Ryan Mccoy took advantage of me and managed to charge me 60k for a 22k car. Got a lawyer and Nissan gave me back my money. Should I sue for elder Abuse? We were tired, hungry and in need of routine medication and he kept saying it'll just be another minute, for 4 hours. We did not come to buy a car. My car was being serviced, new timing belt, just under 1k which I never got credit for. Gave me only 3k for my spotless car which was selling for 15 to 18k with more mileage and wear. He completely ripped me off. I should have known when they had to process all my paperwork by hand and couldnt/wouldn't use their computer system. Should I sue for blatantly taking advantage of me. Service department treated me very well and fixed my problem on my truck. I brought my 23' Frontier in that I had recently purchased that I started noticing an oil leak developing. I scheduled to drop off the vehicle in the morning and the service manager Erik took good care of me. They provided me a shuttle home and Edgar the shuttle driver was very nice guy to chat with. Within 3 hours I get a call and an email with a video clip showing the problem. They were able to replace the defective part under warranty and had the car ready that same day for pickup. read more

What started out as a great experience turned into a bad one. My husband and I had a car transferred to their location so we could buy it, price agreed on and everything. Sales guy calls when we're an hour away and claims they "accidentally" sold it due to miscommunication. I guarantee they sold it for more money and screwed us over, come on we're not stupid. Then tried to say well technically we don't hold cars, we were so upset already, he didn't need to say that to us. We did all the work to get it there. Just no moral standards there. It's sad, it was going to be our first family car and we were so excited to buy it. Really soured the whole experience and now we're looking at other car brands outside of Nissan to buy. read more

I agree with the reviews that gave this dealership one star. I do not recommend this place for car repair work. I paid $200 for a diagnostic test , $200.00 for a brake fluid change, and $30.00 for a tire patch. Insane! $430.00 for no diagnostic breakdown, brake fluid change that I could have done myself, and a tire patch for $30.00, and I went in at 8am and and didn't get my car back until 3pm, only to find out it was in the same condition I bought it in. So unacceptable. I went across the street to Midas to find they don't charge for a diagnostic test. Went to Pep Boys to find out they charge half of what Nissan charged for a diagnostic test. Oh yeah, they washed and vacuumed the car. That's it. The service personnel were pleasant and polite, that's why you get one star. Never again. They said they only have 2 mechanics on staff, That's probably why their gouging their customers to pay those two, I have two Nissan Kicks. A 2018 and a 2021 Premium. I will take my chances at the Vacaville dealership where I purchased them, where I know the quality of service is exemplary, but I'll NEVER take my car back to Vallejo. In fact, I'm going to report this incident to Consumer Affairs. What Vallejo Nissan is doing is price gouging and the buck stops here. read more

I am glad theyre open at 7a and stoked that I was first in line this morning! I am also glad they fit me into the schedule and were flexible with the timing! This is my 3rd time getting my vehicle serviced here and it is awesome. I have worked in car dealerships for a little more than a decade and the level of service is unmatched. I have worked with former employees of a couple nearby dealerships that are here now, and they are all amazing. Though one, is no longer here, they gained another one I knew of from awhile back when it was Team Superstores, or when Kenny Ross owned it. Now that there's such a high turnover rate over there, the folks that I loved servicing my vehicle with are no longer there, PLUS who wants to get in a germy uber instead of a shuttle ride home? I am driving a Toyota, and even though its not a toyota dealership, I would rather patronize Vallejo Nissan (as my family has been a 20 year customer and has historically taken both nissans here). One exceeded 280,000 miles, and the other was handed down to another family member. The toyota store in town will probably rape you out of the last dollar in your pocket for their crazy high prices and also, sending you home in a germy uber. BIG KUDOS to some of the folks I used to work with, and the ones I have crossed paths with in the past, (Peter from parts) (kyle from parts) (Rocco Jr. from service) (john formerly from toyota vallejo) and my new friend dwight. (who I apologize once more, as someone might have introduced me to him as gary). I've been getting my car serviced at this location for years, and every time I go, I have a really great experience! Yesterday, I came for routine maintenance -- oil change and tire rotation, you know the deal. When I pulled up to the service garage, a very friendly staff member came out to talk with me about the services I needed. She gave me a breakdown of what they offer and what is recommended for the mileage I was at. Then she took the keys and I was off on my way to run errands. An hour or so after dropping off my car, I got a message about my battery being in critical condition and needing a new one. I was given a price for the replacement and was able to select to get the service done directly from my phone. Easy as pie! When I came back to pick up my car, it was washed and vacuumed (the best complimentary service!) and ready for me. Checkout and payment was fast and simple, and of course, as friendly as could be! I'm sure we've all either experienced or at least heard about shady car salespeople. None of that here, I never felt pressured or rushed into making my decision. The employees at this dealership are very relatable. They are easy to talk to and are clearly knowledgeable about the industry. They understood my needs and were able to provide me with a personalized solution. I had so many questions, and they (Mike & Allan) answered them promptly and with great detail. They offered to slow down the conversation when things started getting too complex. They constantly checked with me to make sure that I understood everything which made me feel comfortable doing business. I had came across a deal online in which the incentives had technically expired, but they were able to work things out to help achieve practically the same numbers. That just goes to show you how much they are willing to work with their customers. They easily could have said no, and I would have accepted it because that's what you typically expect from car dealerships. Mike was with me by my side even when I was in the financial office filling out the paperwork to ensure that everything was good and that I was getting the deal. Again, the empathy and dedication was on full display from beginning to end. Even after the paperwork was done and the transaction was closed, Allan took the time to help me get situated into my new car (mind you this was a busy day). He taught me how to pair my phone, initiate the remote start, and a bunch of other features I didn't even know I was getting. There isn't really much else needed to be said. This review is for the service department. I would give them negative stars if it were possible. Brought the G35 in because it was starting to overheat and needed it fixed. Told them that it might be the water pump. A week later after waiting for the part to arrive, we drive the car home and it starts overheating and there's coolant pouring from under the engine bay. I looked under the hood and return Line to to the radiator was not connected! Ok, accidents happen... we call them and inform them of the situation and they ask us to drive it back. Overheating your engine is extremely bad for engine. We ask them to come pick it up and they pull up in and in a company vehicle and drive it back. 2 days later, They tighten the hose down and fill the radiator. We go back to pick the car up, drive it home and it overheats. We call them and let them know and they tell us to drive it back and they would figure it out. Already pissed off, we let the car cool and drive it back. 3 or four days later, they call and say there's teeth missing on the drive belt and that was the cause. They "fix it", we drive it home and overheats. We call them and take it back. "It's the thermostat". So they replace that and drive it home; still overheats! Drive it back again, "it's the fan clutch". Few days later we pick up the car and it still overheats. We took it back twice and they never fixed the problem. They kept going and going throwing parts at the car hoping they got it right. The only thing that we didn't pay for was for them to change the thermostat. Worst part about it is that the lady that was filling out all the paperwork kept insisting that we asked for them to replace those specific parts. All that was asked is for them troubleshoot and fix it. To go on further, the car now runs for a few seconds after it's shut off and the inside of the car had greasy hand marks and foot marks on the inside when we got the car back for the last time. This place is sad. I've never witnessed or heard of anything like this ever happening. read more

