I was also told I would be "blacklisted" for not moving forward with their offer after comparing options by Joshua Sasoy Internet Sales Director. If you're someone who shops multiple dealerships and negotiates based on market pricing, be prepared for a difficult interaction. I ultimately chose to purchase elsewhere under better terms and a smoother process.

I've traded in a few cars in my life, and always without fail, you get one price over the phone, and then once they get you in-person they start with excuses why they can't honor it - but NOT here. They didn't try to talk their own offer down even after seeing damages on the car they didn't know about when they gave the initial offer. They made the process very smooth and pleasant, and when I turned down extra services at the point of purchase, they were super respectful about it, and didn't try to aggressively push it. I would definitely come back to them and recommend them to my own friends and family.

Let me start with saying, I was once a HUGE Hyundai fan. My family has owned some 15 Hyundais over…read morethe years, however given my experiences with Hyundai as a Company and what I consider a lack of quality over the past few years, I cant see us ever purchasing another Hyundai. I would like to replace the current vehicles with another manufacture, but Hyundai vehicle resale/trade in value is terrible due to the level of quality and what is perceived by many of us Hyundai owners, as a lack of REAL Customer care at the corporation level With that being said, we do still own 5 Hyundais and this IS The place to have your Hyundai or KIA serviced. I have used several other dealers in the bay area and this is by far the best of the best. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like they value you and your business. Jordon and the entire team are Friendly, professional and make the time to listen and hear your concerns and needs. They do a complete inspection of the vehicle and give you a report when you pick up the vehicle. This is NOT a hard sell to get you to purchase more services and parts, although I am sure they would appreciate the additional business, but rather letting you know how your vehicle is performing and how to trey and ensure it is running at optimum condition. A few things they also do that is what I consider above and beyond. You can get a shuttle back home or to your place of business if the wait is too long as well as they will send a vehicle to pick you up when its ready. And when you arrive, not only are getting your vehicle back with the services done right, but it is also WASHED and VACUMMED. Hey now! As long as we own these Hyundai's, this is the dealership where I will have them serviced

The bank specifically stated that they never received the required documents from the dealership. Instead of taking responsibility for the delay, the dealership handed my boyfriend a paper claiming that he failed to have the bank make the payment. This is completely misleading when the bank confirmed that the dealership had not submitted the paperwork needed to process the payment. Customers should not have to deal with unnecessary stress or be blamed for something that is the dealership's responsibility. We expected better communication, professionalism, and follow-through after purchasing a vehicle. Do better.

The best car buying experience I have ever had by far! Entire process from initial contact to…read morereceiving my car was frictionless and effortless. Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

I purchased a Frozen White E92 M3 from them, and I'm relieved and happy to say that I found a beautiful example of one at their dealer. If anyone knows about this car, it can give you many problems if you buy one that isn't well taken care of. In term of my case, the car has been flawless. Over the past six months, the car hasn't given me a single issue. It runs exactly as it should and drives just as well as the day I bought it. The dealership has an impressive inventory of high quality, well maintained, many of which are near mint condition vehicles. The buying process was very straightforward, transparent, and completely pressure free. Leo and the rest of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
