I saw an add for a 05 Chrysler 300C, we liked the car and Chris was helpful and an overall good experience buying from him.

As a new rider, I was careful about where I took it, so I called around for quotes first. From that very first call, they were patient, transparent, and fair with their pricing, which gave me real confidence. When I brought the bike in, they exceeded everything I had heard. You can tell these aren't just mechanics--they truly understand all types of bikes at a high level. Learning that they have racing experience made it clear why their attention to detail and precision stands out so much. I had them do a full service, including front and rear tires, a chain realignment, and an oil change. They also helped me get a few other parts and accessories I needed, all at very reasonable prices. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about the bike, but about me as a rider. They took the time to explain things, made sure everything was done right, and sent me off feeling confident. After their work, the bike feels smoother, more responsive, and most importantly, safer. That peace of mind is huge for my first bike. It's rare to find people who take this much pride in their work and treat customers with real honesty and respect. I'm beyond happy with the results, and I'll definitely be bringing my bike back here after future trips as well. If you're in the Bay Area and need work on any type of bike, I strongly recommend checking them out--they truly care, and it shows.

Pulling out of the hotel that morning it went into limp mode. I had to have it towed about an hour to get to Iron Steed. (Put my wife in an uber for an hour ride to the airport) They were able to get my bike in quickly, identified the issues, both explained and showed me exactly what they were looking at, fixed the issues and had me back on the road within a few hours. A shout out to Matt in service and their mechanic (forgot his name) but everyone in the dealership was awesome while I was waiting. They gave me a ride to a local business so I could grab a bite to eat. Others took time with me answering questions and showing me options for add on's. I haven't had a chance to work with my local dealer yet but the bar has been set really, REALLY high. All the best and thank you again to the team at IRON STEED!

Bike bought. Done. I had it serviced there a few times, and they always were polite, prompt in the service and fairly priced. I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. Recently, the motorcycle bug bit again, and I started exploring the possibility of getting back on two wheels--specifically with a Ducati Panigale V4 S. I visited SoSo Cycles on two separate occasions and worked with Lennon DA Hora. I'll admit that I initially approached the experience with some skepticism, as many motorcycle sales experiences I've had in the past were less than enjoyable. Lennon quickly proved my assumptions wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right motorcycle rather than simply making a sale. During my second visit, Lennon spent considerable time reviewing different makes and models with me and encouraged me to test ride several bikes. His approach was thoughtful and patient, especially considering my indecisiveness. While I initially thought the Ducati Panigale V4 S was the clear choice, Lennon suggested I keep an open mind and try a few alternatives. One of those was a Triumph Street Triple 765 RX, and it completely surprised me. The more upright riding position, comfort, and responsiveness made me realize that my riding priorities may have changed a bit since my Aprilia days. After spending a good portion of the day at the dealership, I left feeling informed, excited, and fairly certain I knew which motorcycle would be coming home with me. Unfortunately, there was one final approval process I had overlooked: my wife. When she asked where I had been all day, I proudly explained my extensive motorcycle research and imminent return to riding. Her response was swift, decisive, and delivered with the efficiency of a MotoGP pit crew. After carefully reviewing my proposal, she concluded that purchasing another motorcycle at this stage of my life was not in the family's best interest. My application was denied without the possibility of appeal. While I was certainly disappointed after all the homework, test rides, and excitement, I have to admit her reasoning was probably sound. Even though I didn't end up buying a motorcycle, I wanted to recognize Lennon for the outstanding experience. He was one of the most genuine, patient, and likable sales professionals I've met in any industry. At no point did I feel pressured, and he went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision. If you're considering a motorcycle and find yourself at SoSo Cycles, I highly recommend seeking out Lennon. Whether you're ready to buy or waiting for spousal approval, you're unlikely to find a better person to guide you through the process.

LD Cycle recommended replacing tires and front brake caliper rebuild. Work approved and completed -Dec 2024 Drive belt failed during ride down the street from home. Only 26 miles driven since service work done at LD Cycle. -Called LD Cycle to report the issue. Explained what occurred and discussed my concerns with drive belt failure just taking a ride around the corner. LD suggested normal wear and tear, or rocks possibly got caught to cause failure. -At no point was I asked about my well-being. I asked what can be done to address my situation and LD Cycle said they would get back to me. No feedback for a week or so. -A friend recommended a reputable shop in the area. I explained what had happen to the shop owner and right away I was asked if I as OK and did anyone get injured. He offered to come pick up my HD in 2 days and he did so. -Shortly after he called and asked if I recently got new tires installed. His concerned was that the belt tensioner didn't seem to be adjusted which prevents drive belts to get loose. -When he called to let me know my HD was ready for pickup, he wanted to show me a few things when I got there. He said they had to tighten loose kickstand bolts, a taillight screw, and that my front brake switch failed. -Again, this is concerning because I just had the 5K service done at LD Cycle and these are more safety related issues that were overlooked. -After several attempts to get a hold of owner of LD cycle, I went to the shop. They said he wasn't around and that he would call me back. It was important to me to express my major safety concerns to the shop owner. The owner and I spoke later that day, never was I asked about my well-being. -FACTS: 1) My original drive belt only had 30K on it. 2) My drive belt was working normal before bringing my HD in for service at LD Cycle. 3) There were no issues found with my drive belt during the 5K service at LD Cycle. 4) My drive belt failed within 26 miles of riding after a new tire was installed at LD Cycle. 5) I had loose kickstand bolts that was overlooked during my 5K service. 6) I have a front brake switch issue that was overlooked during my 5K service. 7) My HD issues are safety related.
