They had about 3-4 people talk to us to see if we wanted to add different things or change who we were getting our auto loan with. We declined. Then as we were signing the paperwork they had a ton of information on there incorrectly so we had to change and reprint the paperwork which made the process even longer. Damien is the guy you want to see as a service advisor. He is 100% professional and makes great suggestions to keep you going with your truck. I brought my Tahoe in and they took care of everything. He is polite , courteous and very respectful of your time. He communicates well and keep me updated on my Tahoe . The pricing was good and we made some adjustments for I had points on my Chevy app. I didn't even know about them. Some suggestions were made and I took care of that today with the air filters , and little things. Service was fast - and I was in and out quick. Went in to get my car serviced for tire servicing, to get my sensors checked out and asked about a rattling noise the engine was making do to some damage that I know I did. After my car spent a day at their shop, I left with only having the tires serviced but they didn't turn off the check light on my dash, didn't get to the sensors and said they couldn't find the source of the rattle issue, and paid more than intended to. I went under my car and found the source of the rattling within minutes! I don't trust this location. They will scam you and be dishonest. read more

Returned to Team Chevrolet, lured in by an offer for an oil change and tire rotation for my Silverado @ $79.95. Arrived on time for my 8:30a appointment to find only one service writer on duty and a line of five people waiting to check in their vehicles. Two more service writers eventually stepped in and I was checked in within 15 minutes of arriving. The work took about two hours. However after my vehicle was finished and I could see it parked out front, it took another 30+ minutes for the service writer to "prepare my paperwork" so I could pay for the work and get out of there. The service writers were very courteous and apologized for the wait, which goes a long way in my book. And I don't blame them. Rather I blame the dealership and whatever system they have in place that makes it take a long time to pay your bill and get your keys. Next time I'll drop off my vehicle and just plan for them to have it half a day for an oil change. read more

The absolute worst experience and I'm still in it. Car went in 10/23....Still not done. This has been the single most horrendous experience I've encountered with a service department. It should never take over a month to fix any vehicle. Being without transportation and having to rely on uber has been extremely expensive on top of repair costs and then to finally get a loaner car 3.5 weeks later only for it to break down in less than a week. They are very dishonest when it comes to providing carfax maintenance history. Apparently there was a bunch of issues with the truck that was documented but conveniently left out of the maintenance report. A leaky roof and leaky coolant and a broken DEF tank level sensor is something a buyer would want to know and not to mention a transmission that slips more than Biden going down some stairs. Not only that but when you bring your vehicle in for warranty work they'll drag it along for months with no updates as to why it's taking months and good luck getting ahold of your advisor. Had to keep calling the branch manager to get Erica to answer her phone. She even blocked me at one point. Like really lady you have my truck. That I use for work. And you're effing up my livelihood doesn't even offer me a loaner. Shady sales team that doesn't know anything about GM products and shady service department. This place was by far the worst place I have ever taken my car to. They tried to charge me $400 for an oil change. I was shocked and asked why. He said we are doing a 25 point inspection. I said that was ridiculous and then they said that "Oh there is a $79 special right now". How convenient. I had much better luck with Chevy in Roseville. They charged me for just an oil change and didn't try to charge an extra $300 for something I didn't ask for. read more