Fadi was also very attentive and put forth efforts to get me a note within my price range which I appreciate so much. Staff in the parts department is also awesome as well. Service I'm not too sure. So I'm knocking off stars because I purchased a car in June got an oil change and routine basic maintenance in august and a fucking axil replacement in November!!!! Now I have considered that maybe I hit a curve or bump in the road but that would be something significant that I would have noticed. The noise that made me take my car in to get assessed is a noise I hard when I bought the car. But I was naive the sound progressively got worse. I find it hard to believe that it was not observed when I took the car in august. ‍ I guest we will never know. So would I recommend Vallejo Nissan? If and only if you are knowledgable. read more

I took my vehicle in to have a sound checked out dropped at 7:30 in the morning was told it would be 1-4 hrs . Finally at 3pm way pass 4 hours I get a call telling me the sound is because I need a new transmission, good news it's still under warranty by 2 days not that I cared since I have a repair package I had purchased when I got the car. I was told I would be a call right back to see if I could get a loaner, that call never came. The next day I called at 8:30 in the morning was told the boss wasn't around and he wasn't around yesterday either, but they will talk to him and call me right back. I called them 6 times and the phone just rang, when it was finally picked up it was only to put me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to a person same crap no boss around to see if I could get a loner. Finally over a hour later I get a call back from a guy telling me there was no longer available until next week, but I should have mine back by Monday or Tuesday . I received no if but excuses and people just passing the buck. The excuse we are short staffed is not the reason for terrible customer service. I totally regret taking my car there to have repaired. If you have a Nissan needing repair don't go here, go out of your way to receive better service. read more

LITERALLY STOLE MONEY FROM ME I bought a truck from Vallejo Nissan and has a mediocre experience at the dealership. They tried the old school sales tactics on me (how much do you want your payment to be?) right out of the gate but backed off once they realized I am not an idiot. That's cool, I can respect the hustle. What I cannot accept is that they short payed me for my trade-in. We agreed upon a price for my trade-in and for whatever reason they said that they wouldn't be able to cut a check that day but would mail it within a day or two. All good, the trade in amount was in the contract so nothing to worry about, right? Wrong. The check came about a week later and was short $50. I emailed the manager, he said they would send a new check. A month passes by, still nothing. I send another email and this time they just ignore me. I've sent a few follow up emails and they have literally just ignored them. Horrible customer service. I would never buy from these guys again or recommend them to anyone I know. With that being said, I had paid for my insurance and showed up ready to complete payment and pick up my car. I also had an appointment. If they had known I was coming and the car was gone, I should have been notified as soon as possible. I wanted to do this without a co-signer and the manager was extremely racist towards me speaking Spanish pushing me to get a co signer. I don't even speak Spanish. I left feeling very upset due to the lack of communication, the misinformation, and worst of all being judged and spoken to in a belitting way because of my ethnic background.
