I stopped by here, to look at a car I seen online. Honestly I didn't need anyone to help me because I knew what I wanted and was already pre approved. Then a guy walks up to me, I believe his name was Greg? (Older black guy) asked me if I needed any help, I told him what I was looking for and he told me it got sold just a few minutes ago. He brought me to the same model cars but not the color I wanted. Why the bad review? Because this is what he asks me. "Do you have your husband coming?" No I'm not married. "Is your dad coming?" No. "Do you have any man coming here to buy a car for you?" No. "Well then since your not a serious buyer, please don't touch the car, you might scratch it" *walks away* I've been in sales before. My old Pontiac broke down. I couldn't use the power steering and I was getting desperate. Fortunately, they were nice enough to see me on the same day, a Saturday no less! I really felt like they had dreat service! Frank was super helpful. They did a complete evaluation on my car and told me what was wrong. They gave me a few options on how I could fix it and the cost. In the end, I decided I just needed a new car but they helped me every step of the way. If you have a GM car, I'd suggest checking these guys out. And, I was shocked to see they have free Kureg coffee, wifi, gym, and a shuttle. read more

My initial contact was sub-par at best. My issue which should have taken an hour at best, took 3 business days after being jerked around, lied to, and ignored. Ultimately because of the huge discount, I did leave satisfied. As a Facility Manager myself, the most frustrating part of this entire transaction was the dishonesty and lack of communication. Hands down, the service department does everything they can to not disrupt your life. I took in my car thinking I might have a vacuum leak, and because it was going to take more than a day they put me in a rental. Well it has been several days, and the issues are much more than a vacuum leak, but they have kept me in the rental, and on their dime. Yes, auto repair services can be a deal breaker at a dealership but with the friendly service folks and services that they provide along with an occasional discount/deal if you can talk your way through it well then of course I will make my way back here whenever time and funds will allow. They are all very courteous and thorough in explaining the services being done/provided with people such as myself who have little to no knowledge of cars and a bit of off the topic conversation goes along well to get the day started off. Don't plan on an up and go kind of wait. If you do plan on waiting for your car expect a fair amount of wait or the next best choice is the shuttle that will take you to your destination. I believe they offer this at most dealerships anyway. To sum it up, deal breaker when it comes to services but I will take the friendly customer service any day to get the job done. read more

I've had a few real issues, the latest today with a failed service on a leaking tire, found it nearly flat in the garage this morning after they failed to address it after it was called out as a serious issue. If I had to sum up my experience in 3 phases it would be "Started off strong, got a little rocky towards the middle but closed deal on top!" Services department here is the best Call in yesterday to tell them my 2014 silverado was leaking oil out of the oil filter , they told me to come that same day so they can put it on a rack so they can see whats the problem . I had the worse experiences here dealing with a rear sound issue with my vehicle. First time i brought it in they told me it was my breaks and Rotors payed to get them replaced. Turned out not to be the problem. So I called and took my car back in next thing i was told it was my rear axel turned out not to be the problem. They sat there the whole time making me pay for things that they wernt sure was the real issue was like a guessing game next thing it was my Rear Differential telling me well there is nothing else there to be replaced. By then i was so sceptical about how they conducted business with me i wasnt having it. So I brought my mother in with me to talk to the service manager. It was a bunch of promises and selling us dreams. I felt tooken advantage of becuase I was a woman and i felt they just wanted me to walk away and not compensate me for what i invested into my vehicle that i really didnt need. This went on for a 3 month period brining my car in for week with nothing done to it each 3 times i brought it in. Being carless having to pay for public transportation. Only the last time i brought it in they finally gave me a loaner car at no expense to me. They are so unorganized. There specialist are not really specialist in my opinion and everyone in the back is runnning around like a chicken with its head chopped off. They will get you for a pretty penny. My friend also brought his imapla here around the same time i brought my car in and they gave him back his car making a weird sound and they expect you to come out of pocket for there mistakes i will never bring my car here again and after the whole experience will i ever purchase any brand of there vehicles ever in my life after this. It was that bad of a experience. They also damaged my back bumper taking it off bending the outer frame of it by my trunk seal amazing. read more

I made a routine service appointment for my Cadillac XT5. I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours & my car is still waiting to be serviced. What good is having an appointment? It's lunchtime & there is nothing within walking distance to get something to eat. I read other reviews that said even with an appointment they waited over 4 hours. I didn't know it would take all day for service. Before this dealership was bought by DGDG we used to get a loaner car. DGDG does not do this. This will be the last time we come to this dealership. We have bought 3 Cadillacs from Team in the past & are looking to buy a 2020 Cadillac. But not from DGDG. read more

