I love the fact that I was able to hold on to my vehicle until the parts arrived and were ready to be installed. Time-wise, I dropped the car off on Tuesday before work and was already picking it up after work on Wednesday. Had it not been for a wrong part being delivered, through no fault of their own, I would have had the car back the same day. But even with a one-day delay, I'm still happy. The price was a little shocking as I was expecting to pay more (and yes they did use OEM parts)! Surely cost-wise, service-wise, and people-wise, they are much better to deal with than Porsche themselves. Benicia Automotive Center is an excellent choice when it comes to fulfilling all your automotive needs in one location. Ali informed me that it was not my wheel bearing but it was my breaks and rotors. Unfortunately, the parts needed didn't come in on time and I had to wait until the next day to get my car back. It was explained to me that it was the parts distributer that failed to communicate that they didn't have one of the rotors. Overall, the sound I was hearing is gone. The team was very open and communicated fairly well. Price didn't seem too bad considering that I got brakes and rotors done. I recommend others to give them a shot.

But I knew I was going to see Mark soon to get my oil changed and if anyone could fix it, Mark could. Well, it wasn't the oil change that was the problem or even the leak. It was me. Due to unfortunate circumstances my low mileage driving record had plummeted to absolutely minuscule numbers. Basically there was a leak at a point in the engine, where three fluid systems converged. There was literally not enough material to identify the source of the leak. Solution. Drive until I built up enough material for Mark to identify. Well, that was the part that's not painless because even in a good year, I might not drive enough to build up enough material. Oh heck.

The day I took my car in I was greeted by Dom and he inspected my vehicle and helped me through the entire process because I was new to this situation. Dom was very straight forward, knowledgeable, and more importantly I knew I was dealing with an honest guy. I trusted them to fix my car and in less than a week I received a call from them saying my car was ready. Wow, i didn't expect my car to be ready so soon. We were out of town and they were nice enough to store my car for a couple more days. I arrived to the shop and I was floored by their work. My car looked brand new again. And on top of everything, they even installed a new dash cam for me. This auto body shop is 10/10!!!

Anyways I just saw Shack and he let me know my bearings in my axle are bad, yeah the one I got from AutoZone. So he basically told me to replace the axle first then come back for an alignment. To be honest I was willing to pay him for the alignment today but he didn't push or suggest it. You talk about an honest and reputable location! This is it.

They were friendly, efficient and honest. I was told my rear brake pads needed to be changed soon, but it wasn't necessary that day. They fixed my front brakes and changed my wiper blades just in time for rainy season. I definitely recommend B&B.

My car had been getting humid inside, to the point of condensation piling up on the inside front windshield. We thought it may have been the heater core that needed replacing. David gave me a super reasonable price estimate to get this done. Upon arriving he decided to check some other things before replacing the heater core. After an hour of checking things he was able to find a leak in the sun roof lining which was the cause of the moisture getting inside the car. Rather than just doing the job agreed on he did his due diligence in checking for other potential issues and saved us a good amount of money. Highly recommended. The parking brakes on my Blazer were stuck so I was unable to move the truck. David came and told me I did not need him to fix it. His suggestion worked!
