off, save your money and find another dealership. On a side note, if you're black they'll keep the second key and tell you they lost it.

First this Father/Son partnership is fantastic! They are honest and super fair. Everything was explained in detail nothing extra was added to finance. The variety and quality of their cars are superb. They do not list sold cars to bring you in. Clean environment, felt extra COVID precautions are taken here. Everyone wears a mask clean bathroom and hand sanitizer available. I witnessed sanitation of vehicles as well. Very professional and respectful, hard to come by people like this nowadays. I will most definitely recommend to every person I know and would not hesitate to go back for future needs. People that posted bad reviews are CRAZY. Thank you guys so much! We love are purchase.......

Called in and asked for the absolute lowest out the door price as I'm not trying to sit at a dealership for 8+ hours. I know what I want just give me the numbers and team Chevy did just that. When everything was said and done (maybe an hour) I drove the 2+ hours to check the truck out and it was as advertised and described to me. There was a hiccup with the truck but team Chevy squared everything away. They have great hospitality, they are honest, and really work hard to achieve the consumers wants and needs. Shout out to Damian for taking my call and making everything get into place. Jet for crunching the numbers. Tina for her understanding and pushing for the customer. And Byron (byreeeeeeen iykyk) for handling the finance and having some good laughs. I've had many fails with dealerships but team Chevy didn't flop. They take care of their customers and it showed with their team working past hours to make sure I was satisfied. The trek was long but it was worth every penny for me.

SIMPSONS CARTOON EPISODE SET IN VALLEJO!…read more A bizarre question: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in a cartoon? It's a place populated by exaggerated "caricatures" of people, who think in exaggeratedly stupid ways and devise exaggeratedly crass, crude and clumsy schemes, which backfire on them. You can find out what living in a cartoon is like by reading the story below. It's called "Homer Simpson And The Sleazy Car Dealer." [Btw, you can expect a surprise "twist" at the end.] PHANTOM $7,000 Homer picks out a used car at a major car dealership. The salesperson inputs data in his computer, then informs Homer of the "out the door" price, which is $7,000 more than the sticker price! The salesman has secretly added $7,000 in "extras," without consulting Homer (presumably on orders from "above"). This dealership's salespeople add several thousand dollars to used cars' sticker prices, and they are confident that the customers won't notice! Such stupid thinking could only happen in a cartoon. But even Homer Simpson isn't gullible enough to be fooled by such a transparently crass, crude and clumsy scheme. He instructs the salesman to remove the "extras." Wanting to buy a car quickly and efficiently with no "fuss," Homer gives the dealership the "gift" of deliberately refraining from negotiating a lower price. He doesn't anticipate that they will try to gouge more money out of him by employing the pathetic ploy described above - and by employing the pathetic ploy described below... EXCLUDES EVERYTHING! The dealership's cartoon finance manager sells Homer a $2,000 "service protection plan," but neglects to point out (presumably on instructions from "above") the contract's carefully buried "exclusions" clause, which excludes everything of importance that is mostly likely to go wrong with a car. Later Homer notices this clause and informs the finance manager, in a phone message and an email, that he wishes to cancel the plan. The finance manager never responds, not even after 3 weeks (possibly hoping that Homer will miss the cancellation deadline?). Even Homer Simpson isn't gullible enough to be fooled by such a transparently crass, crude and clumsy scheme. So he cancels by calling the service plan provider...The finance manager is not the only employee to stop returning Homer's calls... THE TRULY DISGUSTING PART FYI: After deciding to buy the car, Homer arranges to pay the full price for the car in cash in 3 weeks' time (in the meantime, the dealership has him sign a financing agreement to guarantee the purchase pending the cash payment). Before the sale is finalized, all three of the employees assisting Homer (the salesperson, the finance manager and the finance director) call Homer frequently and return all of Homer's calls very promptly. As soon as the sale is finalized, and Homer is no longer of use to them, all three of them abruptly stop returning Homer's calls. This overtly shoddy, dismissive attitude is the truly disgusting part, which pushes Homer beyond his limit, to write this negative review. ROADRUNNER CARTOON Possessing zero business sense, the cartoon dealership and parent company managers are blissfully unaware of the financial repercussions of cheating and alienating a customer. They lose not only that customer's future business, but also the business of the people who read his negative review. The dealership staff devote all their energy to coming up with half-witted "schemes" to make a one-time dishonest "quick buck," but, by doing so, they sacrifice hundreds of thousands of "long-term bucks" from the potential customers who will avoid this dealership after reading this review. This is like a "Roadrunner" cartoon. The coyote devotes all his energy to devising pea-brained convoluted schemes, designed to capture the roadrunner; and then they backfire on him. BAD FIX Btw, on Homer's new car, a section of the body breaks away. Homer persuades the dealership to fix it (he does this in person, since they ignore his calls). A few days after they "fix" it, that section comes away again, so Homer takes it to an outside body shop. [Homer wonders if this defect might be the reason for the dealership spending so long "cleaning" the car, hidden from view, before he can drive it away.] UNEXPECTED "TWIST" I CONFESS: I DECEIVED YOU! The story above didn't happen in a cartoon. It happened in real life! The dealership employees are not exaggerated cartoon "caricatures." They are real people, who really do behave in that pathetic way and really do carry out those transparently crude and clumsy schemes! The customer wasn't Homer Simpson - it was me. And the dealership isn't fictitious - it's Team Chevrolet in Vallejo, part of the DGDG group of dealerships (whose management probably came up with those lame schemes). As you see, truth really is stranger (and cruder and clumsier) than cartoon fiction...Doh!

I would like to replace the current vehicles with another manufacture, but Hyundai vehicle resale/trade in value is terrible due to the level of quality and what is perceived by many of us Hyundai owners, as a lack of REAL Customer care at the corporation level With that being said, we do still own 5 Hyundais and this IS The place to have your Hyundai or KIA serviced. I have used several other dealers in the bay area and this is by far the best of the best. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like they value you and your business. Jordon and the entire team are Friendly, professional and make the time to listen and hear your concerns and needs. They do a complete inspection of the vehicle and give you a report when you pick up the vehicle. This is NOT a hard sell to get you to purchase more services and parts, although I am sure they would appreciate the additional business, but rather letting you know how your vehicle is performing and how to trey and ensure it is running at optimum condition. A few things they also do that is what I consider above and beyond. You can get a shuttle back home or to your place of business if the wait is too long as well as they will send a vehicle to pick you up when its ready.
