On March 13, 2026 (1 month later) my "engine malfunction light came on stating "Drive at moderate speeds...have the vehicle inspected by your dealer". Really??? I am a commuter and it's 6am! Pure disappointment and buyer's remorse. I was instructed to take car into nearest dealer.I had to find a dealer close to my job who informed me I needed a new thermostat--really????? Next, my fuel gauge was not communicating with the app. According to my gas gauge, I commuted 60 miles and it did not move. I took car back again. I tried to trade car in but but I would've taken an $8000 loss so I'm stuck with a car I hate and do not trust. I first found their listing online, which stood out as significantly better value than anything else I was seeing -- almost too good to be true. When I called, Deepak explained that because Planet Cars is a small lot with low overhead, they're able to offer very competitive, no-haggle pricing. He was upfront and clear: the car would be sold as listed, no upselling, no hidden fees -- just a fair price. I went to see the car, had it inspected at a local shop, and found it to be in great shape, exactly as described. We completed the deal that same day without stress or pressure. The whole process was easy, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward. The car has been running great, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thanks, Deepak!

Told me he would fix it when he came back from vacation. I still paid him balance of $900 that he tried to tell me to give to his mechanic but I refused I gave it to him. Plus i paid for my own sticker, put my name wrong on registration and he Registered my car Out of state, was wondering what was going on with my registration. The best preowned car experience I've ever had…read more The end of 2019 was rough for me. My financial's took a tad of a toll and one of the loves of my life(My 2014 GT Mustang) started giving me engine troubles. The plan was always to get a commuter car because we all know the lolMPG of Mustangs. But I never thought this day would come so soon where I would need one. It was this situation that led me to car shopping. Maybe it was because I had beat Need for Speed Heat in a couple days and I was in a racing mode recently but I knew I wanted something a little sporty but also gas efficient. I really wanted something like a Civic since a lot of my friends have told me about their reliability over the years. I'm not gonna bore you with the experience of how I went to a Honda dealership and basically got nowhere. How I went there, test drove a White 2011 Civic and they basically acted like they would work with me and then the minute I mentioned the price I am suddenly like an alien who doesn't belong on this earth. What I will tell you is that Frank with Quintero made the whole process the complete opposite. I felt comfortable with him, he disclosed all the knicks with the car right away and out of all the salesman I interacted with, he was the only one who would negotiate a price with me. I really wanted this car though. It was an LX Sport and it had racing pedals. It was basically everything I was looking forward without totally breaking my wallet. We agreed on a price and ever since I got the car I've been loving driving an automatic again but also saving money on gas each month. So long story short, if you ever are trying to get a used car I highly recommend Quintero Auto Sales if you want a person who is going to actual treat you like a human. After all, isn't that what we all want at the end of the day? You don't have to act fake and nice but at least treat me with respect and don't waste my time if you aren't going to haggle a price from the start. Frank will do everything I just mentioned and more. If I ever need another preowned car in the distant future, I definitely know Quintero will be my first place to look!
