The Owner, Mr. Sindermann, knows and has a passion for his work. This shop was referred to me by a friend who has been a customer of his for years, so I gave him a chance. Being a first-time female customer I was skeptical, but Mr. Sindermann treated me with respect and professionalism. His prices are quite reasonable for his experience and location. Highly recommended. read more

Frank has to be one of the must unassuming, unpretentious guys out there. He does masterful work and is clearly an artist and a craftsman, but he's also happy to do boring and mundane maintenance. I found Frank after having my bike sit for 5 years because I was too unmotivated to fix it myself & too leery of the repair shops I'd found in the past. Frank left a card on my co-worker's bike one afternoon while we were eating at a restaurant by his shop, so I decided to give him a call. I dropped my bike & parts off in the afternoon. While I was waiting for a ride home, Frank inspected the parts I dropped off (down to using a dial caliper to make sure they were the right thing), and found the problem wasn't what I thought it was, it was something appearing to be more terminal. He also talked me OUT of spending money on overpriced aftermarket parts (which he said he could have sold me at a profit) and told me to go OEM, because they'd work better. While I mentally prepared to have to spend big $, I teased Frank about getting it done that day and calling me late at night to pick it up. Sure enough, before sundown Frank called - bike was done, he'd worked around the problems he found and it was good as new. Who can't love a guy who is extremely hospitable, over-delivers, beats schedules and is dead honest - all at a very fair price! I rarely find mechanics I trust to recommend anyone to. In this rare case, not only do I recommend Frank and Xtreme Cyclez, I highly recommend him. read more

Hands down the best Motorcycle service/repair shop around! Frank is extremely knowledgeable, and will take care of your bike as if it was his own! Xtreme Cycles is probably hands down the best place for true customer service. The owner is an amazing guy with talent you can believe. I've known him for years and he showed me his personal collection and I about fell over with the attention to detail. If I could still ride this is the place that would be doing all my work. read more

I called Frank on a weekend (Saturday I think) told him I had a flat on my bike (Harley) and he quickly ordered the tire I wanted (a specific style) had it Monday and I rode on. He also went the extra mile and cleaned and smoothed out the metal burrs in my wheel that were causing the leak in my tire and although harleys are not his choice of bikes to work on (he's more into sport bikes) he did so happily instead of turning me away. He quickly makes you feel like you've known him for years. I'd go to Frank every time for any concerns on my bike, he provides great service and you can tell he's passionate about his work. And if he can't help you he'll recommend someone who can. On top of that he's hilarious and just chill to be around. Go to him! Ps. He takes cash only, no cards read more

Frank is a great guy! He is very helpful and has a lot of knowledge about street bikes. I took my k6 gsxr 750 to get some sliders installed over the weekend. I gave him the key to my bike he took it in the back about 20 minutes later. Im back on the streets again. He tightened up my clutch whipped the bike down and other miscellaneous things. Frank just got a loyal customer. I'm never going anywhere else to get my bike worked on. I highly recommend it. If you need your bike worked on this is the place to go no job too big or to small. GREAT PRICES TOO!!! I will be back to get my rims powder coated when I get some extra cash... read more

It's hard to find an honest worker these days, especially in this business when the economy is hurting...and even when it's not hurting. Frank is the ONLY one I trust with my bike and the ONLY one I suggest to people. He does amazing work, knows the ins and outs of every bike I've ever heard of (and then some), meticulous, precise, systematic, clean, respectful and at the upmost trustworthy. He doesn't BS around - he gets things done and doesn't waste a minute of time doing it. You feel like you're his top priority, and the timeliness and speed at which he completes things - proves it. From oil changes, maintenance, tire changes, repairs, custom work, accessories, gear and now offering completely maintained bike storage???...you name it, you got it! There is absolutely nothing this guy won't do for you...unless it involves Harley's lol :) - but even then...he will help you find a trustworthy place to take it. No one likes to have their bike sitting around, or dwelling about how much it's going to cost to fix it, let alone finding someone you trust that's not going to screw you over, BS you and charge you more than what's needed. Frank will never do that - ever. He will tell you if you're wasting your money or doing something pointless and/or stupid. He is 100% honest and blunt with you, even if it's not what you want to hear. But trust him. He's not looking to get $ out of you - he's looking to help you, make sure things are done right and that you're bike is properly maintained to perform the way it should. So, if you're having any doubts or questions, I guarantee you that Frank will do 1000x better than anyone else you find out there, at a fraction of the cost AND time!!!! It's your life on that machine...why let someone who doesn't care about you, touch it? You never know what half-ass job they're doing and what they're forgetting. That's why I trust Frank with my life on my bike. I know everything is done right and even better than it was before. You're the best, Frank!!!! Thanks! read more

For all the people out there, who wants an excellent mechanic and excellent on price!!!,, this guy Frank i give him 2 thumps up. i have a 07k 750 gixxer and bought tires from him and installed them for me, not only the price was low, but he treated my bike like his own. I am very picky about my bike, he put my bike together and cleaned my chain it was spotless and shiny. i felt like i under pay the guy-Thanks Frank,,, almost forgot thanks for fixing my mushy brake handle,,,By the way my brother was very happy in servicing his Ducati. See u next service bro! read more

