I did have to mention that I was using a Yelp coupon, but once I did, it was applied without any issues and helped significantly with the price. The smog check itself took about 20 minutes. Everything was efficient and smooth, and the staff was helpful and professional throughout the process. I got my paperwork quickly and was on my way in no time. As…read moreI'm new to the area of Cordelia and right in the middle of either going to Fairfield or Vallejo as they're about the same distance, I sent out a quick project request for a smog check, to business to see what the costs are. SG smog check center got back to me pretty quickly and offered me a great deal that I could not refuse. I stopped by today and followed instructions and and showed the message to the front desk representative regarding the price. She unfortunately stated that they no longer do that price so I'll have to pay an additional $10. At that point I felt a little unhappy, but I'm already there so I need the service done. To my surprise when my car was finished with its smog, happy it passed, they honored and gave me the price that was quoted in the message. The facility itself is pretty quick. There were a few people in front of me, but it felt like I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from start to finish . I'll definitely use them again because the pricing was great and the efficiency and quickness of the people that work there are awesome. They are also STAR certified! After numerous days texting them and they would give me the run around, I was finnaly able to get a clear answer and I went to Vallejo, paid the DMV charges and the fee that they charge, I had missing info so I had to make another trip. After play the phone game again w them, they asured me they would open so I went again and they were closed. I called the numbers outside on the door and sign they had posted outside. They said they couldn't talk but to text them which I did and they would not respond to my messages. I waiting 1hr outside the building waiting for a response (NEVER CAME0. another day I called them to see if they were going to be open cause I had to wrap up this matter and I already paid for a service. The gentlemen assured me that they would be open and again I went to Vallejo and waited 2hrs in the car and they never opened. On the third day I called them and told thm to stop jurking me around I need to fix this matter and that they had been paid for a service and need to finish. To my surprise they were open and I finally wrapped this matter up! NEVER, NEVER, WILL I GO HERE OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!

This place is a first come first serve shop. You may come when it's slow, but don't expect your car to be done right away on a busy day.
