    The best preowned car experience I've ever had. The end of 2019 was rough for me. My financial's took a tad of a toll and one of the loves of my life(My 2014 GT Mustang) started giving me engine troubles. The plan was always to get a commuter car because we all know the lolMPG of Mustangs. But I never thought this day would come so soon where I would need one. It was this situation that led me to car shopping. Maybe it was because I had beat Need for Speed Heat in a couple days and I was in a racing mode recently but I knew I wanted something a little sporty but also gas efficient. I really wanted something like a Civic since a lot of my friends have told me about their reliability over the years. I'm not gonna bore you with the experience of how I went to a Honda dealership and basically got nowhere. How I went there, test drove a White 2011 Civic and they basically acted like they would work with me and then the minute I mentioned the price I am suddenly like an alien who doesn't belong on this earth. What I will tell you is that Frank with Quintero made the whole process the complete opposite. I felt comfortable with him, he disclosed all the knicks with the car right away and out of all the salesman I interacted with, he was the only one who would negotiate a price with me. I really wanted this car though. It was an LX Sport and it had racing pedals. It was basically everything I was looking forward without totally breaking my wallet. We agreed on a price and ever since I got the car I've been loving driving an automatic again but also saving money on gas each month. So long story short, if you ever are trying to get a used car I highly recommend Quintero Auto Sales if you want a person who is going to actual treat you like a human. After all, isn't that what we all want at the end of the day? You don't have to act fake and nice but at least treat me with respect and don't waste my time if you aren't going to haggle a price from the start. Frank will do everything I just mentioned and more. If I ever need another preowned car in the distant future, I definitely know Quintero will be my first place to look!

And there was a car in front of me which is fine no worries…read more But after the associate checked in the car in front me he, the guy decides to just hang out and talk to another associate just laughing doing nothing. Then goes and drops off the car that was in front of me and walks very very slowly back in the lobby and he starts drinking and talking to another girl associate It wasnt until another car pulled up next to me for him to wake the hell up and realize he has a job to do! I think his name is Manuel Lopez. As you can see from the photos there was absolutly no cars in front of me and you cant see but when I took this photo it was when he was in the lobby talking to a girl. And when he finally checked me in you can 100% tell he didnt wanna be here. He made me sign 4 signuartes not even telling me what im signing. He just said "sign here 4 times" Just Sloppy presence all around. I hope the manger sees this and trains this guy again! DO BETTER!

We never have water in the trunk and the mats were wet on the underside, causing condensation to build on the underside of our Weather Tech mats. I was having to use our home carpet cleaner to clean and suck up the water. It was enough water to fill a 5 gallon bucket. I finally had enough and contacted Chrysler Cares and I was directed to call my local dealership. Future Dodge absolutely refused to look at the vehicle and have lost me as a customer. When I called Vacaville, they said come in first thing tomorrow morning and we will take a look! My service representative was Nick L. He was friendly, very helpful and regularly kept me up to date on what was going on the with vehicle. When I ended up needing a rental car, he helped me find the closest place and helped remove all the car seats in my vehicle when I needed to load them into the rental. Nick went above and beyond in every aspect. My vehicle ended up needing to stay in the shop for 5 day and upon return, Nick was there to finish out the job and make sure that I was a satisfied customer. We need more people like Nick. I will definitely be back if I need an oil change or other service! Thank you!

Many of the car salesmen I interacted her were conniving and couldn't tell the truth to save their lives. The male assisting me with choosing and purchasing my car here was no exception. The Carfax report that he showed me of the vehicle I purchased was fabricated, as I recently found out. After purchasing the vehicle, he said he was going to have people "detail" my car before driving it home. The detail consists of them putting crumpled trash in my center console and wiping (what appears to be) grease all over the entertainment area. The male assisting me also pretended to "assist" me with getting car mats, but he never followed up no matter how many times I contacted him. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I'm sure things have changed in 5 years, and there may be a strong possibility that those same workers I dealt with aren't there anymore; however, after such a bad experience with them, I will not come here ever again. 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

After a lot of back…read morein forth, we settled on a price I was comfortable with and I came in to test drive the car. When inspecting the car, I noticed how unkept it was. Mounds of sand in the front truck, the storage tunnel had drawings made with crayons on it. Just unkept and filthy everywhere. I test drove the car and noticed it had a slight pull to the left, which made me question the vehicles history, and asked for a full report. The car had an open recall, and when I asked the manager about fixing it, he tried to sell me on how they sell cars with recalls all the time and took no ownership over the issue. He stated that because Rivian has a slower turnaround time, that they refused contacting them about the truck I was interested in. Basically putting the issue on me. They clearly didn't recondition the car. Rushed it to market, and haven't invested anything into it. The sales rep was fine - more of a yes man - even agreeing with me on things I found questionable. The sales manager - Mike - refused to take ownership of anything and offerd no solutions to valid questions/issues.

I originally reached out to Vacaville GMC as my first choice to replace a vehicle I'm returning due to a VIN fraud case. I told them clearly, repeatedly, and in writing that I was already in communication with Jason from Sales, had submitted a credit application, and was awaiting legal and financial resolution before moving forward. Instead of respecting that, I was repeatedly harassed by automated text messages and follow-up emails from someone named Emma, who behaves exactly like a chatbot, sending "personalized" messages that blatantly ignore everything I had already shared. When I asked to be removed from automated follow-ups, I was told it would stop. It didn't. I explained that I am in a sensitive legal situation, working with lawyers, and needed time to plan my next steps without being flooded by canned CRM responses. I was more than clear. I have screenshots of: Text messages confirming removal from SMS lists... followed by more messages. Emails from "Emma" continuing outreach after I asked for it to stop. A full transcript of a live website chat where I asked to escalate to a supervisor and was brushed off by a representative named Savannah H, who then ended the conversation immediately. Vacaville GMC's failure to honor direct opt-out requests is what's called CRM abuse. It's a violation of communication consent practices and opens them up to complaints with: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for unwanted marketing. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for failure to honor communication preferences. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) for unethical sales practices. To this day, no one from the dealership with actual decision-making authority has reached out to acknowledge the situation. I wanted to buy a 2025 GMC Acadia from them. Now I'm reconsidering everything. Until this dealership can show that they respect basic boundaries, data privacy, and human communication, I strongly suggest others stay away. There are plenty of GMC dealers in California who don't treat their customers like line items in a sales funnel. I've attached screenshots of everything texts, emails, chats. Nothing here is exaggerated.

Volkswagen of Vacaville saved me thousands of dollars and a massive amount of stress. If you want a dealership that is ethical, knowledgeable, and truly advocates for their customers, this is the place. I cannot express enough gratitude to Chris, Nick, Jennifer, and the entire team.