Recently was disappointed. Not a true motorcycle mechanic. He's a nice guy and funny but when it comes to truly working on bikes this is not the place. I took my bike to him with a failing clutch. $300 dollars later I got my bike back in same broken condition and couldn't go back because he closed his shop. I took it to a real mechanic and was given paperwork and shown all my broken parts to my clutch not to mention he pointed out the fact that my brand new battery was leaking which Frank installed. I got a replacement from Frank which he left outside for me to pickup because his shop is open at his convenient hours. Long story short, clutch got fixed and battery packed and installed correctly. Bike was brand new. Sorry but I'm keeping this real. Any real work needed take it elsewhere. Need an oil change or tire or even a wash then this might be your place. read more

Frank is knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to detail. He changed two tires, did a free chain cleaning, topped off my oil, and wiped off all the road grime/bug guts on my plastics while he waited for me to pick up my rc51. All in less than 60 minutes. Great price on the tires, and told me what I needed to watch on my bike, what needs immediate attention and what could wait. Do yourself and your bike a favor...go to Xtreme Cyclez. read more

There are plenty of "wolves" in our area of Fairfield and Vacaville. It is very hard to find an honest mechanic who works on sport bikes. I found Frank through another rider friend and have nothing but good things to say about his business. He is focused on providing adequate service along with exceptional customer service. I would recommend Frank to anyone I know that has motorcycle work that needs to be done whether it is a bagger or a sports bike. Frank is and always will be the go to guy for me and my fellow riders. Thanks for everything Frank!! read more

Love Frank! First time here and just needed the tires changed on my nightster. I love his open honesty about his hate for Harleys. Lol its refreshing to have a regular conversation with ppl like him doing mechanic work. I always feel like they r trying to sell me. Very knowledgeable in his trade and i respect that. Plus his German accent is AWESOME! Highly recommend this place! read more

Frank I appreciate your quick response to help out a new customer. I felt very welcomed at your shop and I'am looking forward to continue to do business with you. Thank you for your hard work, honesty, and utmost dedication. read more

All the other reviews have pretty much said it, but, I gotta add my .02, cuz Frank rocks ;) Frank is an honest guy and master mechanic. I'm a complete n00b, and Frank recently did some work on my dual sport and the quality, price and workmanship were all spot on. The bike is transformed. On top of that, Frank is an honest and unassuming guy, and it's obvious Frank is in business because he genuinely loves motorcycling. After stumbling upon Frank via this very Yelp listing, I can't see myself ever going elsewhere. Thanks Frank, I'll see you soon! read more

I was put into a tough situation and Frank stayed late to make sure I wasn't stranded. Awesome service, great price.

Been going to Frank when he was doing work out of his garage. Great guy with a passion and a talent. I wouldn't go anywhere else

The other reviews are spot on, Frank is hands down the best motorcycle mechanic this side of the Bay. I have taken all my bikes to him over the years, and he never lets me down. Took my Honda CBR, Kawi ZX6 , and Suzuki GSXR and he always knows what to do. He's trustworthy and truly an expert technician. read more

I cannot put into words how great Frank is. I am a female rider and unlike most mechanics Frank doesn't care. I am treated not as a customer but like someone that shares the same passion he does and he treats all of my motorcycles like his own. I have crashed two bikes and Frank has come and scraped them off of the pavement for me and handled everything associated with each crash effortlessly and painlessly for me. I currently have a gsxr 1000 that he babies because I baby it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE FRANK. NO ONE ELSE CAN TOUCH ANY BIKE THAT I OWN. The fact that he is meticulously thorough with any bike is just a minor plus compared to everything else about him and his shop. read more

First time going there, just needed an adjustment on my chain. Came in, Frank adjusted my brake lever (had air) lubed all the points, checked and added air to my tires, cleaned my chain, added a missing clip ,all for the same price! I would highly recommend will be going back for future work read more

I'm glad I found Frank. I've brought three different bikes to him now, and the work has always been excellent. It's a one man shop, so expect that you'll have to get him on the phone when he is available. He has always called back promptly when I've left messages. The dog is loud and big, but very friendly. read more

Frank is the man! He gets busy, and sometimes is overwhelmed but can do wonders with machines on two wheels. Great price for great work!

I heard of this place through a buddy of mine at work. I needed my forks seals done quickly before a weekend camping trip and Xtreme Cycles popped in my head. I called Frank and he said he could get them done a few hours before my weekend trip. I got a call a day earlier than he had estimated saying they were already done! Frank has dealership quality service with a whole lot more down to earth feel. I will definitely be getting my dirt bike serviced here in the future! read more

I went to Xtreme Cyclez with a buddy that introduced me to Frank. I just moved to town and needed to find a mechanic for my bikes. He seemed friendly however I was shocked that he was very comfortable using the word "nigger" as he complained to us and other people who were there about some of his black customers. There was a mention of Mexicans too but I walked outside at that point because my wife is black. My buddys wife is Hispanic so that was awkward for him too. I'm sure he's probably a good mechanic but it's 2013 and there are many interracial couples so he should remain professional and leave the racism at home. read more

Was recommended to frank by a friend. Needed a tire that day, he was more than welcome to squeeze me in last minute at the end of the day. I've always had my father as a mechanic, but he's no longer here with us, so its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. Frank was absolutely amazing. Instant eye contact, and a genuine hand shake. Very funny guy. I am a first time bike buyer, female as well and he was very open to share his knowledge and took his time to thoroughly look over my whole bike and tell me what I needed. Excellent service.!!!! I have found my mechanic probably for the rest of my life, and will highly recommend him to any friend!!!! All around, good dude, good shop, good parts, good prices, quality work. read more

I brought my bike to Frank's shop just before a holiday weekend. He had the bike ready days earlier than promised and for less than he quoted. How often does that ever happen?!