I absolutely love Team Superstores!!! My fiancé, Jerry and I went car shopping at Team Superstores in Vallejo a few weeks ago and had such an amazing experience. This was my first time shopping for a new car and I have to say was one of the best experiences I could ever have imagined. Our overall service was nothing less than outstanding! This was a very interesting experience for us since my wife bought a XT5 from an Oregon dealer and had it delivered to California. She was looking for Cadillac service. She was hoping to have the dealer closest to us. With her experience with previous cars, Jags and Caddies, she always received a loaner car if she could schedule her appointment based on loaner availability. The closest dealer did not do loaners. A phone call to Mike Vos, Service Manager, said yes and had her set up with an appointment and loaner. Arriving at 7:30 AM at the service area, we were greeted by a gentleman in a shirt and tie going to all cars coming in for service asking if they would like a bottle of water and directing them to their assigned service agent. We found out that this gentleman was Mike Vos, Service Manager, and he does this every day. We met with our Service Agent, Ash Foster, and he was ready for us and the car. Since we were new to their system, it took a while to get us entered and set up with a loaner. The car was in for 2+ days since we had some issues that needed to be checked and resolved. We received daily updates from Ash and picked the car up on the 3rd day. Ash explained all of the issues and corrective actions. We left very happy with our new found service center. Another item that we noted was that each of the Service Agents, with customers who planned to wait for their car, were shown the waiting room, refreshment area, and internet work areas. I have never seen that happen in all of my years of going to dealership service departments. read more

For oil change, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. And when the car was ready it was sitting on the lot for 20 minutes. There wasn't enough service worker to help. Overall it took way too long. Almost two hours and this was a appointment oil change. read more

STAY AWAY!! They'll steal your money without a 2nd thought! I went in today to program a keyless remote for my 99 Cadillac Seville. 1st of all they charge 75$ for this service (which takes them a whole 10 mins to complete) but I figure I want it done right so ill pay.They then tell me my remote does not work & they cant program it.Now I admit I purchased the remote on eBay,so I figure ill exchange it & come back with a new one.but of course they charge me the 75$ anyway & tell me ill have to pay it again when I come back.they then offer me a new remote for 90$ but if I buy it I STILL have to pay the 75$ programming fee!! Horrible customer service I'm never going back ...ps I just bought my 2nd Cadillac (07 STS) & was considering coming here for any maintenance & service...NOT ANYMORE!! read more

These guys have always been so nice and extremely professional in all my visits to them. The service department is very nice, and know what they are talking about. Sean is the person I usually deal with there, and he remembers who I am each time I call and greets me with a smile and a handshake every time I go there. I used to take my '03 Cadillac CTS to Jenson Motors in Napa, but when they closed, I began going to Team Superstores in Vallejo. I have been in there for a couple oil changes as well as some serious electrical problems and other motor issues. Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile, and treated with the utmost respect. They are speedy and call me to let me know what is going on with my car rather then me having to go out of my way to pester them unlike some shops I have been to in the past. They lied to us about unnecessary repairs trying to say I needed a new transmission. They told us they performed work that they didn't actually do (specifically, they didn't reset the diagnostic codes that caused the check engine light to illuminate even though they said they did.) We asked to speak to the service manager and they told us he was out to lunch. We asked if they could page him, then they told us he was in a meeting. Also, they changed the work order to protect themselves against possibly complaints to the BBB. Stay away from these people, they can't be trusted. And I thought the dealer would be more honest than other repair shops, boy, was I wrong. read more

I thought I'd give them a try since I was fairly new to the area, and well, I got screwed and NEVER again. I promise to tell everyone I know and then realized, I can tell everyone on yelp as well. I got charged over $100 to replace wipers on my car, I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR THIS! WTF? They replaced my timing belt and it was worse than ever. I asked why and was told that I had berrings lose, why not let me know this while you had the car apart you idiots? I can go on and on, but I won't, this should suffice. I have a 2012 Cadillac CTS that I bought from Team Superstores in 2012. Every time I take my car in for service I am treated like I am their best customer. One time when we were there for service I left my wife's jacket in the car and she complained she was cold. I was going out to the car to get it and, Norman Hiedelburg, the Service Consultant took off his jacket and gave it to my wife so I would not have to go and get her jacket. He let her keep it until we were ready to leave. What a gentleman. Most recently, I took my car in because I was having difficulty buckling and unbuckling my seatbelt. Sean Dodson would not let me take my car because it was unsafe. He ordered the part and he said the car would be ready in the afternoon the next day. When I called the next day to find out what time, he informed me the part did not come in and it would be another day delay. He would call me to let me know what time as I did not want to get have to drive in the commute traffic on a Friday. He made sure the car was ready early and I was able to pick it up before the commute rush hour. Not only was my car ready, it was also washed. This was the first unscheduled service I have had with my car, but ever since I bought my car, Team employes from the service department have gone out of their way to make sure they did everything to make my life was not inconvenienced. I purchased a car here seven months ago. The experience was fine, though I never received a temporary registration. Unfortunately, since purchasing the car I have lost the bill of sale. I called a few months ago and was told it could not be mailed to me; I had to come in. Today, I visited to pick it up, for I need the amount paid in sales tax for an accurate IRS tax filing. After waiting a few minutes, I was told there would be a ten minute wait, for there was only one finance processor on duty. Since I was first in line, however, it shouldn't be long. After twenty minutes had elapsed, I asked when I might be seen, and was told by a sales associate that, in fact, there were two people ahead of me. With a five-year old boy in a tow and a daughter who needed to be picked up from day care, I had to leave. The receptionist said she would provide my post-it note with instructions to finance, but I am not optimistic that I'll ever get a copy of the bill of sale. My question: If a copy of the bill of sale could be mailed to me, why was I told otherwise on the phone and why was I made to wait 30 minutes -- without successfully obtaining the copy - when I did come in? I'm crossing my fingers that I won't be audited by the IRS. And next time I buy a car (or need service), I'll find another dealer. read more
