I dropped my 2006 Cadillac off here 1/15/2024 to get a diagnostic along with a service for a recall. I called 1/22/2024 for an update and said they were waiting on parts and service. It's now 2/9/2024 and I still DO NOT have my car. They haven't been responding to my calls or text messages, I requested a summary of services that's being done on the car since it's taking so long and haven't received a thing. They have given me no updates on my vehicle unless i call them multiple times. Had my Cadillac serviced along with a warranty repair. Luz could not have been more helpful. When I found out they would need my car for more than a day I asked if they had a courtesy car, she said she didn't think so but she would check. She checked and came back with a key for me. She said they would wash the car but their car wash used brushes. I said no thank you. When I picked up the car 4 days later she said she had it hand washed for me. Couldn't ask for better service. We bought a nice car here and as it aged we had some repairs. Not a fan, but not really bad either. The purchasing part was smooth except they wanted far above the real price and we had to negotiate quite a bit. I suppose that's normal, nobody enjoys it. Why not make me an offer I can't resist right off the bat? Don't ever accept their price, be prepared to walk out. The repairs were a hit and miss. ON May 23, 2023, I Betty Hilliard had a scheduled Maintenance service appointment for my 2015 Cadillac ATS. Due to illness, I was unable to drive my car to the service Center. My Service Advisor, Jazz Crawford had a driver pick up my car my car from my resident and deliver it to Tem Cadillac Service Center for service. Not only did she had my vehicle picked up, upon completion of service. Jazz had the driver deliver my car back to my resident. I could not have asked for better service. I compliment my service advisor for a great job well done. I recommend Jazz Crawford as a service advisor to anyone that come to Team Cadillac Service Center to have their car service. Then a guy walks up to me, I believe his name was Greg? (Older black guy) asked me if I needed any help, I told him what I was looking for and he told me it got sold just a few minutes ago. He brought me to the same model cars but not the color I wanted. Why the bad review? Because this is what he asks me. "Do you have your husband coming?" No I'm not married. "Is your dad coming?" No. "Do you have any man coming here to buy a car for you?" No. "Well then since your not a serious buyer, please don't touch the car, you might scratch it" *walks away* I've been in sales before. My old Pontiac broke down. I couldn't use the power steering and I was getting desperate. Fortunately, they were nice enough to see me on the same day, a Saturday no less! I really felt like they had dreat service! Frank was super helpful. They did a complete evaluation on my car and told me what was wrong. They gave me a few options on how I could fix it and the cost. In the end, I decided I just needed a new car but they helped me every step of the way. If you have a GM car, I'd suggest checking these guys out. My initial contact was sub-par at best. My issue which should have taken an hour at best, took 3 business days after being jerked around, lied to, and ignored. Ultimately because of the huge discount, I did leave satisfied. As a Facility Manager myself, the most frustrating part of this entire transaction was the dishonesty and lack of communication. I took in my car thinking I might have a vacuum leak, and because it was going to take more than a day they put me in a rental. Well it has been several days, and the issues are much more than a vacuum leak, but they have kept me in the rental, and on their dime. Yes, auto repair services can be a deal breaker at a dealership but with the friendly service folks and services that they provide along with an occasional discount/deal if you can talk your way through it well then of course I will make my way back here whenever time and funds will allow. They are all very courteous and thorough in explaining the services being done/provided with people such as myself who have little to no knowledge of cars and a bit of off the topic conversation goes along well to get the day started off. Don't plan on an up and go kind of wait. If you do plan on waiting for your car expect a fair amount of wait or the next best choice is the shuttle that will take you to your destination. I believe they offer this at most dealerships anyway. To sum it up, deal breaker when it comes to services but I will take the friendly customer service any day to get the job done. read more

I had the worse experiences here dealing with a rear sound issue with my vehicle. First time i brought it in they told me it was my breaks and Rotors payed to get them replaced. Turned out not to be the problem. So I called and took my car back in next thing i was told it was my rear axel turned out not to be the problem. They sat there the whole time making me pay for things that they wernt sure was the real issue was like a guessing game next thing it was my Rear Differential telling me well there is nothing else there to be replaced. By then i was so sceptical about how they conducted business with me i wasnt having it. So I brought my mother in with me to talk to the service manager. It was a bunch of promises and selling us dreams. I felt tooken advantage of becuase I was a woman and i felt they just wanted me to walk away and not compensate me for what i invested into my vehicle that i really didnt need. This went on for a 3 month period brining my car in for week with nothing done to it each 3 times i brought it in. Being carless having to pay for public transportation. Only the last time i brought it in they finally gave me a loaner car at no expense to me. They are so unorganized. There specialist are not really specialist in my opinion and everyone in the back is runnning around like a chicken with its head chopped off. They will get you for a pretty penny. My friend also brought his imapla here around the same time i brought my car in and they gave him back his car making a weird sound and they expect you to come out of pocket for there mistakes i will never bring my car here again and after the whole experience will i ever purchase any brand of there vehicles ever in my life after this. It was that bad of a experience. They also damaged my back bumper taking it off bending the outer frame of it by my trunk seal amazing. read more

I made a routine service appointment for my Cadillac XT5. I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours & my car is still waiting to be serviced. What good is having an appointment? It's lunchtime & there is nothing within walking distance to get something to eat. I read other reviews that said even with an appointment they waited over 4 hours. I didn't know it would take all day for service. Before this dealership was bought by DGDG we used to get a loaner car. DGDG does not do this. This will be the last time we come to this dealership. We have bought 3 Cadillacs from Team in the past & are looking to buy a 2020 Cadillac. But not from DGDG. read more

This was a very interesting experience for us since my wife bought a XT5 from an Oregon dealer and had it delivered to California. She was looking for Cadillac service. She was hoping to have the dealer closest to us. With her experience with previous cars, Jags and Caddies, she always received a loaner car if she could schedule her appointment based on loaner availability. The closest dealer did not do loaners. A phone call to Mike Vos, Service Manager, said yes and had her set up with an appointment and loaner. Arriving at 7:30 AM at the service area, we were greeted by a gentleman in a shirt and tie going to all cars coming in for service asking if they would like a bottle of water and directing them to their assigned service agent. We found out that this gentleman was Mike Vos, Service Manager, and he does this every day. We met with our Service Agent, Ash Foster, and he was ready for us and the car. Since we were new to their system, it took a while to get us entered and set up with a loaner. The car was in for 2+ days since we had some issues that needed to be checked and resolved. We received daily updates from Ash and picked the car up on the 3rd day. Ash explained all of the issues and corrective actions. We left very happy with our new found service center. Another item that we noted was that each of the Service Agents, with customers who planned to wait for their car, were shown the waiting room, refreshment area, and internet work areas. I have never seen that happen in all of my years of going to dealership service departments. read more
