Frank working his magic on my bike, wouldn't trust anyone else to touch her!!
    Jason D.

Frank is hands down the best Bike Mechanic around. He has installed over $6k in parts on my 2008 Suzuki Hayabusa and I couldn't be happier with the result. Any time you stop by for even a small fix Frank always checks your chain, tire pressure and cables to make sure your good to go. The guy really cares about your safety and the quality of his work. Simply put, Frank at Xtreme Cyclez is worth every single $$$

From garage to a full service motorcycle shop. Well done you tall German bastard! If your looking to tune up your ride, customize, or repair, Xtreme Cyclez is the place to do it. He swapped my motor out my 600rr in 1 day. Xtreme Cyclez is well known for the race replicas. There's a lot of bike shops out there but pimp juice himself, Frank got them beat.

Xtreme Cyclez did an amazing job building me a race bike

Shops in San Francisco quoted me over $5,000 and required a special order. When I called Mack 1, the sales team informed me that Husqvarna owns KTM and that the bike I was seeking, the KTM SXE2, was in stock and identical to the EE 2. Not only did they have it available, but it was also much cheaper than what was quoted in San Francisco. I drove to Vallejo, which took just 30 minutes, and quickly returned home with the bike. Although the dealership isn't fancy and requires a bit of a drive, the fair pricing and the friendly, down-to-earth staff made the experience exceptional. I will definitely return to this dealership for my future bike needs.

Up to recently I sold my CTX-1300 to them as I didn't need the bike to commute anymore and, yet again, super simple and no pressure situation. They offered a fair price. Perfectly explained my options on if I were to sell it private party what I could ask for and also finished by saying I had time to think about it as the offer was good for a few days (forgot exactly, maybe a week I'm not sure). I've had a couple bikes serviced from them as well and, same - easy and low pressure. There's been plenty other examples of extra gestures that sets them apart from just a motorcycle dealer/shop to a well operated welcoming place you know you're not getting screwed over which is what Mach 1 is - purely top notch Next bike I buy I will be stopping into Mach 1 before anywhere else, without question.

I was told multiple times over the phone that it had received a full service, including an oil change, valve check, and new coolant. When I arrived, the hour reading was higher than quoted, and the shop owner, Dan, refused to provide any written record of the service he claimed had been done. I asked politely several times and was dismissed with, "What do you need it for anyway?" It's disappointing to be told one thing over the phone and then treated like I'm asking too much for simply trying to verify the work. This wasn't just an inconvenience -- it speaks to trust and integrity, which are critical in used powersports sales. Dan might claim that it doesn't work that way but I've purchased dozens of new and used bikes over the years and any dealer that refuses to give a maintenance record on a bike they sold new and then supposedly did a full service on gets a 10/10 on my sketch meter and I walked away. That said, I ended up buying a brand new bike from my local dealer, who gave me a great deal -- no BS, no power trip.

Nice selection of books and magazines on their shelves. Holiday food/snack selection was great! Definitely considering getting a future Ducati from SoSo Cycles.

Shortly after getting it, I took the bike to Harley Pacheco to get everything dialed in and road-ready. I ended up having around $3,000 worth of work done to make sure the bike was solid. After that, I stored the bike, starting it occasionally and taking it on short rides. Fast forward to March--while doing a pre-ride inspection before a planned trip, I discovered an oil leak. With my ride scheduled for the very next day, I was definitely panicking, especially since I had recently had work done on the primary. I contacted Jake in service and explained the situation. They were able to get me in the very same day I called. They replaced the primary seal along with the drain plug and O-ring at zero cost, which was a huge relief. Thanks to their quick response and standing behind their work, I was able to leave for my trip directly from the dealership. They truly saved the day. The ride went great, and the bike performed flawlessly the entire time. Thank you to the team at Harley Pacheco for the outstanding service and for standing behind your work. That level of support means a lot.

I start my research by emailing several Ducati Dealership in the Bay Area, Becki Moreno, The Service Business Development Manager from Ducati Concord was the first to respond back to me and quickly provide me with a quote by email. Not only Becki provide me with the fastest response, she also was very friendly, provide all the information that I asked in details and also provide the best quote (both software and service cost) compare to other dealership. Not to mention Ducati Concord is the only dealership that offer pick up from your home by their Mercedes Sprinter Van service. This is perfect because my bike is a "Display Only bike" with only 4 miles on the odometer, so I don't have to arrange transport myself. Then Becki introduce me to Mario Lopez, the Service Dept. Director at Ducati Concord. Mario further provide me with more information, on how the Software upgrading procedure will be and take notes of all my extra requests due to customization level of my bike. Mario basically provide me with the feeling that my bike is in great professional hand. At the agreed date, Marco their Van Transporter Driver called me in the morning, giving me real time update on when he will arrive at my house to pick up my bike. Marco arrived on time, have great friendly personality, and also a motorcycle enthusiast. Please note that Marco is a young person but have the great personality and attitude that is usually not found with a person at his age. He took great care of my bike when he secure it on his van and off my bike go. Later, Renee from their head office called me to confirm that my bike arrived and also ask me for final confirmation to all the service that I agreed. The following day, Renee again called me to let me know all service had been done and to get my payment information. Renee is also very pleasant to talk too and super nice. A day later, Josh is the Van Transporter Driver for delivering the bike back to my home. Like Marco, he called in the morning and also have some great personality as Marco. It's feel like Josh is the Twin Great Personality of Marco. In summary, I never felt treated as good as this with every service dept. Car or Motorcycle I had been to. Ducati Concord Service Dept. level of customer service is even better than at Porsche/Lexus/BMW/Mercedes/Infiniti dealerships that I deal in the past. I greatly recommend anyone in the Bay Area to give Ducati Concord a chance to service your Ducati. Thank You Becki, Mario, Marco, Renee and Josh.