Where do I start?!!! I came in ready to purchase a car. My salesmen sold NOTHING didn't even know the car was on the lot. None of the amenities about it didn't even show me a thing. Took FOREVER so there was plenty of time to show me everything. Had to call multiple times after the deal was done to receive my contract that was never sent. I was promised a car wash and a full tank and guess what DIDNT GET IT!!!!! Then the rep promised to meet me at the pump to fill up after the fact and never showed up or answered my calls when I was there WAITING FOR WHAT WAS PROMISED. Thankfully I love my car but this place is a JOKE!!!!! Do Not come here. Go to Kia in Hilltop or Vacaville GMC where there appreciate customers and know what they are doing. I will be spreading the word not to buy here. This was not my first purchase and by far the worst experience ever. Thankful for Nicole's help with some DMV issues but that was the only highlight. To DGDG: Unfortunately I was on a quest to buy an EV under 25k to enjoy the tax benefit of 4k tax credit/ 150k max income allowed. The price was set at 25.9k for my vehicle and the dealer would not budge. I am doing research for a community Access Prohect in purchasing an EV under this program. The dealer and salesman had no knowledge of the program. Most or all of the vehicles sold at this particular dealer are well over the 25k mark so I understand. It would have been nice to promote the Federal program but there are simply no or very few viable vehicles at this price point to satisfy this target purchaser. (ME) I looked hard and long. These people are sending hard copy junk mail to our house to someone who does not live here. I emailed them off their website NUMEROUS times and they refuse to answer. So I did the chat - someone named "Juan" responded, and wanted my phone number. The last thing I'm going to do is give my personal phone number to a car dealer. How about simply responding to my multiple emails??? Then he closed out the "chat" and it had a "survey" of how likely I was to recommend Vallejo Chevrolet. Take a big guess at what my answer was. This is one of those car dealers that think they know better than you. "We're not going to remove your address from our list because eventually you'll give in and drive the 40 miles to our dealership and buy something from us - even though the person's name on the mail isn't even you." I would take the bus a hundred miles a day before I'd ever step foot in this dealership. If they offered me a free car I'd tell them to f off. The only way to get these shysters to stop harassing you this way is to get all of upper management at Chevrolet's emails and home addresses and tell them if your address isn't removed, you'll start sending them your personal "junk mail." I have started the process of getting the emails of these people. If anyone else can't get these people to take ten seconds of their life and remove your address from their database, I'll be happy to give them to you. read more

The service rep Ryan is a good guy and is just following instructions from a corrupt organization. My 2019 Colorado had the transmission worked on and it's NEVER been right. As a matter of fact the dealer knew that but was told by GM, " since it's only a problem when driven", don't fix it! cmtsu! Furthermore, as a tax payer I helped bail GM out of bankruptcy twice and they still screw you! Team Chevrolet also charges $180 to replace faulty parts! So, they "fix" something and what they fix doesn't work, but they charge you to redo their shotty work! Chevrolet is laying off hundreds of emps which I hate to see. But stan Had bad news for me your battery is dead. I can change to for you . I said no i will jump it and change the battery myself. Once i paid two genius are trying to jump my vehicle with now luck - they would not let the battery charge more than 30 Seconds. Once they walked away. Stan Came out and Said " I can not allow you to work on your Vehicle Here" at this point i Had Enough ***I would rather call a tow truck than give you another dime" he walked away. I was able to think for a moment and found the Negative battery Cable was loose- I muscled it by Hand and the Truck Started. I left ! Stan the Rude man Called me and Said I forgot to charge you a Thousand dollars come back. Of course i gave Stan The Rude man a hard time. I said i will have my wife get with insurance agent and get back t you. I went through a very trying experience when someone vandalized my Truck- I went through an almost Equally Frustrating with Stan The Rude man. I brought my 2014 Chevy Spark in for service on Aug 15 with noise in the front suspension. $2,700 worth of repairs were "done" and when I came to pick it up 11 days later, the noises were worse! Serious lack of quality control. They took it back in and 7 days later said it was fixed. When I came to pick it up the 2nd time, the original noises were still there! Back in it goes and after 2 more weeks of no communication from the service dept, I finally reach out to find out "we're waiting for a part". I had been shopping around extensively for a new SUV for my family. I really wasn't looking at Chevrolet but the Trailblazer caught my eye. I liked the SUV after test driving it. More to the point, I really appreciated how the staff at the dealership treated myself and my family. I have a daughter with special needs and the team went out of their way to talk to her, even going so far as to learn some sign language she uses.
