SG smog check center got back to me pretty quickly and offered me a great deal that I could not refuse. I stopped by today and followed instructions and and showed the message to the front desk representative regarding the price. She unfortunately stated that they no longer do that price so I'll have to pay an additional $10. At that point I felt a little unhappy, but I'm already there so I need the service done. To my surprise when my car was finished with its smog, happy it passed, they honored and gave me the price that was quoted in the message. The facility itself is pretty quick. There were a few people in front of me, but it felt like I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from start to finish . Nothin was broken and breaks are fine this place broke a pcv valve to fail the smog and said the break pads and rotors or to worn I checked with a measuring tool have more then 50%. All in all they stole $325. To fail me and wanted to charge me $1800 in repairs. I priced out everything myself parts came out to be $170. So labor $1650 I don't know about you but that crazy.
